Mechanism of Interaction of γ-Halogenated Salts of Pyrylium and Benzopyrylium with Aromatic Amines

Stoichiometry and kinetics of reactions of 2,6-diphenyl-4-chloropyrylium, 4-chloroflavylium, 4-bromoflavylium, and 4-iodoflavylium perchlorates with nucleophiles N,N-dimethylaniline and n-phenylenediamine are studied using cyclic voltammetry and spectroscopy. Nucleophilic substitution in these compounds proceeds via the formation of a charge-transfer complex, which converts into a radical ion pair as a result of the electron transfer. Heterolytic clevage of the C–Hal bond occurs at the stage of pyranyl (flavanyl) radical.     

蛋白质—四氯苯醌荷移反应的分光光度研究

本文用分光光度法研究了蛋白质—四氯苯醌荷移反应。通过对影响反应各因素的研究,确立了以四氯苯醌形成荷移络合物的方法测定蛋白质的最佳条件,测定了最大结合数及反应平衡常数。     

四（对羟基苯基）卟啉—硅胶固定相的合成及在核苷酸分析中的应用

以大孔微硅胶作基体，经γ－氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷活化与间隔臂氯代环内烷反应后，再与预先合成的四（对羟基苯基）卟啉配体键合，构成电荷转移型亲和色谱固定相。以ＰＨ＝７．０的磷酸盐缓冲溶液作流动相，成功实现对一些核苷酸的高效液相亲和色谱分离。     

Preparation and Crystal Structure of a Charge-transfer Complex between an Organic Substrate and Molybdosilicic Acid [(CH_3)_2NH(CH_2)C_6H_5]_4SiMo_(12)O_(40)·2CH_3CN·H_2O

1 INTRODUCTION Photochromism of intermolecular complexes based on polyoxometalates has received increasing attention due to their potential applications in ma- terial science[1～3]. However, most studies of photo- chromism have been made in solution[4～7], and those in solid state are relatively less and only a few with photosenstivity properties have been studied crystal- lographically. Spectrophotometric determination of ciprofloxacin in pure form and in tablets through charge-transfer complexation reactions

Three simple, quick and sensitive spectrophotometric methods are described for the determination of ciprofloxacin. The methods are based on the reaction of this drug as ann-electron donor with 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-p-benzoquinone (DDQ), 7,7,8,8,-tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) andp-chloranil (CL) as -acceptors to give highly coloured complex species. The coloured products are quantitated spectrophotometrically at 460, 843 and 550 nm for DDQ, TCNQ and CL, respectively. Optimization of the different experimental conditions is described. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration ranges 5–50, 1.5–15 and 20–200 g ml^–1 ciprofloxacin, but the concentration ranges for best accuracy are 10–48, 2.5–15 and 35– 195 g ml^–1 of drug for DDQ, TCNQ and CL, respectively. The relative standard deviations are less than 1.5%. Applications of the suggested methods to ciprofloxacin tablets are presented and compared with the USP method. The stability constants of the 11 DDQ and CL complexes were 1.086 × 10⁴ and 2.581 × 10⁴ lmol^–1, respectively, whereas for the 12 TCNQ complex it was 3.62 × 10⁸1. mol^–1.     

Solvent effect on pyridine derivatives. Molecular iodine donor-acceptor equilibria. The isoquinoline-I2-organic solvent system and the 2,4-lutidine-I2-organic solvent system

The absorption spectra of isoquinoline-iodine or 2,4-lutidine-iodine solutions in organic solventsn-hexane,n-heptane, cyclohexane, carbon tetrachloride, benzene, toluene, chlorobenzene, ando-dichlorobenzene have been measured and interpreted in terms of the D+I₂=DI₂ equilibrium, where D is isoquinoline or 2,4-lutidine. Values ofK (288–320°K), ΔH^o, and ΔS^o for the reaction were calculated. A correlation between theK values and the solubility parameter of the solvent (Buchowski's relation) has been found.     

Synthesis and characterization of second-order nonlinear optical polyurethane with high thermal stability

A second-order nonlinear optical polyurethane was formed with an X-type multi-dimensional charge-transfer (CT) chromophore (DNPIPDHPI) and 3,3^′-dimethoxy-4,4^′-diphenyl diisocyanate. Simultaneous poling and polymerization and in situ second harmonic generation (SHG) measurement technique was carried on to evaluate the thermal stability of the poling induced orientation. The SHG signal of the poled polymer film was not decay below 150 °C and remains 90% of relative d₃₃ value at 200 °C, which is better than the results reported in literature. Comparison of thermal stability indicates that the X-type chromophores possess better property in controlling the decay of the SHG activity than classic chromophores.     

EPR Study on the complex formed by charge-transfer process between ground-state acceptor chloranil and nine donors

EPR study showed that the semi-quinone radical anion of chloranil (TCQ) was formed in a charge-transfer process between ground state chloranil as acceptor and each one of the following ground state donors,i.e.,N,N'-diethyl aniline (DEA),phenothiazine (PTZ),carbazole (CBZ),pyrene (PY),ferrocene (FRO),triphenylphosphine (TPP),triethylamine (TEA),anthracene (AN) and N,N-diethyl-3-aminophenyl ester of palmitic acid (DPP).Our results indicate that there is a tunneling effect for the ground-state charge-transfer process between chloranil and the donor.     

高分子-AlCuCl4膜及其气体透过行为探讨

把对一氧化碳具有选择吸附功能的液体吸附剂(AlCuCl_4-甲苯溶液和AlCuCl_4-Pst-甲苯溶液)引入到高分子(EC、Pst、ABS、CA)膜材料中,制成固体膜,考察了膜的气体透过性能,同时初步得出结果认为,膜中的AlCuCl_4以电荷转移配合物形式与高分子配位结合.
