One‐stage synthesis of N‐substituted 2‐amino‐5‐(2,4‐dihydroxyphenyl)‐1,3,4‐thiadiazoles is described. The compounds were prepared by the reaction of the sulfinyl bis(2,4‐dihydroxythiobenzoyl) (STB) with 4‐substituted 3‐thiosemicarbazides. STB was obtained from 2,4‐dihydroxybenzenecarbodithioic acid and thionyl dichloride. The structure of compounds was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and EI‐MS data. 相似文献

A series of substituted 1,3,4‐oxadiazole, 1,2,4‐triazole, and 1,3,4‐thiadiazole derivatives of the substituted 3‐carboethoxy‐1,4‐dihydro‐4‐oxoquinoline have been synthesized through the reaction of the key intermediate thiosemicarbazide derivatives with different reagents. N′‐Arylidene‐4‐oxo‐1,4‐dihydroquinoline‐3‐carbohydrazides were also synthesized through the condensation reaction of the corresponding hydrazides with the appropriate aldehydes. Antimicrobial activity of some of the synthesized compounds was evaluated. 相似文献

Radical anions from several 3,4‐aryl‐disubstituted derivatives of 1,2,5‐thiadiazole 1,1‐dioxide were accumulated through chemical reduction of the substrates in aprotic solvents. The radical anions were characterized by electron spin resonance and cyclic voltammetry. DFT theoretical calculations were also performed for the 3,4‐diphenyl derivative. The course of the reductions was followed using cyclic voltammetry. Uncommon reductants, such as amides, were found to be effective under certain conditions. five-membered ring. The applications of such molecules as ligands in coordination chemistry are discussed.

Novel 2-acetylamino-4-acetyl-5-aryl(heteryl)-1,3,4-thiadiazolines, 2-acetylamino-5-aryl(heteryl)-1,3,4-thiadiazoles, and some of their salts were prepared and studied by multinuclear 1H, 13C, 15N, 19F and 2D NMR spectroscopy. The acetylation of thiosemicarbazones is accompanied by ring closure to form the corresponding 1,3,4-thiadiazolines and 1,3,4-thiadiazoles. 15N NMR spectroscopy is a unique method for the identification of thiadiazole pyridinium salts. 相似文献

3-Benzyl-4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole reacted with aromatic acids in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride, yielding a series of new compounds, i.e., 3-benzyl-6-aryl-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazoles, each of which has an active methylene at 3-position. Aquatic contamination by heavy metals is a major concern for the serious negative consequences it has for plants, animals, and humans. Among the most toxic metals, Cd(II) stands out since selective and truly efficient methodologies for its removal are not known. We report a novel multidentate chelating agent comprising the heterocycles thiadiazole and benzisothiazole. 3-((5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)amino)benzo[d]isothiazole 1,1-dioxide (AL14) was synthesized from cheap saccharin and characterized by different techniques, including single crystal X-ray crystallography. Our studies revealed the efficiency and selectivity of AL14 for the chelation of dissolved Cd(II) (as compared to Cu(II) and Fe(II)). Different spectral changes were observed upon the addition of Cd(II) and Cu(II) during UV-Vis titrations, suggesting different complexation interactions with both metals. 相似文献
