This paper presents a Pi-Sigma network to identify first-order Tagaki-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy inference system and proposes a simplified gradient-based neuro-fuzzy learning algorithm.A comprehensive study on the weak and strong convergence for the learning method is made,which indicates that the sequence of error function goes to a fixed value,and the gradient of the error function goes to zero,respectively.  相似文献

The global stability problem of Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy Hopfield neural networks(FHNNs) with time delays is investigated.Novel LMI-based stability criteria are obtained by using Lyapunov functional theory to guarantee the asymptotic stability of the FHNNs with less conservatism.Firstly,using both Finsler’s lemma and an improved homogeneous matrix polynomial technique,and applying an affine parameter-dependent Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional,we obtain the convergent LMI-based stability criteria.Algebraic properties of the fuzzy membership functions in the unit simplex are considered in the process of stability analysis via the homogeneous matrix polynomials technique.Secondly,to further reduce the conservatism,a new right-hand-side slack variables introducing technique is also proposed in terms of LMIs,which is suitable to the homogeneous matrix polynomials setting.Finally,two illustrative examples are given to show the efficiency of the proposed approaches.  相似文献

油中含水量近红外光谱具有复杂性、非线性和难以用明确数学模型表达的特点.利用无信息变量消除法提取有效波长,采用模糊C均值聚类算法得出输入空间的划分和聚类中心,结合递推最小二乘法辨识后件参量,建立了润滑油的近红外光谱与含水量的Takagi-Sugeno模糊模型.将该辨识算法与偏振最小二乘法模型进行比较,并对实测数据进行了验证.结果显示:经无信息变量消除法提取34个特征波长建立的Takagi-Sugeno模型能够精确地反映出润滑油光谱数据与含水量的关系,其对验证集样本进行预测的相关系数和均方根误差分别为0.964 6和1.531 2×10-4,获得了满意的预测准确度.实验结果验证了应用光谱技术检测油中含水量的可行性,同时也为油中其他污染物的在线监测提供了新方法.  相似文献

为解决T akag i-Sugeno型模糊神经网络在控制多变量系统时的规则组合爆炸问题,提出一种误差前馈补偿的模糊神经网络控制方案,有效实现了三级倒立摆的稳定控制。该控制方案适用对状态变量可按性质和重要程度划分的多变量系统的控制,大大减少了模糊神经网络控制器的规则数,有利于利用专家的控制经验,具有良好的鲁棒性和非线性适应能力。  相似文献

高木-关野模糊系统是基于若干反向传播神经网络(BP-ANN)组成的,它具有一些模糊逻辑特性。文章利用红外光谱与高木-关野模糊系统相结合鉴别52种大黄样品。并对神经网络的隐含层个数和动量因子的影响作了讨论。结果表明,用高木-关野模糊系统得到的结果比通常用的BP网络要好。选用适当的网络训练参数,正确率可达到100%。该方法比常规方法更准确,比民间传统方法更具科学性,因此是鉴别大黄的一种快速、简便的方法。  相似文献

We consider the robust stabilization problem for discrete-time Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy systems with timevaried delays subjected to input saturation.We design static and dynamic anti-windup fuzzy controllers to ensure the convergence of all admissible initial states within the domain of attraction.Based on the project lemma and classical sector conditions,the conditions for the existence of solutions to this problem are obtained and expressed in terms of a set of linear matrix inequalities.Finally,a numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design approach.  相似文献

研究了存在参数微扰的激光超混沌系统的Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) 模糊模型的逼近性及建立问题。分析了存在参数微扰的激光超混沌系统的动力学特性。基于典型T-S模糊系统的建模原理,研究了激光超混沌T-S模糊系统的通用逼近性,通过确定非线性关键变量、模糊隶属度函数及模糊规则,建立了激光超混沌系统的T-S模糊模型。仿真结果表明,所建立的模糊模型能够有效逼近存在参数微扰的激光超混沌系统。  相似文献

In this paper, a new learning algorithm based on group method of data handling (GMDH) is proposed for the identification of Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model. Different from existing methods, the new approach, called TS-GMDH, starts from simple elementary TS fuzzy models, and then uses the mechanism of GMDH to produce candidate fuzzy models of growing complexity until the TS model of optimal complexity has been created. The main characteristic of the new approach is its ability to identify the structure of TS model automatically. Experiments on Box-Jenkins gas furnace data and UCI datasets have shown that the proposed method can achieve satisfactory results and is more robust to noise in comparison with other TS modeling techniques such as ANFIS.  相似文献
