This paper presents a relaxation algorithm, which is based on the overset grid technology, an unsteady three‐dimensional Navier–Stokes flow solver, and an inner‐ and outer‐relaxation method, for simulation of the unsteady flows of moving high‐speed trains. The flow solutions on the overlapped grids can be accurately updated by introducing a grid tracking technique and the inner‐ and outer‐relaxation method. To evaluate the capability and solution accuracy of the present algorithm, the computational static pressure distribution of a single stationary TGV high‐speed train inside a long tunnel is investigated numerically, and is compared with the experimental data from low‐speed wind tunnel test. Further, the unsteady flows of two TGV high‐speed trains passing by each other inside a long tunnel and at the tunnel entrance are simulated. A series of time histories of pressure distributions and aerodynamic loads acting on the train and tunnel surfaces are depicted for detailed discussions. The study of bed-load transport is of great significance both in theory and in practice. This paper discusses the saltation of bed-load solid grains in flowing water. Experiments and theoretic analysis have been made by means of high-speed photographing and advanced data processing technique with a combined method based on mechanical and statistical theories. It indicates that the saltation is the main form of the bed-load transport under ordinary flowing conditions. In the meantime, taking successive saltation as the model of bed-load transport, systematic analysis has been made with regard to the kinematic properties and mechanism of saltation. The statistical analysis shows that the probability density functions of the relative height and length of saltation are in conformity with Γ-type distribution, while the probability density functions of the relative velocities of saltation are in conformity with the Gaussian distribution. The mechanical behavior of keratin is studied, focusing on the mechanism of failure. For this purpose, a new procedure has been suggested to differentiate the time-dependent and time-independent losses of energy at different strain levels. The solvent-free reactions of fullerenes and N-alkylglycines with and without aldehydes (RCHO) 2a-e under high-speed vibration milling (HSVM) conditions have been investigated. Fulleropyrrolidines 4a-e (C60(CH2N(CH3)CHR), R=H (4a), C6H5 (4b), p-NO2-C6H4 (4c), p-CH3O-C6H4 (4d), p-(CH3)2N-C6H4 (4e)) were obtained in moderate yields from reactions of C60 with aldehydes 2a-e and N-methylglycine (Prato reaction). In all these solvent-free reactions, 4a was found to be formed besides 4b-e, indicating that fullerenes can react with N-substituted glycines in the absence of aldehyde to give fulleropyrrolidines. For this novel reaction, a possible reaction mechanism involving an electron transfer process has been proposed. Intrigued by this observation, the dependence of the yield on the reagent ratio for the reaction of C60 with paraformaldehyde and/or N-methylglycine was examined to search the optimal conditions. The reaction of C70 with paraformaldehyde and/or N-methylglycine under HSVM conditions was also studied and was found to give the positional isomers of [70]fulleropyrrolidines.  相似文献

The three-dimensional dynamics of a pair of counter-rotating streamwise vortices that are present in the wake of an ICE3 high-speed train typical of modern, streamlined vehicles in operation, is investigated in a 1/10th-scale wind-tunnel experiment. Velocity mapping, frequency analysis, phase-averaging and proper orthogonal decomposition of data from high-frequency multi-hole dynamic pressure probes, two-dimensional total pressure arrays and one-dimensional multi-hole arrays was performed. Sinusoidal, antisymmetric motion of the pair of counter-rotating streamwise vortices in the wake is observed. These unsteady characteristics are proposed to be representative of full-scale operational high-speed trains, in spite of the experimental limitations: static floor, reduced model length and reduced Reynolds number. This conclusion is drawn from favourable comparisons with numerical literature, and the ability of the identified characteristics to explain phenomena established in full-scale and scaled moving-model experiments.  相似文献

With the introduction of wireless modems and smart phones, the passenger transport industry is witnessing a high demand to ensure not only the safety of the trains, but also to provide users with Internet access all the time inside the train. When the Mobile Terminal (MT) communicates directly with the Base Station (BS), it will experience a severe degradation in the Quality of Service due to the path loss and shadowing effects as the wireless signal is traveling through the train. In this paper, we study the performance in the case of relays placed on top of each train car. In the proposed approach, these relays communicate with the cellular BS on one hand, and with the MTs inside the train cars on the other hand, using the Long Term Evolution (LTE) cellular technology. A low complexity heuristic LTE radio resource management approach is proposed and compared to the Hungarian algorithm, both in the presence and absence of the relays. The presence of the relays is shown to lead to significant enhancements in the effective data rates of the MTs. In addition, the proposed resource management approach is shown to reach a performance close to the optimal Hungarian algorithm.  相似文献

The isomerism of glucaric acids and the complexity of the composition of Leonurus japonicus Houtt. increased the difficulty of the separation of glucaric acids from the herb. In the present study, three glucaric acids were isolated from Leonurus japonicus Houtt. by using high-speed countercurrent chromatography combined with semi-preparative high-performance liquid chromatography. Cation exchange resin chromatography was applied to remove the alkaloids and enrich the glucaric acid fractions. Preliminary separation of the glucaric acid extract by high-speed countercurrent chromatography was carried out at 45℃ by using an optimized solvent system of ethyl acetate/n-butanol/formic acid/water (1:1:0.01:2, v/v/v/v) with satisfied stationary phase retention and separation factor. The semi-preparative high-performance liquid chromatography was used for further separation and purification of the target fractions, and three monomeric compounds were obtained with purities of 90.0, 91.0, and 95.3%. UV spectroscopy, NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry were employed to identify their structures, which were assigned as 2-syringyl glucaric acid, 2,4-disyringyl glucaric acid, and 3,4-disyringyl glucaric acid, respectively, and 2,4-disyringyl glucaric acid was reported for the first time.  相似文献
