In a Young–Michelson tandem interferometer a Michelson interferometer is illuminated through a pair of Young slits. The pattern produced by this set-up is analyzed theoretically. The consequences of small misalignments and uncompensated arms in the Michelson interferometer are studied. The effects of the spatial and temporal partial coherence of the source are also explored. Experimental results using a laser source are shown to be in good agreement with the predicted theoretical calculations. 相似文献

Nanofluidics encompasses a wide range of advanced approaches to study charge and mass transport at the nanoscale. Modern technologies allow us to develop and improve artificial nanofluidic platforms that confine ions in a way similar to single-ion channels in living cells. Therefore, nanofluidic platforms show great potential to act as a test field for theoretical models. This review aims to highlight ionic Coulomb blockade (ICB)—an effect that is proposed to be the key player of ion channel selectivity, which is based upon electrostatic exclusion limiting ion transport. Thus, in this perspective, we focus on the most promising approaches that have been reported on the subject. We consider ion confinements of various dimensionalities and highlight the most recent advancements in the field. Furthermore, we concentrate on the most critical obstacles associated with these studies and suggest possible solutions to advance the field further. 相似文献

In this paper, we introduce the notion of interlacing of Hurwitz series. We begin by reviewing some important properties of the ring of Hurwitz series over a commutative ring A of arbitrary characteristic, and we introduce and investigate properties of the maps exp and log. We show that solutions of linear homogeneous differential equations with constant coefficients from the ring A can be described simply as interlacings of solutions of a first order system of differential equations. We give several examples to illustrate this result, and we conclude by defining and investigating properties of trigonometric functions using interlacings of Hurwitz series. 相似文献

We use interlacing techniques to prove that carbon nanocones who have a Fries Kekulé structure have closed Hückel shells,
and that this result can be extended to all conjugated cones where each edge belongs to a hexagonal face and the configuration
of the non-hexagonal faces are consistent with a Fries Kekulé structure. Cones with Fries Kekulé structure or substructure
are topical—not only from a valence bond theoretical point of view—since a previous ab initioanalysis favored cones where the pentagons at the tip are configured as in a Fries Kekulé structure. The question of interdependence

For Komatu–Loewner equation on a standard slit domain, we randomize the Jordan arc in a manner similar to that of Schramm (2000) to find the SDEs satisfied by the induced motion on and the slit motion . The diffusion coefficient and drift coefficient of such SDEs are homogeneous functions.Next with solutions of such SDEs, we study the corresponding stochastic Komatu–Loewner evolution, denoted as . 为研究两个异质关联网络复合后的结构特征与节点中心性特征,本文提出了交织型层级复杂网络的概念,可描述由两个具有部分相同节点,连接边属性近似的子网所构成的层级复杂网络,并定义了节点交织系数、路径交织系数和网络交织系数3种测度用于衡量两个子网之间的密切程度.针对该类网络,研究并改进了节点度中心性和介数中心性的计算方法,同时提出一种新的中心性指标—助联性,用于衡量子网的某一节点对另一子网联通性和流通性的助益.通过实验分析,验证了本文各类指标的有效性. 相似文献
