The energy-critical nonlinear wave equation with an inverse-square potential

We study the energy-critical nonlinear wave equation in the presence of an inverse-square potential in dimensions three and four. In the defocussing case, we prove that arbitrary initial data in the energy space lead to global solutions that scatter. In the focusing case, we prove scattering below the ground state threshold.     

Collisional excitation of Na-Rydberg atoms

The scattering of heavy ion with a multilevel Rydberg atom in the presence of an electromagnetic field is studied. The interaction of Rydberg atom and the e.m field is explored using non-perturbative quasi-energy technique. Although the results are presented for selected excitations but in actual calculations we have included many levels of the atom. The effect of various parameters are shown on collisional excitation process. As an illustration detailed calculations are performed for the inelastic proton-Na Rydberg atom collision accompanied by the transfer of photons and the effects of dressing due to the field are considered. The emphasis of the present work is on collision induced transitions especially the case that involves change of orbital as well as principal quantum number. High energy asymptotics of the scattering amplitude for the Schrödinger equation

We find an explicit function approximating at high energies the kernel of the scattering matrix with arbitrary accuracy. Moreover, the same function gives all diagonal singularities of the kernel of the scattering matrix in the angular variables. This paper is dedicated to Jean-Michel Combes on the occasion of his sixtieth birthday.     

Two-Frequency Brillouin Fiber Laser Based on Bragg Grating Fabry-Perot Cavity

A novel and simple two-frequency Brillouin fiber laser is presented. It is based on a fiber Fabry-Perot cavity with fiber Bragg gratings as reflectors. The model of stimulated Brillouin scattering in fiber grating-based Fabry-Perot resonator is investigated. The laser allows conversion efficiency of close to 100% and suppresses the higher-order Stokes waves. The theoretical prediction is presented and the experimental demonstration is realized.

 通过同轴激光连续照明成像模型分析了大气后向散射对成像对比度的影响，得出了考虑散射因素时成像对比度的计算公式。基于不同气象条件下大气粒子散射特点，讨论了霾和雾两种不同天气时成像对比度随照明距离的变化规律，并与实验结果进行了对比，计算结果与实验吻合较好。     

碰撞能量对He-N2的散射截面的影响

用密耦近似方法计算了He和N2体系的微分截面和总截面及转动激发分波截面,得出微分截面及总截面随入射能量变化的规律.

介绍了在神光Ⅱ装置上开展的长脉冲2ns三倍频激光与黑腔靶相互作用的实验。报道了采用PIN探测器阵列测量大角度受激Raman散射（SRS）角分布和采用激光卡计对背向SRS光能量积分测量的实验结果。相同实验条件下激光辐照缝靶产生的SRS光能量要强于激光与全腔靶作用产生的SRS光，小腔靶的SRS光能量要强于标准腔靶。对比长脉冲2ns及短脉冲1ns激光打靶实验结果可以看出：由于激光功率密度的下降，长脉冲激光打靶时SRS散射光能量要弱于短脉冲激光打靶。长脉冲2ns激光与标准腔靶相互作用时，等离子体堵腔比较严重。     

一些特殊图类乘积的离散度

连通图的离散度是用s(G)来表示的,s(G)=max{ω(G-S)-|S|:ω(G-S)>1,SV(G)}.给出了两个完全图乘积的和一个完全图与路的乘积的离散度.还给出了两个完全图乘积的坚韧度.     

Closed solution to electromagnetic scattering of a plane wave by an eccentric cylinder coated with metamaterials

Closed series solution of electromagnetic scattering by an eccentric coated cylinder is achieved in matrix form. Diffracted field patterns are examined for an incident plane transverse magnetic (TM) wave. The solution is found by the classical separation of variables technique and the translational addition theorems. Wave transformation and orthogonality of the complex exponentials are employed to produce an infinite series. Numerical results are then shown by shortening the infinite series to a limited number of terms. Solutions are discussed for a dielectric or a metamaterial coating.     

Surface elastic properties of Si decorated with Ni nanostructures

Brillouin spectroscopy was used to study elastic properties of the Si (1 1 1) decorated with Ni nanostructures deposited by nanospherical lithography. The height of the nickel nanostructure deposited was about 25 nm, while the area taken by the structure differed depending on the type of matrix used. It was found that the Ni nanostructures change the velocity of both bulk and surface phonons in the systems studied. This finding is in contradiction to the results concerning the surface phonons velocities in different media covered with a homogenous thin metal film, in which the effect was observed for films thicker than 70 nm.
