For J/Ψ↦ pπ0 and pπ+π-, the π0 p and pπ+π- systems are limited to be pure isospin-(1/2) due to isospin conservation. This is a big advantage in studying N* resonances from J/Ψ decays, compared with πN and γN experiments. The process J/Ψ↦ N * or p provides a new way to probe the internal structure of the N* resonances. Here we report a quark model calculation for J/Ψ↦ p, N *(1440) and N *. J/ψ and decays to mesons are a good place to look for glueballs, hybrids and for extracting strange and non-strange components in mesons. Abundant J/ψ and events have been collected at the Beijing Electron Positron Collider (BEPC). More data will be collected at upgraded BEPC and CLEO-C. Here we provide explicit PWA formulae for many interesting channels in the covariant tensor formalism. Starting from 1,3-dinitro-5-trifluoromethylbenzene, a pioneering synthesis and dimethylaminomethylation of new 2-aryl- 4-hydroxy-6-trifluoromethylindoles have been performed. The study of fungicidal activity has revealed the effect of dimethylaminomethyl group position on fungitoxic properties.  相似文献

Decay rates of quarkonia are studied within the framework of NRQCD formalism. The basic parameters of the formalism have been obtained from different potential schemes studied for the spectra of quarkonia. We estimate the heavy-quarkonia mass spectra, radiative and leptonic widths and compare them with other contemporary theoretical approaches and experimental results.  相似文献

Wolfe and Mond–Weir type second-order symmetric duals are formulated and appropriate duality theorems are established under η-bonvexity/η-pseudobonvexity assumptions. This formulation removes several omissions in an earlier second-order primal dual pair introduced by Devi [Symmetric duality for nonlinear programming problems involving η-bonvex functions, European J. A simple quark pair creation model is introduced to study exclusive decays of {c_J} into baryon-antibaryon pairs. With this simple model, some exclusive decay processes, for example, {c0} B¯ (B = ,0,-) are investigated and their decay widths are evaluated by inclusion of the properties of outgoing baryons, and the results show that the strengthened decay channels {c_J} ¯(J = 0, 2) are easily understood by considering only the color singlet contribution of P-wave charmonium.  相似文献

With accumulation of high statistics data at BES and CLEO-c, many new interesting channels can get enough statistics for partial-wave analysis (PWA). Among them, ψ↦γpˉ,γΛˉ,γΣˉ,γΞˉ channels provide a good place for studying baryon-antibaryon interactions; the double radiative decays ψ↦γγV with V ≡ ρ,ω,φ have a potential to provide information on the flavor content of any meson resonances (R) with positive charge parity (C = +) and mass above 1 GeV through ψ↦γR↦γγV; ψ(2s)↦γχc0,1,2 with χc0,1,2Kˉπ+π- and 2π+- decays are good processes to study χcJ charmonium decays. Using the covariant tensor formalism, here we provide theoretical PWA formulae for these channels.  相似文献

The mechanism of how the magnetic field controls the critical end point of the first-order valence transition is clarified, which is essentially ascribed to charge degrees of freedom. It is shown that the quantum critical point is induced by applying the magnetic field, which explains a peculiar magnetic response in CeIrIn5 and sharp contrast between X=Ag and Cd for YbXCu4. Significance of the proximity of the first-order valence transition in the Ce- and Yb-based heavy fermions is pointed out.  相似文献

BES II data for J/Ψ↦K *(890)Kπ reveal a strong κ peak in the Kπ S-wave near threshold. Both magnitude and phase are determined in slices of Kπ mass by interferences with strong K 0(1430), K 1(1270) and K 1(1400) signals. The phase variation with mass agrees within errors with LASS data for Kπ elastic scattering. A combined fit is presented to both BES and LASS data. The fit uses a Breit-Wigner amplitude with an s-dependent width containing an Adler zero. The κ pole is at (760±20(stat)±40(syst)) - i(420±45(stat)±60(syst)) MeV. The S-wave I = 0 scattering length a 0 = 0.23±0.04 m π -1 is close to the prediction 0.19±0.02 m π -1 of Chiral Perturbation Theory at O(p 4). An erratum to this article can be found at .  相似文献
