Ribbons of nominal compositions YCo5 Cx (x = 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6) are prepared by melt spinning at surface velocities v = 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 m/s. YCo5 ribbon is crystallized in a single YCo5 phase of hexagonal CaCu5 structure. A small quantity of YCoC2 phase appears in the ribbons with C addition besides the YCo5 phase. With the increase of x the lattice constant c increases and a along with the unit cell volume decreases. The largest values of iHc = 888 kA/m and (BH)max = 58.4 k Jim3 at present for the YCo5 ribbon system were obtained with x = 0.4 and v = 20 m/s. The improvement of the permanent magnetic properties is rooted in the refinement of the microstructure and the appearance of the YCoC2 phase which can act as domain wall pinning centers.  相似文献

By introducing internal degree, the deformation of hexagonal noncentrosymmetric crystal sheet can be described by the revised Cauchy-Born rule based on atomic potential. The instability criterion is deduced to investigate the inhomogeneous dislocation nucleation behavior of the crystal sheet under simple loading. The anisotropic characters of dislocation nucleation under uniaxial tension are studied by using the continuum method associated with the instability criterion. The results show a strong relationship between yield stress and crystal sheet chirality. The results also indicate that the instability criterion has sufficient ability to capture the dislocation nucleation site and expansion. To observe the internal dislocation phenomenon, the prediction of the dislocation nucleation site and expansion domain is illustrated by MD simulations. The developed method is another way to explain the dislocation nucleation phenomenon.  相似文献

We investigate hexagonal BC2N in graphite unit cells using the first-principles method and calculate the total energies, lattice parameters, and electronic band structures after full relaxation. It is shown that stable hexagonal BC2N should be stacked sequentially with one graphite layer and one h-BN layer. The density of states indicates that this structure should have metallicity.  相似文献

The plane-wave expansion method is used to calculate the band structure of a two-dimensional photonic crystal formed by a hexagonal structure of anisotropic cylinders. Two cylindrical inclusions in the unit cell have two different radii, R1 and R2 (R12). By reducing the symmetry of the structure and choosing appropriately parameters R2 and s=R1/R2 (s<1), we obtain six large complete bandgaps, among which three are over 0.05 ωe (where ωe=\frac{2πc}{a}) in the high region of the normalized frequency (however, one of these over 0.065 ωe is not stable). There are two other stable complete bandgaps in the low-frequency region.  相似文献

利用离散偶极子近似方法研究卷云中随机取向六角形冰晶粒子的取向比对散射特性的影响,数值计算了在小尺度范围内随机取向六角形冰晶粒子的散射特征量,包括散射相函数、消光效率因子、不对称因子、单次散射反照率和线偏振度。研究表明:取向比对随机取向六角形冰晶粒子散射特征量的影响比较明显,并且此影响随着粒子尺度参数的变化而变化,与入射波长无关;相同尺度参量和不同取向比粒子的散射相函数的角分布曲线均有一个交点,并且随着粒子尺度参量的增加,交点所对应的散射角度值逐渐向小角度方向移动。此研究结果为气溶胶粒形检测和识别提供了理论依据。  相似文献

In this paper, superlattice patterns have been investigated by using a two linearly coupled Brusselator model. It is found that superlattice patterns can only be induced in the sub-system with the short wavelength. Three different coupling methods have been used in order to investigate the mode interaction between the two Turing modes. It is proved in the simulations that interaction between activators in the two sub-systems leads to spontaneous formation of black eye pattern and/or white eye patterns while interaction between inhibitors leads to spontaneous formation of super-hexagonal pattern. It is also demonstrated that the same symmetries of the two modes and suitable wavelength ratio of the two modes should also be satisfied to form superlattice patterns.  相似文献
