In this paper, the impact of optical beat noise on the performance of optical fast frequency-hopping code-division multiple-access (FFH OCDMA) networks is analyzed. BCH/FFH-OCDMA to reduce the impact of optical beat noise is proposed. It is shown that, BCH/FFH-OCDMA has much better performance under the same bit rate, same chip time and same number of available wavelengths. Another advantage for BCH/FFH-OCDMA is that the code length of one-coincidence sequence will be shorter, which can greatly reduce the difficulty of fabrication for fiber gratings. 相似文献

提出了一种新颖的多速率光码分多址系统的实现方案,使得光码分多址系统能够同时传输不同速率的用户信号。对系统的误码性能进行了理论分析,并讨论了在系统中加入硬件限幅器以提高系统性能的可能性。以同时传输两种不同速率信号为例,将系统与变码长光码分多址系统的误码性能进行了仿真和比较。分析表明,随着速率的增加,虽然地址码字的性能有一定下降,但其整体性能仍优于变码长的多速率的光码分多址系统。最后,设计了相应的实验,验证了码字的性能和实现多速率光码分多址系统的可能性。 相似文献

The classical Schalkwijk–Kailath (SK) scheme for the point-to-point white Gaussian channel with noiseless feedback plays an important role in information theory due to the fact that it is capacity-achieving and the complexity of its encoding–decoding procedure is extremely low. In recent years, it has been shown that an extended SK feedback scheme also achieves the capacity region of the two-user Gaussian multiple-access channel with noiseless feedback (GMAC-NF), where two independent messages are, respectively, encoded by two intended transmitters. However, for the two-user GMAC-NF with degraded message sets (one common message for both users and one private message for an intended user), the capacity-achieving feedback scheme remains open. In this paper, we propose a novel two-step SK-type feedback scheme for the two-user GMAC-NF with degraded message sets and show that this scheme is capacity-achieving. 相似文献

The impact of fiber polarization mode dispersion (PMD) on the bit error rate (BER) performance of a direct sequence optical code-division multiple-access system is analyzed by the split-step Fourier method based on the coupled nonlinear Schrödinger equation, the three-dimensional Poincare sphere theory and the Jones matrix method. When the incident pulse's width is bigness than the chip duration, which causes spreading and overlapping of chips and degrades system performance due to increased interchip interference and reduced received optical power conduce cannot decoding or error decoding. Considering the reference frequency dissemination requirements of the Square Kilometre Array telescope(SKA)project,on the basis of the 1f–2f precision frequency synchronization scheme,we propose and demonstrate a fiber-based multiple-access frequency synchronization scheme.The dissemination reference frequency can be recovered at arbitrary nodes along the entire fiber link.It can be applied to antennas close proximity to the SKA central station,and will lead to a better SKA frequency synchronization network.As a performance test,we recover the disseminated 100-MHz reference frequency at an arbitrary node chosen as being 5 km away from the transmitting site.Relative frequency stabilities of2.0×10~(-14)/s and 1.6×10~(-16)/10~4 s are obtained.We also experimentally verify the feasibility of a frequency dissemination link with three access points. 相似文献

光码分多址系统中,光编解码是影响系统性能的关键因素之一。给出了低折射率相移超结构光纤光栅(SSFBG)光码分多址编解码器的数学模型,采用自相关峰旁瓣比(P/W)、自互相关峰比(P/C)两个参量作为衡量编解码器性能的主要指标,仿真研究了不同脉宽及不同光栅(码片)长度条件下超结构光纤光栅编解码器的性能,得到了编解码器的P/W、P/C随输入脉冲宽度及编解码器长度的变化曲线。从对编解码器性能仿真分析的结果可以看出,当光源脉宽与编解码器的长度满足一定的匹配条件时,可获得较理想编解码效果,即可以根据输入脉冲的宽度来选择长度合适的编解码器,从而获得较好的系统的性能。 相似文献
