We consider the dynamics of the lowest order transversal vibration mode of a suspension bridge, for which the hangers are treated as one-sided springs, according to the model of Lazer and McKeena [SIAM Review
58, 1990, 537]. We analyze in particular the multi-stability of periodic attractors and the basin of attraction structure in phase space and its dependence with the model parameters. The parameter values used in numerical simulations have been estimated from a number of bridges built in the United States and in the United Kingdom, thus taking into account realistic, yet sometimes simplified, structural, aerodynamical, and physical considerations. 相似文献

This paper presents the investigation on possible chaotic motion in a vehicle suspension system with hysteretic non-linearity, which is subjected to the multi-frequency excitation from road surface. The Melnikov’s function is used to derive the critical condition for the chaotic motion, and then it is investigated that the effects of parameters in non-linear damping on the chaotic field. 由经碱处理的掺杂态聚苯胺(PAn)制得高介电常数的半导体PAn粒子,将其悬浮于电绝缘油可组成电流变液,讨论了电流变(ER)液的静态屈服应力(τ_s),电流密度等性能与PAn的介电常数(ε_p),导电率(σ),体积分数和应用电场强度的关系。对导电率相同的PAn粒子,用氨水处理的PAn粒子ε_p较用NaOH液处理的高,前者在σ足够低如σ≤1.0×10 ̄(-7)/cm时,ER液的τ_s随偶极系数的平方(β ̄2)的增大而呈现非线性增加;后者ER液的τ_s随β ̄2的增大出现一最大值.结果表明:由聚苯胺粒子可组成高电流变活性的无水ER液. 相似文献

Crystallization behavior and biodegradation of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) and poly(ethylene glycol) multiblock copolymers 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Block copolymerization by using isocyanates is an effective method for incorporating PHB and PEG because it can prepare copolymers with good properties, such as toughness, strength, and so on. In this study, we adopted soil suspension system to estimate the biodegradability of a series of PHB/PEG multiblock copolymers with different compositions and block lengths. In the degradation process, the changes in weight loss, molecular weight, and tensile strength were periodically measured to determine the biodegradability, and the surface morphology was also observed by SEM. In contrast to pure PHB, the weight loss of the copolymer was relatively lower. On the other hand, the tensile strength and molecular weight experienced apparent decrease, and for BHG1000-3-1, they reached 46.7% and 77.7% of the initial value, respectively. SEM observation showed that the surface was covered with numerous erosion pits. All these indicate that the degradation indeed took place and long-chain molecules have been hydrolyzed into shorter ones. The crystallization behavior was also investigated by DSC and WAXD. The results showed that both the segments, PEG and PHB, can form crystalline phases at lower PHB contents ranging from 29% to 44%, and when PHB component was more than 60%, only PHB phase can crystallize. 相似文献

In this paper, the surface imprinted cross-linked polystyrene beads were prepared via suspension polymerization with styrene (St), divinylbezene (DVB), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA1788),the mixture of Span 85 and xylene or the mixture of Span 85 and paraffin as monomer,cross-linking agent, dispersion stabilizer and templates, respectively. The results indicate that there are dense cavities on the surface of beads, and the diameter and density of cavity are related with the composition and amount of emulsion template. Suspensions of lignite in a solution of a high molecular weight carboxymethylcellulose show peculiar rheological behaviour.
Unless the lignite concentration is sufficiently high, apparent viscosity and viscoelastic moduli of the suspension are lower
than those of the pure solution. This effect is not suppressed by changing pH and seems to be common for low-concentrated
suspensions in solutions of high molecular weight (bio)polymer. It is explained by specific structuring of the suspensions.
Lignite particles at lower concentration separate long cellulose chains and facilitate their movement under shear flow. The
particles loosen inter-chain contacts, disturb and release elastic gel-like structure formed by the long cellulose chains,
which results in the low strain oscillatory deformation, the decrease in the moduli and the increase in the loss angle. If
the amount of lignite particles is sufficiently high, suspension stiffening occurs as usual. No such effect was observed for
suspensions prepared from the low molecular weight derivative.

本研究以丙烯酰胺单体通过反向悬浮聚合技术合成聚丙烯酰胺作为载体材料,采用包埋—交联法固定化葡萄糖淀粉酶,并对其特性进行了研究.结果表明,该固定化酶最适pH值为5.0,最适温度为55~58℃,而且具有较好的贮存稳定性和操作稳定性,8个月后该固定化酶的残余活力仍保持在94%左右,可重复使用43批次,此固定化酶酶活回收率达到56%.实验表明丙烯酰胺悬浮聚合固定化糖化酶的方法是简便可行的. 相似文献

Photosynthetic suspension cultures of higher plants offer an alternative approach to biomass production, potentially yielding
cellulosic material and protein on a continuous year-round basis. A bench-top hybrid photobioreactor was developed to study
photomixotrophic and photoautotrophic growth of Glycine max as a model system. Maximum biomass doubling times for photomixotrophic
and photoautotrophic growth were 1.87 and 3.92 d, respectively. The presence of exogenous sugars resulted in photomixotrophic
growth, reduced chlorophyll levels, and a reduction in photosynthetically-evolved oxygen. Depletion of carbohydrates from
the medium coincided with the beginning of stationary phase and an increase in oxygen evolution by the cells. A second growth
phase, prolonging cell viability, could be initiated by increasing the carbon dioxide from 2 to 5%, just before the onset
of stationary phase. Biomass from bioreactor cultured cells proved resistant to enzymatic attack without pretreatment. Composition
of the biomass was 7.8% lignin, 20.7% α-cellulose, 23% hemicellulose, 5.5% starch, 14.5% protein and 6.5% nucleic acids. 相似文献
