Breathers in discrete nonlinear ferrimagnetic spin lattices are investigated for both easy-axis and easy-plane configurations. The region in frequency space of the formation of breathers is determined and the anticontinuum limit discussed. The monochromatic and the coloured breathers are found out numerically for different parameters and different conditions of excitations.  相似文献

Undulator for terahertz FEL is created of ferrite materials. The length of the undulator period is 9 cm and the number of periods is 27. By means of selection and redistribution of magnetic elements it was succeeded to reduce the spread in amplitudes of the magnetic field down to 7%. Additional windings in magnetic elements were used to compensate for the residual spread. The needed focusing gradient of the magnetic field is obtained by means of relative displacement, along the x-axis, of alternating poles with opposite signs of the magnetic field. The undulator parameters, including the properties of focusing in the horizontal plane, are studied.  相似文献

In magnetic nanoparticles the uniform precession (q = 0 spin wave) mode gives the predominant contribution to the magnetic excitations. We have calculated the energy of the uniform mode in antiferromagnetic nanoparticles with uncompensated magnetic moments, using the coherent potential approximation. In the presence of uncompensated moments, an antiferromagnetic nanoparticle must be considered as a kind of a ferrimagnet. Two magnetic anisotropy terms are considered, a planar term confining the spins to the basal plane, and an axial term determining an easy axis in this plane. Excitation energies are calculated for various combinations of these two anisotropy terms, ranging from the simple uniaxial case to the planar case with a strong out-of-plane anisotropy. In the simple uniaxial case, the uncompensated moment has a large influence on the excitation energy, but in the planar case it is much less important. The calculations explain recent neutron scattering measurements on nanoparticles of antiferromagnetic α-Fe2O3 and NiO.  相似文献

为了研究配料、温度、氧环境和掺杂等条件对锶铁氧体的磁性能的影响问题, 利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了锶铁氧体粉末, 建立了一种基于电子顺磁共振技术研究锶铁氧体粉末的磁特性的方法. 用电子顺磁共振波谱仪对烧结后的产物进行测试发现: 400 ℃预烧下, 锶铁摩尔比为1:9时, 中间产物顺磁相α-Fe2O3含量最多, 高于400 ℃时其含量减少, 亚铁磁相增加, 并确定最佳煅烧温度介于800-900 ℃. 这是由于外磁场和其他磁场综合作用产生亚铁磁相, 进而产生较强的磁矩相互作用所致. 结合工业实际应用, 发现缺氧退火环境下, 顺磁相α-Fe2O3含量较大, 不利于亚铁磁相生成; X-射线衍射(XRD)表征结果表明: 除了少量杂相, 其余均为顺磁相和亚铁磁相; 电子顺磁共振谱和XRD 谱检测结果综合表明, 锶铁摩尔比为1:9时, 最终产物的顺磁相含量最少, 亚铁磁相含量最多, 磁性最强; 毫特斯拉计的剩磁检测结果也证实了上述结果. 掺杂实验发现镧离子占锶镧总摩尔数的20% 至30% 时, 能够有效降低顺磁相的产生, 增强最终产物的亚铁磁性.  相似文献

The mechanism of GMR effects in La(Mn1–x Fe x )O3 (x=0, 0.01, 0.03) oxides has been investigated by means of magnetic measurements, resistivity measurements in magnetic field and Mössbauer spectroscopy. For the x=0.01 sample, the GMR behavior is similar to that of the conventional (La, A)MnO3 (A: divalent cations) oxides. For the x=0.03 sample, even though the temperature dependence of the Mössbauer spectra was similar to that of the x=0.01 sample, the mechanism for the occurrence of the GMR effect seems to be different. The x=0 sample shows a similar behavior to the x=0.03 sample. A thermal stabilization of spin fluctuation is proposed for the x=0 and x=0.03 sample.  相似文献

Magnetism and transport properties of the semi-Heusler compound NiMnSb are re-examined in great details. A wide set of experiments (elastic and inelastic neutron scattering, static magnetic measurements, magnetoresistance, Hall effect, thermopower, FMR) have been performed on polycrystals, single crystals or single-crystalline thin films, and the results are analysed. Special emphasis is given to the magnetic excitations and to the relaxation mechanisms in this metallic ferromagnet. At low temperatures, all experimental results hint at the existence of a fully spin-polarized conduction band (half metallic state). At higher temperature (T > 80 K), but well below the Curie temperature (730 K), a cross-over to a usual metallic ferromagnetic state is evidenced and discussed. Received 10 January 2000  相似文献

The magnetic properties of bond-diluted nearest-neighbor interaction mixed spin-1/2 and spin-1 Ising ferrimagnetic spin system with different transverse fields are investigated within the framework of the finite cluster approximation (FCA). Particular emphasis is given to the square lattice with coordination number 2 = 4 for which magnetizations are obtained. The interactions Jij are assumed to be independent random variable with distribution P(Jij) = pδ(Jij-J) + (1-p)δ(Jij), where J < 0. If bond concentration p varies in the certain ranges, we find that the compensation temperature is obtained for the values of the different transverse fields Ω1/2 and Ω1 in a restricted region. We obtain the values of the critical different transverse fields and critical bond concentration in this paper.  相似文献

The specific heats of both a two-layer ferromagnetic superlattice and a two-layer ferrimagnetic one are studied. It is found that the spin quantum numbers, the interlayer and intralayer exchange couplings, the anisotropy, the applied magnetic field, and the temperature all affect the specific heat of these superlattices. For both the ferromagnetic and ferrimagnetic superlattices, the specific heat decreases with increasing the spin quantum number, the absolute value of interlayer exchange coupling, intralayer exchange coupling, and anisotropy, while it increases with increasing temperature at low temperatures. When an applied magnetic field is enhanced, the specific heat decreases in the twolayer ferromagnetic superlattice, while it is almost unchanged in the two-layer ferrimagnetic superlattice at low field range at low temperatures.  相似文献

We investigate the spin to charge conversion phenomena in Y3Fe5O12/Pt/Co1-xTbx/Pt multilayers by both the spin pumping and spin Seebeck effects.We find that the spin transport efficiency is irrelevant to magnetization states of the perpendicular magnetized Co;Tb;films,which can be attributed to the symmetry requirement of the inverse transverse spin Hall effect.Furthermore,the spin transmission efficiency is significantly affected by the film concentration,revealing the dominant role of extrinsic impurity scattering caused by Tb impurity.The present results provide further guidance for enhancing the spin transport efficiency and developing spintronic devices.  相似文献
