将模糊综合评价方法应用于机场油库安全度评价,设计了四级评价因素集,结合机场油库实际,给出了安全度模糊综合评价的数学模型和计算方法.通过对某机场油库实例计算表明,评价结果与实际一致.该方法为机场油库安全管理提供了科学依据.  相似文献

Vaccines typically contain an antigen, delivery system (vehicle), and adjuvant, all of which contribute to inducing a potent immune response. Consequently, design of new vaccines is difficult, because the contributions and interactions of these components are difficult to distinguish. Here, it is aimed to develop an easy‐to‐use, non‐immunogenic, injectable depot system for sustained antigen release that will be suitable for assessing the efficacy of prolonged antigen exposure per se for inducing an immune response. This should mimic real‐life infections. Recombinant elastin‐like polypeptides with periodic cysteine residues (cELPs) are selected, which reportedly show little or no immunogenicity, as carriers and tetanus toxoid (Ttd) as an antigen. After subcutaneous injection of the mixture, cELP rapidly forms a disulfide cross‐linked hydrogel in situ, within which Ttd is physically incorporated, affording a biodegradable antigen depot. A series of Ttd‐containing hydrogels is examined. A single injection induces high levels of tetanus antibody with high avidity for at least 20 weeks in mice. The chain length of cELP proves critical, whereas differences in hydrophobicity has little effect, although hydrophilic cELPs are more rapidly biodegraded. This system's ability to distinguish the contribution of sustained antigen release to antibody induction should be helpful for rational design of next‐generation vaccines.  相似文献

城区地铁车辆段进行上盖物业开发可节约、集约利用地铁用地,缓解城市土地资源稀缺问题。地铁车辆段特别是其咽喉区振动是上盖物业开发的环境制约因素。为研究地铁车辆段咽喉区对上盖建筑的振动影响,建立轨道-地基土-上盖建筑三维有限元模型,采用等效荷载法,将实地采样的钢轨铅垂向振动加速度转化为列车钢轨铅垂向振动线荷载,作用于轨道上。在结合实测数据验证模型合理性的基础上,定量研究上盖平台厚度和离地高度、上盖建筑层数和结构等因素对室内环境振动(铅垂向Z振级VLZmax)的影响。结果表明,地铁车辆段咽喉区对高层建筑的振动影响整体大于多层建筑;由于振动波在屋顶自由端发生反射并与入射波叠加,导致不同楼层楼板中央VLZmax随楼层升高略有增加;框架结构建筑室内VLZmax大于剪力墙结构;增加上盖平台厚度可减小建筑室内VLZmax;上盖建筑室内VLZmax随上盖平台离地高度增加而增加(即随建筑楼层绝对离地高度增加而增大)。研究结果可为地铁车辆段上盖物业开发振动污染防治提供理论和工程技术依据。  相似文献

Splicing of optical fibers will be a major determining factor in the technical and economic success of fiber networks built in the 1990s. Needs, requirements, and specifications are now being proposed for the splicing systems to be used in these future networks. Two basic objectives for the splicing system of the 1990s can be defined from all the study and analysis that has been done thus far. Simply stated, the most widely accepted splicing system for the future will be the one that provides the highest performance at the lowest installed cost.

A new splicing system has been developed that addresses and meets many of the requirements that have been proposed. This system provides high splice performance and at the same time is very easy and fast to use. It also has low-cost assembly tooling and has been exhaustively tested to ensure conformance with proposed performance specifications.  相似文献

地铁已逐渐成为我国大城市重要的公共交通方式,其线路建设对城市用地开发具有深远影响。以杭州地铁1号线为例,利用聚类分析法,对2007―2018年3个时间段的102个站点周边土地开发状况进行了类型化分析,并探讨了各类型的用地特征、空间分布、变动模式、变动影响因素等。3个时间段的102个站点可分为7大类23小类,其用地构成表现出较大的多样性和较强的区位选择性,其变动模式多由郊外型向居住型、居住+服务设施型等转变,非建设用地和新居住用地的开发、服务功能的提升、老小区和工业用地的撤退等是类型变动的主要影响因素,共同引导站点周边用地内部的功能转变,并影响城市空间结构。  相似文献

Most loads in the power distribution system of Tehran Metro (Subway) are inductive and lead to poor power factor (PF) especially in Lighting and Power Substation. One of the methods of PF correction is adding or producing the capacitive components within the circuit to eliminate the effect of inductive loads. Optimal capacitor placement (OCP), with the objects of power system voltage profile improvement, PF correction, loss reduction, and line reactive power decrease are of particular importance in power system control and planning. These objects depend on how the capacitive components are installation and to achieve them, since the capacitor placement is nonlinear problem and has some equally and inequality constraint. This article investigates OCP in the actual power distribution grid of Tehran Metro (Line 2) in the presence of nonlinear loads. The placement problem is solved using Genetic Algorithms as implemented in the Electrical Transient Analyser Program software. Results (capacity release, total generation, loading, demand, power losses and number of capacitor banks, costs and annual benefits) are obtained and analysed. This study and simulation shows that by OCP can calculate reduce annual losses and release capacity of equipment in power distribution grid of Tehran Metro such as cables and transformers from reactive power and that will maximize profits. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 根据专家对于方案评判指标重要性的自然思维对比过程和形成数据的特点,提出了云化双重AHP模型对备选方案进行选优,并应用于地铁施工方案选择.专家的自然思维对比过程分两次进行.第一次是赖于工程背景,不同施工方案之间相同评判指标的比较;第二次是不考虑实际工程背景下的各指标比较.使用云模型嵌入AHP是为了对专家提供的不确定信息进行处理.基于上述两点考虑构建了云化双重AHP模型.分析了4种隧道施工方案,得到了方案选优指标.分析结果表明:对于给定的工程背景,使用盾构法施工是最优的.最后将该模型与现有4种模型进行对比,说明了模型的相对优点.  相似文献
