Road signs must provide a conspicuous signal to a wide variety of drivers over a broad range of environmental and geometric conditions. Recently, there are an increasing number of applications in which light emitting diodes (LEDs) are used as the light source, including critical transportation signaling. In the presence of fog, the resulting visual signal is disturbed due to light scattering by airborne water droplets. By measuring LED brightness with human spectral sensitivity in various densities and various droplet sizes (10, 30, 50, and 100 μm), it is understood that the particle size distribution (fog droplet size) and density of fog does affect visibility in fog. The colored LEDs that contain a yellow component had high brightness evaluation, blue component had low brightness evaluation in all densities and different droplet sizes. The result in this paper can contribute to air and land traffic safety and the prevention of accidents.  相似文献

Physical and chemical characteristics of leaf dust (LD) samples, collected between 2011 and 2013, of a severely winter fog affected and polluted urban environment (Allahabad, India) of Indo-Gangetic plain are presented in this study. The weather changes in the study area are grouped into three effective annual seasonal periods – winter fog, pre-monsoon and post-monsoon. The pronounced impact of seasonal variations is observed in LD characteristics, as ~46% of the winter fog period samples ranges in size between 2.5 and 20 µm with high magnetic susceptibility (up to 938.22 × 10?8 m3 kg?1). In comparison, 35% of the LD from pre-monsoon period occurs in the size range of 100–300 µm with low magnetic susceptibility (up to 43.29 × 10?8 m3 kg?1). The fractal analysis involving submicroscopic clast dimension of LD also reveals a seasonal influence. The toxic metals (Pb, Zn, Cd, Cr and Ni) in LD belonging to winter fog and post-monsoon periods increase in comparison to samples from pre-monsoon time. Multivariate statistical analysis of trace element data suggests that the LD collected from winter fog and post-monsoon periods originate predominantly from anthropogenic source, whereas those collected during pre-monsoon owe their origin to crustal and anthropogenic sources, mainly. The present study has demonstrated the role of seasonal variation in controlling the physical and chemical properties of particulate matter based on multiple parameter analyses, and the derivation of the dust load from a mixed source (upper continental crust, anthropogenic and vehicular) for the study area for the first time.  相似文献

一种铈(Ⅲ)配合物对含石墨粘结涂层耐蚀性的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了改善含石墨粘结涂层的耐蚀性,首先对这种涂层在腐蚀环境中耐蚀性差的原因进行了分析,然后将二正丁基磷酸、CeF_3、Sb_2O_3和一种Ce(Ⅲ)配合物Ce(NO_3)(C_8H_(18)PO_4)_2分别添加于酚醛环氧-MoS_2-石墨粘结涂层中,考察了它们对这种涂层耐蚀性的影响,并对含Ce(NO_3)(C_8H_(18)PO_4)_2的涂层和空白样涂层进行了表面分析。盐雾试验表明,添加Ce(NO_3)(C_8H_(18)PO_4)_2可以有效地抑制涂层中MoS_2的氧化和由石墨所引起的金属底材之电化学腐蚀;根据X射线光电子能谱分析结果可知,添加Ce(NO_3)(C_8H_(18)PO_4)_2之所以能够提高含石墨粘结涂层的耐蚀性,应当归因于它在MoS_2晶体表面和金属底材表面的吸附。因此,Ce(Ⅲ)配合物Ce(NO_3)(C_8H_(18)PO_4)_2是含石墨粘结涂层的一种实用性能良好的新型防腐添加剂。  相似文献

基于MDA法计算水雾粒子红外隐身粒径   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
水雾隐身技术是一种较为理想且经济适用的目标特征信号控制技术。本文从辐射传输方程出发,考虑水雾粒子的本身辐射和散射,提出以红外表观透射率评价水雾粒子的红外隐身性能。应用Modified Differential Approximation(MDA)法结合MIE理论,计算了水雾粒子红外表观透射率随水雾粒子浓度和粒径的变化关系,得到水雾粒子最佳红外隐身粒径。结果表明:水雾粒子的红外表观透射率随粒子浓度的增加而减小,但当粒子的浓度增加到一定值时,红外表观透射率基本保持不变;水雾粒子的红外表观透射率随粒径的增加先减小后增大,当探测波段为3~5μm时,水雾粒子的最佳红外隐身粒径为6μm;而探测波段为8~12μm时,水雾粒子的最佳红外隐身粒径为12μm。  相似文献

Superhydrophobicity is the extreme water repellence of highly textured surfaces. The field of superhydrophobicity research has reached a stage where huge numbers of candidate treatments have been proposed and jumps have been made in theoretically describing them. There now seems to be a move to more practical concerns and to considering the demands of individual applications instead of more general cases. With these developments, polymeric surfaces with their huge variety of properties have come to the fore and are fast becoming the material of choice for designing, developing, and producing superhydrophobic surfaces. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 为了监测夜间和晨昏时段的低云大雾,实现云的三维立体成像,对微光立体成像的关键技术进行了研究。首先,介绍了微光立体成像原理,分析了成像需要解决的宽视场覆盖和多镜头布局。然后,介绍了实现微光探测需要解决的低照度成像技术及其实现方法。最后,针对观测目标照度变化较大的问题,提出了动态范围拓展技术,介绍了后期数据处理中的云雾监测技术。仿真计算结果表明:采用电子倍增CCD(EMCCD)探测器和推扫扫描成像模式、集成探测器组件以及多台相机拼接方案可有效实现微光立体成像,相机扫描幅宽超过2800km;高程分辨率〈817.7m。提出的成像技术可在低照度条件下监测低云大雾,获取高分辨率的三维立体云图,满足气象海洋探测的需求。  相似文献

A technique is proposed for enhancing visibility through dense fog. The technique assumes that retroreflecting elements are present in the field obscured by fog. An infrared laser beam scans the scene and the retroreflected light is focused, detected and suitably employed to obtain an instant picture of all retroreflectors facing the point of observation. 制备依内敏的AgBr立方体乳剂,乳剂被二氧化硫脲和三氯化金灰化。实验表明:有金存在时灰化乳剂,灰化中心优先在颗粒表面形成;金不存在时,则灰化中心优先在颗粒内部形成。用Na1S2O3溶液刻蚀乳剂,得到了灰化中心在乳剂颗粒体相中的分布曲线。当二氧化硫脲量小,加金灰化时,灰化中心分布在颗粒表面和次表面;当二氧化硫脲量大,加金灰化时,灰化中心分布在颗粒体相中,但由表到里,灰化中心越来越少;当二氧化硫脲量大,不加金灰化时,灰化中心主要分布在颗粒中层部分。对加金灰化的乳剂来说,由于颗粒内部没有灰化中心竞争光生空穴,有大量的光生空穴破坏颗粒表面的灰化中心,因而可以获得高感直接正像乳剂。  相似文献

根据探测设备电视通道要求实现普通彩色和透雾黑白两种模式观察并小型化的特点,运用最速变焦路线凸轮曲线的设计及凸轮曲线平滑性优化的方法实现了小型化设计;采用可见光加近红外波段并在全波段范围内进行像质评价的方法,即根据外形尺寸计算中所求出的每个透镜组的光焦度和通光口径,参考现有结构,选定每组透镜的结构形式,缩放成要求的焦距以后组合成全系统进行像差校正,这样既可实现普通彩色和透雾黑白两种模式的观察,又保证了系统的齐焦性.系统通过了像质检测、实景成像的验证及环境应力筛选及环境例行试验的考查,并成功地用于探测设备.  相似文献
