菱镁矿风化石与叶腊石合成堇青石的结构表征 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
采用菱镁矿风化石、叶腊石、二氧化硅微粉为主要原料,研究分析烧成温度对合成堇青石结晶度、晶粒尺寸、晶相组成和显微结构来确定适宜的合成温度。用X′ Pert plus软件对X射线衍射图进行拟合,分析试样的结晶度,用半定量(semi-quantification)法对试样结晶相中晶相组成进行计算,用Scherrer公式计算试样中堇青石、方石英晶粒的粒径大小。结果表明:采用菱镁矿风化石与叶腊石为原料合成堇青石,当温度由1 350 ℃增加到1 400 ℃,试样的结晶度增加,堇青石晶粒尺寸和堇青石相量增加,在1 400 ℃时,试样结晶度最高,晶粒尺寸最大。晶相组成中堇青石相占67%,方石英相占33%。当温度大于1 400 ℃,试样结晶度降低,堇青石和方石英晶粒尺寸减小,当温度在1 500 ℃时,堇青石相消失,促进了方石英相析出。采用菱镁矿风化石与叶腊石为原料合成堇青石的最佳烧成温度为1 400 ℃。 相似文献

In this paper the optimization of additively decomposed discrete functions is investigated. For these functions genetic algorithms have exhibited a poor performance. First the schema theory of genetic algorithms is reformulated in probability theory terms. A schema defines the structure of a marginal distribution. Then the conceptual algorithm BEDA is introduced. BEDA uses a Boltzmann distribution to generate search points. From BEDA a new algorithm, FDA, is derived. FDA uses a factorization of the distribution. The factorization captures the structure of the given function. The factorization problem is closely connected to the theory of conditional independence graphs. For the test functions considered, the performance of FDA—in number of generations till convergence—is similar to that of a genetic algorithm for the OneMax function. Inexact Newton method via Lanczos decomposed technique for solving box-constrained nonlinear systems
This paper proposes an inexact Newton method via the Lanczos decomposed technique for solving the box-constrained nonlinear systems. An iterative direction is obtained by solving an affine scaling quadratic model with the Lanczos decomposed technique. By using the interior backtracking line search technique, an acceptable trial step length is found along this direction. The global convergence and the fast local convergence rate of the proposed algorithm are established under some reasonable conditions. Furthermore, the results of the numerical experiments show the effectiveness of the pro- posed algorithm. 相似文献

AbstractAs the insulating medium, SF6 is widely used in gas insulation equipment. Partial discharge and local overheating can cause the decomposition of SF6, resulting in a decrease in insulation strength of the equipment. The detection of SF6 decomposition gas can be used for on-line insulation detection of gas insulation equipment in electric power industry. In order to develop a new sensor gas sensing material for gas detecting. In this work, based on the first-principles density functional calculation (DFT) method of DMol3, the adsorption of SF6 decomposition gas on (5,0) Z-type Rh-BNNT in different ways was explored. The adsorption energy, adsorption distance, charge transfer as well as density of states were discussed. The results show that the adsorption strength between SO2 molecule with Rh-BNNT is larger than with SOF2 molecule, combined with desorption time, theoretically predicts Rh -BNNT have the potential to be a material for SO2 gas sensors. 相似文献

Curing and mechanical behavior of carboxylated NBR containing hygrothermally decomposed polyurethane

Hygrothermally decomposed polyester-urethane (HD-PUR) has been added as modifier (up to 20 phr) to sulfur crosslinked carboxylated nitrile rubber (XNBR). The curing and mechanical characteristics of the XNBR have been investigated as a function of the HD-PUR loading in presence and absence of carbon black (CB). The addition of HD-PUR increased the cure rate of both unfilled and CB filled XNBR but resulted in compounds of lower crosslink density and thus of lower stiffness and strength. Based on infrared spectroscopic results it was speculated that the amine functionality of HD-PUR affected the formation of the ionic clusters formed by the reaction between the -COOH groups of XNBR and ZnO. This occurred likely via a coordination complex. Evidence was also found for the formation of -CONH- linkages. Both coordination complexing and chemical reaction between -COOH and -NH2 resulted in a lower overall “crosslinking degree” and as a consequence HD-PUR acted as plasticizer in XNBR. 相似文献

Summary On addition of oxidizable organic substances to molten rare earth nitrates reaction takes place with evolution of nitric oxides and formation of basic nitrates, the two-step hydrolysis of which results in effective enrichment of heavy yttrium earths (YE) from rare earth mixtures in kg-quantities. Using methanol as reducing agent the reaction takes place at 160°C, much lower than using the method of purely thermal decomposition.
