一种用修正全NMOS管逻辑(ANT)实现的树形结构高速32bit carry Lookahead加法器,使用两相时钟动态CMOS逻辑、修正不反向ANT逻辑和二进制树形结构实现。该加法器运用0.25μm工艺,文中给出了修正ANT逻辑中所有晶体管的宽长尺寸和仿真结果,最高工作频率为2GHz。计算结果在3.5个时钟周期后有效。  相似文献

Protein glycosylation represents one of the major post-translational modifications and can have significant effects on protein function. Moreover, changes in the carbohydrate structure are increasingly being recognized as an important modification associated with cancer etiology. In this report, we describe the development of a proteomics approach to identify breast cancer related changes in either concentration and/or the carbohydrate structures of glycoprotein(s) present in blood samples. Diseased and healthy serum samples were processed by an optimized sample preparation protocol using multiple lectin affinity chromatography (M-LAC) that partitions serum proteins based on glycan characteristics. Subsequently, three separate procedures, 1D SDS-PAGE, isoelectric focusing and an antibody microarray, were applied to identify potential candidate markers for future study. The combination of these three platforms is illustrated in this report with the analysis of control and cancer glycoproteomic fractions. Firstly, a molecular weight based separation of glycoproteins by 1D SDS-PAGE was performed, followed by protein, glycoprotein staining, lectin blotting and LC–MS analysis. To refine or confirm the list of interesting glycoproteins, isoelectric focusing (targeting sialic acid changes) and an antibody microarray (used to detect neutral glycan shifts) were selected as the orthogonal methods. As a result, several glycoproteins including alpha-1B-glycoprotein, complement C3, alpha-1-antitrypsin and transferrin were identified as potential candidates for further study.  相似文献

本文研究了Bi2O3掺杂对Ag(Nb0.8Ta0.2)O3陶瓷的结构和介电性能的影响。X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明,Bi2O3的掺杂可以使陶瓷中Ag+被还原并析出,且银析出的量随Bi2O3掺杂量的增加而不断增加,这可能源自于Bi3+对Ag+的取代。在一定范围内增大Bi2O3掺杂量可提高Ag(Nb0.8Ta0.2)O3陶瓷的室温介电常数,降低介电损耗,并使温度系数向负值方向移动。当Bi2O3的掺杂量约为3.5wt%时,样品具有较大的介电常数(ε=672)和较小的介电损耗(tanδ=7.3×10-4)。  相似文献

Abstract

GARR is engineering its next generation of the Italian Research and Education Network (GARR-X), which will exploit a countrywide optical infrastructure based on DWDM equipment and advanced multi-domain services. The trend is common in all National Research and Education Networks [1 TERENA NREN Compendium. http://www.terena.org/activities/compendium ISSN 1569-4496 [Google Scholar]] in Europe and worldwide. NRENs are relying more and more on direct use of optical equipment to fulfill the researchers' requirements. These hybrid networks are built to provide services on a multi-domain environment both at the circuit and at the IP layer for researchers in, for example, radio astronomy (eVLBI [2 European Very Long Baseline Interferometry http://www.evlbi.org [Google Scholar]]), GRID computing (EGEE [3 Enabling Grids for E-sciencE http://public.eu-egee.org [Google Scholar]], LHC [4 The Large Hadron Collider http://lhc.web.cern.ch/lhc [Google Scholar]]), high-performance computing (DEISA [5 The Distributed European Infrastructure for Supercomputing Applications http://www.deisa.org [Google Scholar]]). A high speed and low-power 8-bit carry-lookahead adder (CLA) using two-phase all-N-transistor (ANT) blocks which are arranged in a PLA design style with power-aware pipelining is presented. The pull-up charging and pull-down discharging of the transistor arrays of the PLA are accelerated by inserting two feedback MOS transistors between the evaluation NMOS blocks and the outputs. The analysis of the area (transistor count) tradeoff is also provided in this work. The output of the addition of two 8-bit binary numbers is done in two cycles. The proposed power-aware pipelining design methodology using a simple data transition detection circuit takes advantage of shutting down the processing stages with identical inputs in two consecutive cycles. The data transition detection circuit is used to monitor the state switching of input data. Not only is it proved to be also suitable for long adders, the power consumption is drastically reduced by at most 50% at every process corner.

分析了智能家居环境中无线通信的特点,从网络自组织性、抗干扰性、稳定性等方面提出了对无线通信协议的要求.根据ANT协议简单高效、组网灵活、易于改进的特点,以ANT协议为基础,结合无线传感器网络技术,设计一种包含智能接入、动态路由、自适应跳频技术的无线网络系统.通过真实场景实验,结果表明该网络系统有效地解决了家居智能接入、家庭网络安全性、稳定性的问题,提高了网络的抗干扰能力,其作为家庭无线网络具有一定的可行性.  相似文献
