Desloratadine (DES) is an antihistamine used in the treatment of allergies and chronic urticaria. 1H NMR spectroscopic study of varying ratios of DES and β-Cyclodextrin (β-CD) in D2O suggests the formation of a 1:1 inclusion complex formed by the penetration of Cl-substituted aromatic ring into the β-CD cavity. The stoichiometry and binding constant of the complex were determined by Scott’s method.  相似文献

The complete assignment of 19F, 1H and 13C NMR spectra for a monosubstituted octafluoro[2.2]paracyclophane derivative is described for the first time. The unambiguous assignments were achieved through the combination of 19F--1H HOESY, 1H COSY and 19F COSY techniques and then further confirmed employing a complementary approach using a Karplus-dependent 3JCF interaction. Interesting aspects of the coupling patterns for various JHH, JHF, JCF and JFF interactions are also discussed.  相似文献

The new cycloartane glycoside cyclogaleginoside E, 20S,24R-cycloartan-3,6,16,25-tetraol-3-O--D-xylopyranoside-25-O--D-glucopyranoside, was isolated from stems of Astragalus galegiformis L. The relative configurations of four stereogenic centers of the C33‐C42 fragment of niphimycin A were assigned as 2S*, 3R*, 4S* and 6S*, based upon 1H NMR analysis with double‐quantum filtered COSY and nuclear Overhauser spectroscopy experiments. These data were then correlated with absolute configurations at C36 and C38 of niphimycin A, which were declared previously as 36S and 38S [3]. PSYCOSY is an f1 broadband homonuclear decoupled version of the COSY nuclear magnetic resonance pulse sequence. Here, we investigate by a combination of experimental measurements, spatially distributed spin dynamics simulations, and analytical predictions the coherence evolution delay necessary in PSYCOSY experiments to ensure intensity discrimination in favour of the correlations typically arising from short range (nJ, n ≤ 3) 1H–1H couplings and show that, in general, a coherence evolution delay of around 35 ms is optimum.  相似文献

A simple collimating lens system was used to modify, at modest cost, a flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer for performing flameless atomic absorption spectrophotometry (f.a.a.s.) analysis with the Varian Model 63 Carbon Rod Atomizer. The source light was collimated into a 3-mm diameter beam which passed through the carbon tube and was focused by a second lens to work efficiently with the monochromator.

The modified f.a.a.s. techniques extends the capability of the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer to make possible analyses of trace elements. Good correlation of values for Zn, Fe, Cu, and Mn were obtained by use of the National Bureau of Standards Standard Reference Material Orchard Leaves.  相似文献

The present state of the routine 2D COSY‐ and HSQC‐NMR spectroscopy is reported. After a short introduction into the basic theory of 2D NMR the pulse sequences of COSY and HSQC are explained.
