Bus-Invert (BI) coding schemes have been used in the circuit design to save power usage by minimizing the number of transitions between successive words. With an increased number of bits for bus width, many other coding schemes like Bus-Shift (BS) and Shift-Invert (SINV) have been proposed for better power saving. In this paper, we are proposing a new Successive Shift-Invert (SSINV) coding scheme where the transmitting data will first be inverted. Then both the original and the inverted word will be shifted circularly for each bit and compared with the data just sent for least hamming distance. Thus, the combination having the least hamming distance with the last sent data will be selected and sent. The proposed method exhibits better power saving compared to other reported methods, but needs one extra control bit than BS; which add to the computation time. Simulation results show a saving margin of 5–15% in average cases in comparison with BI, BS, and SINV for higher bus width. A VerilogA implementation of SSINV using TSMC 65 nm technology is also presented as a proof of concept.  相似文献

采用NovaPak C18色谱柱(30 cm×3.9 mm,粒径10 μm),以(V(水)V(甲醇)V(冰乙酸)m(庚烷磺酸钠)=730 mL270 mL5 mL400 mg)为流动相,检测波长为280 nm,分离测定了复合维生素片剂中的VB1,VB2,VB6和烟酰胺,实验回收率分别为100.5%,96.8%,98.1%,102.0%,相对标准偏差RSD分别为0.8%,0.4%,0.5%,1.2%(n=5),检出限分别为39,4.2,4.7,10 ng.本法已用于复合维生素片剂中VB1,VB2,VB6和烟酰胺的分离和测定.  相似文献

The electro-optical performance of transparent photoconductive sensors based on stacks of organic layers is investigated. The photoconductive sensors are composed of interdigitated electrodes covered with a stack of two transparent organic compounds: a hole transport layer 1,3,5-tris[(3-methylphenyl)phenylamino]benzene (m-MTDAB) and an exciton generation layer 3,4,9,10-perylenetetracarboxylic bis-benzimidazole (PTCBI). The photocurrent through the device is measured as a function of the voltage across the electrodes for different illumination levels. Based on the measurements we can explain the working principle of the photoconductive sensor and compare the performance of four different stacks. In order to study the optical sensitivity in more detail, a photoconductive device with two parallel electrodes is manufactured and illuminated by a line-shaped laser beam that covers only a fraction of the gap between the electrodes. The current through the photoconductive sensor is measured as a function of the position of the local illumination for a set of voltages. The experimental results confirm that there is a high-field space charge region near the cathode.  相似文献

We review recent progress in preconcentration strategies associated to vapor generation techniques coupled to atomic spectrometric (VGT-AS) for specific chemical species detection. This discussion focuses on the central role of different preconcentration approaches, both before and after VG process. The former was based on the classical solid phase and liquid–liquid extraction procedures which, aided by automation and miniaturization strategies, have strengthened the role of VGT-AS in several research fields including environmental, clinical, and others. We then examine some of the new vapor trapping strategies (atom-trapping, hydride trapping, cryotrapping) that entail improvements in selectivity through interference elimination, but also they allow reaching ultra-low detection limits for a large number of chemical species generated in conventional VG systems, including complete separation of several species of the same element. This review covers more than 100 bibliographic references from 2009 up to date, found in SCOPUS database and in individual searches in specific journals. We finally conclude by giving some outlook on future directions of this field.  相似文献
