研究了聚亚甲基蓝/单壁碳纳米管修饰电极的制备、电化学性质,采用差分脉冲伏安法成功应用于烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NADH)的测定.在实验条件下,该修饰电极对NADH氧化具有很好的电催化作用,NADH浓度在2.0~500靘oL/L范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.6 靘ol/L,结果令人满意.  相似文献

Three methods were used to immobilize myoglobin (Mb) on chitosan/single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) film, and direct electrochemistry of the immobilized Mb was extensively investigated. Immobilized Mb displayed a couple of stable and well-defined redox peaks with the formal potential (E’) is at about −0.27 V (vs. SCE) in 0.1 M phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.0). The E′ was shifted linearly with pH in the range of 3.0 to 9.0 with a slope of −54.1 mV pH−1, denoting that one-electron accompanies with one-proton transfer in electrode reaction process. The FT-IR spectroscopy and UV-vis spectroscopy showed that Mb on the film retained its secondary structure similar to its native state. The experimental results demonstrated that the immobilized Mb exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity to reduction of cimetidine with a significant lowering of overpotential. The electrocatalytic current was proportional to the concentration of cimetidine over the range from 9.80 × 10−6 to 1.1 × 10−4 M; the detection limit is 8.40 × 10−6 M (signal-to-noise ratio of 3). 采用经典分子动力学方法模拟一定直径[111]晶向的硅纳米线填充不同扶手椅型单壁碳纳米管复合结构的加热过程, 通过可视化和能量分析的方法判断复合结构中硅纳米线和碳纳米管的热稳定性. 通过讨论碳纳米管的空间限制作用和分子间相互作用力的关系, 对碳纳米管和硅纳米线的热稳定性变化进行初步解释. 研究发现碳纳米管中硅纳米线的热稳定性和碳纳米管的直径关系密切: 当管径较小时, 硅纳米线的热稳定性有所提高, 当管径增大到一定大小时, 硅纳米线的热稳定性会突然显著地下降, 直到硅纳米线与管壁不存在分子间相互作用力, 硅纳米线的热稳定性才会恢复. 而硅纳米线填充到碳纳米管中对碳纳米管的热稳定性有着明显的降低作用.  相似文献

Polyacetylene- and carbon-nanotube-based composite materials are prepared by the method of polymerization filling for the first time. It is shown that the acetylene polymerization mainly occurs at catalytic centers attached to the carbon nanotubes. It follows from TEM data that in the case of single-wall nanotubes the polyacetylene fibriles are wound up onto the nanotubes. In the case of multi-wall nanotubes, polyacetylene can form separate bodies that are connected to the multi-wall nanotubes. The specific electrochemical capacity of the novel composite materials is nearly twice as large as compared with that of the composite prepared by mechanical mixing; it is by two orders of magnitude larger than the pure polyacetylene capacity. The reversibility of the Li+ intercalation-deintercalation electrode reaction appears significantly improved at the polyacetylene-carbon nanotubes composites.  相似文献

Carbon nanotube bundles are promising thermal interfacial materials due to their excellent thermal and mechanical characteristics.In this study,the phonon dispersion relations and density of states of the single-wall carbon nanotube bundles are calculated by using the force constant model.The calculation results show that the inter-tube interaction leads to a significant frequency raise of the low frequency modes.To verify the applied calculation method,the specific heat of a single single-wall carbon nanotube is calculated first based on the obtained phonon dispersion relations and the results coincide well with the experimental data.Moreover,the specific heat of the bundles is calculated and exhibits a slight reduction at low temperatures in comparison with that of the single tube.The thermal conductivity of the bundles at low temperatures is calculated by using the ballistic transport model.The calculation results indicate that the inter-tube interaction,i.e.van der Waals interaction,hinders heat transfer and cannot be neglected at extremely low temperatures.For(5,5) bundles,the relative difference of the thermal conductivity caused by ignoring inter-tube effect reaches the maximum value of 26% around 17 K,which indicates the significant inter-tube interaction effect on the thermal conductivity at low temperatures.  相似文献

The separations of single-wall carbon nanotubes on length by sepharose gel were investigated in this work. The solutions of sodium dodecyl sulfate and sodium deoxycholate were applied as the eluent in sequence. SEM and Raman were used to characterize the length of nanotube bundles. The results show that the longer nanotubes were eluted out first, and then the shorter tubes were followed by the sodium dodecyl sulfate. However, the separated order was totally reversed by the sodium deoxycholate. By this method, the process generated nanotube fractions not only were narrower in length distributions, but also could control the separation orders by changing the eluents. Moreover, the separation principle was also discussed.  相似文献

A film of single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) and didodecyldimethylammonium bromide (DDAB) is prepared by casting a solution of SWNTs and DDAB onto the surface of a gold electrode. The electrochemical behavior of the film is investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. In a 0.10 M phosphate buffer solution of pH 7.0, the film-modified electrode gives a pair of redox peaks in cyclic voltamograms, with the anodic and cathodic peak potentials of 0.095 and 0.042 V. The peak currents change linearly with the scan rate at 30–500 mV/s. The modified electrode has an excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of ascorbic acid (AA). The catalysis currents are proportional to the AA concentration in the range of 5.0 × 10−4 to 3.2 × 10−2 M. The linear-regression equation is i (μA) = 1.2079 + 1.3987 × 103 c AA (M), with a correlation coefficient of 0.9995. The detection limit is 2.2 × 10−4 M (signal-to-noise ratio of 3). The electronic structure and stereochemical structure of some types of carbon nanotubes were investigated by quantum-chemical methods. In this study, a novel signal‐amplified strategy for sensitive electrochemical sandwiched immunoassay of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) was constructed based on aminofunctionalized graphene oxide (GO‐NH2) supported AgNPs used as catalytic labels of secondary anti‐CEA and β‐galactosidase (β‐Gal), Meanwhile, sulfhydrylation single‐wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs‐SH) as substrate materials embellished gold electrode through Au‐SH and connected with gold nanoparticles to form anti‐CEA/AuNPs/SWCNTs‐SH/Au sensing platform through layer‐by‐layer. In the presence of analyte CEA, a sandwich‐type immunoassay format was employed for determination of CEA by using the labeled β‐Gal toward the reduction of p‐aminophenyl galactopyranoside (PAPG) and the redox reaction of AgNPs. Under optimal conditions, the increase in the current was proportional to the concentration of CEA from 0.1 pg/mL to 200 ng/mL. The detection limit (LOD) was 0.036 pg/mL CEA at 3σ. The electrochemical immunoassay displayed an acceptable precision, selectivity, stability. Clinical serum specimens were assayed with the method, and the results were in acceptable agreement with those obtained from the referenced electrochemiluminescent method.  相似文献
