A new concept and its methodology for studying human meridians are presented based on rigorous and scientific observation
on the objective existence of human meridians in view of biomedical optics. According to this methodology, the infrared radiant
characteristics of acupuncture meridians over human body and the optical transport properties of light propagating along the
meridian are reported. This study, thus, confirms the existence of acupuncture meridians, sheds new light on an approach to
investigation of human meridians and offers a new perspective in understanding the potential meridian functions such as energy
and information transfer and physiological regulation.

The aim of the present study is to characterize the distribution of tryptanthrin (TRYP) in rat tissues following oral administration at a dose of 100 mg/kg and its relationship with meridian tropism (MT) of indigo naturalis (IN) in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). For quantitative analysis in biological samples, a sensitive, inexpensive and accurate high‐performance liquid chromatographic method was developed and validated with 2‐hydroxy acetophenone as internal standard, a Shimadzu C18 column and water–acetonitrile (55:45, v/v) as mobile phase. Acceptable intra‐day and inter‐day precision at high, medium and low concentration was acquired with RSD ranging from 0.87 to 5.22% and from 1.25 to 6.47%, respectively. Good assay and extraction recoveries were obtained with a single and relatively fast step to precipitate protein. The extraction recovery of TRYP ranged from 87.5 to 94.5 %. TRYP concentration was highest in the liver and remained for a much longer time than in other tissues. It could also be detected in kidney, lung, heart and spleen, but not in brain under the experimental conditions. The results confirmed the traditional knowledge of TCM that MT of IN belongs to the liver meridians and demonstrated that TRYP is one of the active constituents of the MT of IN. 由进风口-叶轮-无叶扩压器-蜗壳等部件组成的离心风机通道内流分析是非常复杂的,目前还只能是分别计算各部件内的流场,但必须考虑部件间的相互影响。本文采用轴对称N-S方程,根据三维叶轮通道计算给出的叶片力分布,求解了考虑叶片力的进风口-叶轮-无叶扩压器组成的子午通道问题,所得结果可用来给出三维叶轮通道计算的进口条件,并可用于优化设计进风口及叶轮前、后盘形状。该方法已得到实践检验。 相似文献

A new unified strength criterion in the principal stress space has been proposed for use with normal strength concrete (NC) and high strength concrete (HSC) in compressioncompression-tension, compression-tension-tension, triaxial tension, and biaxial stress states. The study covers concrete with strengths ranging from 20 to 130 Mpa. The conception of damage Poisson's ratio is defined and the expression for damage Poisson's ratio is determined basically.The failure mechanism of concrete is illustrated, which points out that damage Poisson's ratio is the key to determining the failure of concrete. Furthermore, for the concrete under biaxial stress conditions, the unified strength criterion is simplified and a simplified strength criterion in the form of curves is also proposed. The strength criterion is physically meaningful and easy to calculate, which can be applied to analytic solution and numerical solution of concrete structures. 相似文献

基于腕部手厥阴心包经循行区域的解剖结构,建立了腕部手厥阴心包经和旁开非经络线区域组织光传输结构的简化模型,并利用蒙特卡罗模拟的方法分别模拟了光在腕部手厥阴心包经、相邻肌腱以及旁开非经络线上的光传输特性。模拟结果表明,光沿腕部手厥阴心包经呈优势传输,与本实验室之前实验所得的结果相一致。分别计算了三个模型中各层的光通量情况,计算结果表明,腕部心包经循行区域的光传输特性主要受该区域的底层结构和底层组织成分影响,光在底层结构中也是沿腕部心包经呈优势传输的,并且该优势传输的现象与腕部心包经底层的筋膜间隙结构有关。 相似文献

为研究大型双曲冷却塔不同子午线型对其在风荷载作用下强度和稳定的影响,根据某实际工程建立有限元模型,分析了不同子午线型对冷却塔动力特性的影响,比较了规范静风载荷作用下不同线型冷却塔塔筒和支柱风致响应的差异,探讨了线型变化对冷却塔稳定性的影响.结果表明:子午线型的优化在冷却塔结构设计中是十分必要的, "矮胖"型冷却塔基频更高,但其抗风承载性能和稳定性比"高瘦"型塔弱,风致内力和位移响应也较大. 相似文献
