串联型稳压电路的虚拟测试研究

利用NI Multisim 12.0仿真软件对串联型稳压电路的稳压系数和输出电阻等参数进行测试分析,在输入电压不变时,调节电位器测试输出电压的变化范围;在输入电压变化时,计算稳压系数来判断稳压电路的稳压性能。同时通过外接可调电阻的变化,测试输出电压和输出电流的变化值,进而计算输出电阻的大小,发现虚拟测试结果与理论计算结果相吻合。仿真结果表明,将电子电路NI Multisim 12.0仿真软件引入到电子教学中,能丰富学生分析和设计电子电路的手段,有利于学生创新意识的培养和竞争能力的提升。

A controllable resistor and its applications in pole-zero tracking frequency compensation methods for LDOs

This paper presents a controllable resistor, which is formed by a MOS-resistor working in the deep triangle region and an auxiliary circuit. The auxiliary circuit can generate the gate-source voltage which is proportional to the output current of an low dropout regulator for the MOS-resistor. Thus, the equivalent output resistance of the MOS-resistor is inversely proportional to the output current, which is a suitable feature for pole-zero tracking frequency compensation methods. By switching the type of the MOS-resistor and current direction through the auxiliary circuit, the controllable resistor can be suitable for different applications. Three pole-zero tracking frequency compensation methods based on a single Miller capacitor with hulling resistor, unit-gain compensation cell and pseudo-ESR （equivalent serial resistor of load capacitor） power stage have been realized by this controllable resistor. Their advantages and limitations are discussed and verified by simulation results.

Analog performance of double gate junctionless tunnel field effect transistor

For the first time, we investigate the analog performance of n-type double gate junctionless tunnel field effect transistor （DG-JLTFET） and the results are compared with the conventional n-type double gate tunnel field effect transistor （DG-TFET） counterpart. Using extensive device simulations, the two devices are compared with the following analog performance parameters, namely transconductance, output conductance, output resistance, intrinsic gain, total gate capacitance and unity gain frequency. From the device simulation results, DG-JLTFET is found to have significantly better analog performance as compared to DG-TFET.     

一种用传输系数分析负反馈放大电路的简易算法

讨论不同负反馈组态下的端口条件对电路传输系数Gs的影响，从而导出闭环下的源增益Afs和增益Af之间，闭环输入电阻rif与输出电阻rof之间的统一算式。     

利用回路增益分析负反馈放大电路

目前，方框图法是被广泛使用的分析负反馈放大电路的方法。但用其求电路的增益时，不同的组态要用不同的方法，因而比较复杂繁琐。本文介绍另外一种求增益的方法；首先直接由负反馈放大电路求出回路增益，再利用反馈系数得到负反馈放大电路的增益，最后计算输入电阻、输出电阻。它的优点是负反馈放大电路的增益简单易求。
