We present the second part of the investigation of the high sensitivity absorption spectrum of nitrous oxide by CW-Cavity Ring Down Spectroscopy near 1.5 μm. In a first paper [A.W. Liu, S. Kassi, P. Malara, D. Romanini, V.I. Perevalov, S.A. Tashkun, S.M. Hu, A. Campargue, J. Mol. Spectrosc. 244 (2007) 33-47] devoted to the 6000-6833 cm−1 region, more than 6000 line positions of five isotopologues (14N216O, 15N14N16O, 14N15N16O, 14N217O, and 14N218O), were rovibrationally assigned to a total of 68 bands. The achieved noise equivalent absorption (αmin ∼ 2 × 10−10 cm−1) allowed for the detection of lines with intensity weaker than 2 × 10−29 cm/molecule. In this contribution, the investigated region was extended down to 5905 cm−1 and additional recordings allowed accessing small spectral sections uncovered in our preceding recordings. A deeper analysis based on the predictions of the effective Hamiltonian model has allowed assigning a total of 3149 transitions and lowering the percentage of lines left unassigned from 51% to 28%. It led to the analysis of 35, 6, 7, and 6 bands for the 14N216O, 15N14N16O, 14N15N16O, and 14N218O isotopologues, respectively. Forty-two of these 54 bands are newly observed, while the rotational analysis of the twelve others is significantly extended and improved. Most of the bands were found unperturbed and their line positions could be reproduced within the experimental uncertainty (about 1 × 10−3 cm−1). The corresponding spectroscopic parameters are reported. Local rovibrational perturbations induced by either intrapolyad or interpolyad couplings were found to affect five hot bands of 14N216O. Their detailed analysis is presented. 相似文献

The absorption spectrum of the 16O3 isotopologue of ozone has been recorded in the 7000-7920 cm−1 region by high sensitivity CW-Cavity Ring Down Spectroscopy. This report is devoted to the analyses of the 7065-7300 cm−1 region dominated by the ν1 + 2ν2 + 5ν3 and ν1 + 5ν2 + 3ν3 A-type bands at 7130.8 and 7286.8 cm−1 respectively. 289 transitions were assigned to the ν1 + 2ν2 + 5ν3 band. The corresponding line positions were modeled with an effective Hamiltonian involving Coriolis resonance interactions between the (1 2 5) upper state and the (4 4 0), (0 2 6) and (6 1 0) dark states, and an anharmonic resonance interaction with the (2 0 5) state. The very strong interaction (up to 50% mixing of the wavefunctions) between the (1 2 5) and (6 1 0) states leads to the observation of two extra lines of the 6ν1 + ν2 band due to a resonance intensity transfer. 213 transitions of the ν1 + 5ν2 + 3ν3 band were assigned and modeled taking into account a Coriolis resonance interaction with the (3 6 0) state. We take the opportunity of the present work to report the analysis of the very weak 4ν2 + 4ν3 B-type band at 6506.1 cm−1 which was assigned from previously recorded CRDS spectra. 286 transitions were modeled using the effective Hamiltonian approach. The dipole transition moment parameters of the three analyzed bands were determined by a least-squares fit to the measured line intensities. For the three studied band systems, the effective Hamiltonian and transition moment operator parameters were used to generate line lists provided as Supplementary Materials. 相似文献

The use of elementary submodels is a simple but powerful method to prove theorems, or to simplify proofs in infinite combinatorics. First we introduce all the necessary concepts of logic, then we prove classical theorems using elementary submodels. We also present a new proof of Nash-Williams’s theorem on cycle decomposition of graphs, and finally we improve a decomposition theorem of Laviolette concerning bond-faithful decompositions of graphs. 相似文献

The high-resolution absorption spectrum of the 4ν1+ν3 band of the 14N16O2 molecule was recorded by CW-Cavity Ring Down Spectroscopy between 6575 and 6700 cm−1. The assignments involve energy levels of the (4,0,1) vibrational state with rotational quantum numbers up to Ka=8 and N=48. A large majority of the spin-rotation energy levels were reproduced within their experimental uncertainty using a theoretical model which takes explicitly into account the Coriolis interactions between the spin-rotational levels of the (4,0,1) vibrational state and those of the (4,2,0) and of (0,9,0) dark states, the anharmonic interactions between the (4,2,0) and (0,9,0) states together with the electron spin-rotation resonances within the (4,0,1), (4,2,0) and (0,9,0) states. Precise vibrational energies, rotational, spin-rotational, and coupling constants were determined for the {(4,2,0), (0,9,0), (4,0,1)} triad of interacting states. Using these parameters and the value of the transition dipole-moment operator determined from a fit of a selection of experimental line intensities, the synthetic spectrum of the 4ν1+ν3 band was generated and is provided as Supplementary Material. 相似文献

Summary The elimination of infectious non-self by the host defense systems of multicellular organisms requires a variety of recognition and effector molecules. The diversity is generated in somatic cells or encoded in the germ-line. In adaptive immunity in jawed vertebrates, the diversity of immunoglobulins and antigen receptors is generated by gene rearrangements in somatic cells. In innate immunity, various effector molecules and pattern recognition receptors, such as antimicrobial peptides and peptidoglycan recognition proteins, are encoded in the germ-line of multicellular organisms, including insects and jawed vertebrates. In the present review, we discuss how insect host defense systems recognize and eliminate a multitude of microbes via germ-line-encoded molecules, including recent findings that a Drosophila member of the immunoglobulin superfamily is extensively diversified by alternative splicing in somatic immune cells and participates in the elimination of bacteria. 相似文献

The surface roughness of barium titanate (BTO) following its implication by aerosol deposition method (ADM), is a very important characteristic affecting its potential for use in high-k metal-insulator-metal capacitors. The ADM is the best candidate to deposit ceramic films but has two major problems: macroscopic defects and rough interface effects on the BTO surface. In this work, a chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) technique is applied to obtain an ultra-smooth BTO surface morphology by the optimization of several factors including the slurry type, the head rotational speed, and the down pressure. Statistically, we were able to achieve a root mean square (RMS) value of the BTO surface of 1.746 nm by utilizing a two-step polishing process, applied at a head rotational speed of 70 rpm under 5 kg/cm2 of down pressure; this RMS value is improved at least 8 times over previous studies. This analysis is based on representative pattern images, three-dimensional images, line profiles, histograms, and power spectra of selected BTO surface areas, further verified with data from both energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. 相似文献

Down syndrome critical region 1 (DSCR1), an oxidative stress-response gene, interacts with calcineurin and represses its phosphatase activity. Recently it was shown that hydrogen peroxide inactivates calcineurin by proteolytic cleavage. Based on these facts, we investigated whether oxidative stress affects DSCR1-mediated inactivation of calcineurin. We determined that overexpression of DSCR1 leads to increased proteolytic cleavage of calcineurin. Convertsely, knockdown of DSCR1 abolished calcineurin cleavage upon treatment with hydrogen peroxide. The PXIIXT motif in the COOH-terminus of DSCR1 is responsible for both binding and cleavage of calcineurin. The knockdown of overexpressed DSCR1 in DS fibroblast cells also abrogated calcineurin proteolysis by hydrogen peroxide. These results suggest that DSCR1 has the ability to inactivate calcineurin by inducing proteolytic cleavage of calcineurin upon oxidative stress. 相似文献
