Two different rehydration procedures in the liquid or gas phase have been applied to reconstruct mixed oxides derived from calcined hydrotalcite-like materials to be used as catalysts for aldol condensation reactions. The as-synthesized hydrotalcite, its decomposition product, as well as the reconstructed solids upon rehydration were characterized by XRD, N(2) adsorption, He pycnometry, FTIR, SEM, TEM, (27)Al MAS-NMR and CO(2)-TPD (TPD=temperature-programmed desorption). Compared to the Mg-Al mixed oxide rehydrated in the gas phase (HT-rg), that rehydrated in the liquid phase (HT-rl) exhibits a superior catalytic performance with respect to the aldol condensation of citral with ketones to yield pseudoionones and in the self-aldolization of acetone. The textural properties of HT-rl and HT-rg differ strongly and determine the catalytic behavior. A memory effect led to a higher degree of reconstruction of the lamellar structure when the mixed oxide was rehydrated in the gas phase rather than in the liquid phase, although liquid-phase rehydration under fast stirring produced a surface area that was 26 times greater. This contrasts to typical statements in the literature claiming a higher degree of reconstruction in the presence of large amounts of water in the medium. CO(2)-TPD shows that the number of OH(-) groups and their nature are very similar in HT-rg and HT-rl, and cannot explain the markedly different catalytic behavior. Accordingly, only a small fraction of the available basic sites in the rehydrated samples is active in liquid-phase aldol condensations. Our results support the model in which only basic sites near the edges of the hydrotalcite platelets are partaking in aldol reactions. Based on this, reconstructed materials with small crystallites (produced by exfoliation during mechanical stirring), that is, possessing a high external surface area, are beneficial in the reactions compared to larger crystals with a high degree of intraplatelet porosity.  相似文献

The effect of reaction time and mechanical stirring on thermal degradation of high density polyethylene(HDPE) was studied at 350°C under nitrogen atomosphere in a batch pressure reactor. Changes in molecular weight(MW), molecular weight distribution (MWD), and crystalline behaviors of the degraded products were investigated by gel chromatography (GPC) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). It was found that MWD curves all shifted toward lower molecular weight with increasing reaction time, with both the extent of the movement and its showing a rapid initial drop and then leveling off. In a short period of reaction time, the MW, MWD and crystalline behaviors of the degraded products were affected notably by the mechanical stirring. The of the degraded products without stirring was lower than that of products with stirring in the same time, which should be related to the large difference of temperature distributions in the reactor. When the reaction time reached 4 h, the of the degraded products had dropped to about 5 × 103g/mol from about 3 × 105g/mol for the original , and the product did not show the melting and crystallization behaviors of high density polyethylene again.  相似文献

In order to extract antioxidant phenolic compounds from spent grain (SG) two extraction methods were studied: the ultrasound-assisted method (US) and the Ultra-Turrax method (high stirring rate) (UT). Liquid to solid ratios, solvent concentration, time, and temperature/stirring rate were optimized. Spent grain extracts were analyzed for their total phenol content (TPC) (0.62 to 1.76 mg GAE/g SG DW for Ultra-Turrax pretreatment, and 0.57 to 2.11 mg GAE/g SG DW for ultrasound-assisted pretreatment), total flavonoid content (TFC) (0.6 to 1.67 mg QE/g SG DW for UT, and 0.5 to 1.63 mg QE/g SG DW for US), and antioxidant activity was measured using 2,2-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical (25.88% to 79.58% for UT, and 27.49% to 78.30% for UT). TPC was greater at a high stirring rate and high exposure time up to a certain extent for the Ultra-Turrax method, and at a high temperature for the ultrasound-assisted method. P-coumaric acid (20.4 ± 1.72 mg/100 SG DW for UT, and 14.0 ± 1.14 mg/100 SG DW for US) accounted for the majority of the phenolic found compounds, followed by rosmarinic (6.5 ± 0.96 mg/100 SG DW for UT, and 4.0 ± 0.76 mg/100 SG DW for US), chlorogenic (5.4 ± 1.1 mg/100 SG DW for UT, and non-detectable for US), and vanillic acids (3.1 ± 0.8 mg/100 SG DW for UT, and 10.0 ± 1.03 mg/100 SG DW for US) were found in lower quantities. Protocatechuic (0.7 ± 0.05 mg/100 SG DW for UT, and non-detectable for US), 4-hydroxy benzoic (1.1 ± 0.06 mg/100 SG DW for UT, and non-detectable for US), and caffeic acids (0.7 ± 0.03 mg/100 SG DW for UT, and non-detectable for US) were present in very small amounts. Ultrasound-assisted and Ultra-Turrax pretreatments were demonstrated to be efficient methods to recover these value-added compounds.  相似文献

We propose a straightforward access to a rotating light-emitting device powered by wireless electrochemistry. A magnetic stirrer is used to rotate a light-emitting diode (LED) due to the intrinsic magnetic properties of the tips that contain iron. At the same time, the LED is submitted to an electric field and acts as a bipolar electrode. The electrochemical processes that are coupled on both extremities of the LED drive an electron flow across the device, resulting in light emission. The variation of the LED alignment in time enables an alternating light emission that is directly controlled by the rotation rate. The stirring also enables a continuous mixing of the electrolyte that improves the stability of the output signal. Finally, the LED brightness can readily reveal a change of chemical composition in the electrolyte solution.  相似文献

为了探究超声搅拌磁流变抛光液的制备及优化工艺,利用多物理场数值计算方法,建立了超声搅拌磁流变抛光液的声场仿真模型,并进行了频域分析。研究了不同液位深度、超声变幅杆探入深度,不同功率下磁流变抛光液的声场分布。通过测量磁流变抛光液的声场强度对声场仿真进行了验证。结果表明:随着距变幅杆距离的增加,声强逐渐减弱,高声强区域主要分布在换能器轴线附近。声强在距变幅杆20mm范围内急剧衰减,变幅杆最佳探入深度为10mm,增大功率有助于空化区域的扩大。声场仿真结果与实验测量结果基本一致,对磁流变抛光液的制备提供了数值计算基础。  相似文献

建立搅拌萃取–分光光度法快速检测水环境中阴离子表面活性剂的含量。用三氯甲烷以800~1 200 r/min搅拌萃取水样与亚甲蓝溶液合成的活性物质,搅拌时间为2 min,静置分层后经脱脂棉过滤,待测。阴离子表面活性剂质量浓度在0.050~0.500 mg/L范围内与吸光度线性良好,相关系数大于0.999 0,方法检出限为0.010 mg/L。选择饮用水源水、农村地下水、湖泊水、城市河道水作为研究对象,平行检测结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.9%~6.5%(n=6),加标回收率为91.3%~110%;对标准物质检测结果的相对误差为–2.3%~3.5%,满足实验室分析质量控制要求和现行地表水、地下水质量标准的评价要求。该方法与国标检测方法相比,在准确度、精密度、灵敏度、分析效率及试剂用量方面均有明显优势,具有推广应用价值。  相似文献

In this study, electromembrane extraction from a flowing sample solution, termed as continuous‐flow electromembrane extraction, was developed and compared with conventional procedures for the determination of four basic drugs in real samples. Experimental parameters affecting the extraction efficiency were further studied and optimized. Under optimum conditions, linearity of continuous‐flow procedure was within 8.0–500 ng/mL, while it was wider for conventional procedures (2.0–500 ng/mL). Moreover, repeatability (percentage relative standard deviation) was found to range between 5.6 and 10.4% (n  = 3) for the continuous‐flow procedure, with a better repeatability than that of conventional procedures (2.3–5.5% (n  = 3)). Also, for the continuous‐flow procedure, the estimated detection limit (signal‐to‐noise ratio = 3) was less than 2.4 ng/mL and extraction recoveries were within 8–10%, while the corresponding figures for conventional procedures were less than 0.6 ng/mL and 42–60%, respectively. Thus, the results showed that both continuous flow and conventional procedures were applicable for the extraction of model compounds. However, the conventional procedure was more convenient to use, and thus it was applied to determine sample drugs in real urine and wastewater samples.  相似文献

In this study, a green, rapid, and simple method, ionic‐liquid‐magnetized stirring bar liquid‐phase microextraction was developed for the determination of naphthoquinones, including shikonin and β,β′‐dimethylacrylshikonin, in Zicao. This method permits active magnetic stirring, extraction, and pre‐enrichment in a single device simultaneously, so the extract is conveniently collected. The analytes were extracted from the sample to ionic liquid‐magnetized stirring bar, then the analyte‐adsorbed magnetized stirring bar can be readily isolated from the sample solution by a magnet. The key experimental parameters were investigated and optimized, including the type and volume of ionic liquid, extraction time, salt concentration, stirring speed, and pH. The recoveries were in the range of 89.47–102.38%, and good reproducibilities were obtained with relative standard deviation below 5.36%. Compared with the conventional extraction methods, the proposed method is quicker and more effective.  相似文献
