采用甚高频等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术制备了系列微晶硅薄膜太阳电池,指出了气体总流量和背反射电极的类型对电池性能参数的影响.电池的I-V测试结果表明:随反应气体总流量的增加,对应电池的短路电流密度、开路电压和填充因子都有很大程度的提高,结果使得电池的光电转换效率得以提高.另外,ZnO/Ag/Al背反射电极能明显提高电池的短路电流密度,进而也提高了电池的光电转换效率.对气体总流量和背反射电极类型影响电池效率的原因进行了分析.

A two-step general approach to a new chiral auxiliary starting from levoglucosenone is reported. The compound is obtained by a [4+2] cycloaddition reaction with anthracene followed by a diastereoselective reduction of the C-2 keto function in high overall yield. In this paper, we suggest and analyze several iterative methods for solving general mixed quasivariational inequalities by using the technique of updating the solution and the auxiliary principle. It is shown that the convergence of these methods requires either the pseudomonotonicity or the partially relaxed strong monotonicity of the operator. Proofs of convergence is very simple. A novel type of corner reflector for the reflection of surface plasmon polariton (SPP) is proposed. The reflector consists
of two layers of compensatory media whose permittivity and permeability take opposite signs to that of the corresponding layer
of the SP waveguide. By rigorously solving Maxwell's equations, the reflected SPP is proved to exist. The transverse wave

Closed series solution of electromagnetic scattering by an eccentric coated cylinder is achieved in matrix form. Diffracted field patterns are examined for an incident plane transverse magnetic (TM) wave. The solution is found by the classical separation of variables technique and the translational addition theorems. Wave transformation and orthogonality of the complex exponentials are employed to produce an infinite series. In the present paper, we solve three boundary value problems related to the temperature field in oil strata — the fractional
extensions of the incomplete lumped formulation and lumped formulation in the linear case and the fractional generalization
of the incomplete lumped formulation in the radial case. By using the Caputo differintegral operator and the Laplace transform,
the solutions are obtained in integral forms where the integrand is expressed in terms of the convolution of some auxiliary
