Study of pure and semileptonic decays of Ds meson within R-parity violating supersymmetric model

We present the comaprative study of semileptonic and leptonic decays of Ds, D±and D0meson（D →M l＋-αl-β, D → l＋αlβ, D → l＋αvα;α,β=e,μ） within the framework of R-parity violating the（ Rp） Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model（MSSM）. The comparison shows that combination and product couplings,（λβiα λ＊ ij qor λβqkλ＊αj k）contribution to the branching fractions of the said processes（under consideration） is consistent with or comparable to the experimental measurements in most of the cases. However, some cases exist where these contributions are highly suppressed. We identify such cases in our analysis and single out the important ones suitable for exploring in the future and current experiments.

Describing spatiotemporal couplings in ultrashort pulses using coupling coefficients

Three coupling coefficients are defined to describe spatiotemporal coupling in ultrashort pulses. With these coupling coefficients, the first-order spatiotemporal couplings of Gaussian pulse and beam are described analytically. Also, the first-order and the second-order spatiotemporal couplings caused by angular dispersion elements are studied using these coupling coefficients. It can be shown that these coupling coefficients are dimensionless and normalized, and readily indicate the severity of spatiotemporal coupling.     

Effects of Unequal Couplings on Fidelity of a Quantum Controlled-Controlled-Not Gate

By numerically solving the Sch6dinger equation of a three-nuclear-spin system, the effects of the non-uniform nearest-neighbor （NN） interaction on the fidelity of a quantum controlled-controlled-no （CCN） gate are investigated for a digital initial state and a superposition initial state respectively. It is found from our simulation that the ratio of the deviation of the NN coupling δJ to the NN coupling J should be smaller than 0.0005 to ensure a high fidelity of the quantum CCN gate.     

Heavy Charged Gauge Bosons with General CP Violating Couplings

Heavy gauge bosons such as W＇ are expected to exist in many extensions of the Standard Model. In this paper, the most general Lagrangian for the interaction of W＇ with top and bottom quarks is considered. This Lagrangian consists of V- A and V ＋ A structure with in general complex couplings. Such interactions produce an Electric Dipole Moment （EDM） for the top quark at one loop level. We predict the allowed ranges for the mass and couplings of W＇ by using the upper limit on the top quark EDM.     

Lie Algebra and Lie Super Algebra for Integrable Couplings of C-KdV Hierarchy 1

Based on the constructed Lie algebra and Lie super algebra, the integrable couplings and super-integrable couplings of the C-KdV hierarchy are obtained respectively. Furthermore, its super-Hamiltonian structures are presented by using super-trace identity.     

Thermal Entanglement in the Anisotropic Heisenberg XYZ Model with Different Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya Couplings

Thermal entanglement is investigated in a two-qubit Heisenberg XYZ system with different Dzyaloshinskii Moriya （DM） couplings. It is shown that different DM interaction parameters have different influences on the entanglement and the critical temperature. In addition, according to the relation between the real coupling coefficients Jx and Jz, a more efficient DM control parameter can be obtained by adjusting the direction of DM interaction.
