酞菁氧钛/卟啉氧钒复合体系光导性能的协同增强效应   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
在酞菁氧钛(TiOPc)/卟啉氧钒(VOTPP)复合光生材料中发现了光敏性的非线性增强现象,对复合体系的电子跃迁光谱和X射线衍射图的研究结果表明,在基态下两种材料之间没有明显相互作用,光致放电研究说明,该现象来自光激发状态下复合体系中的隙间态跃迁对光导的贡献,XPS测试结果表明酞菁氧钛与卟啉氧钒分子之间存在着定向的部分电荷转移,光致激发状态下的电荷转移是协同增强效应的起因,这种协同增强效应为利用弱的电子给体与弱的受体复合体系设计新型光导材料与器件提供了新方法。  相似文献

The influences of UV light irradiation (313 nm) and diffused daylight on the polymerization of methyl acrylate initiated by the ceric ammonium nitrate without any reducing agent have been studied both in aqueous nitric acid and in pure water. The rate of polymerization was found to be accelerated and the overall activation energy and the induction time were found to be decreased sharply by the UV light irradiation. Under UV light, the rate of polymerization is 8 times as high as the rate in dark. The rate of polymerization was found to attain a maximum with the increase of nitric acid concentration and the rate of polymerization became less sensitive to UV light in the presence of nitric acid whereas the induction period reduced outstandingly. Based on the experimental results, the mechanism is proposed.  相似文献

The photosensitivity dynamics in SiO2 glass with a composition similar to that of silica planar lightwave circuit (PLC) devices was investigated as a fundamental study prior to device fabrication. Silica bulk glasses with similar composition to the core layer of PLC devices were prepared with various concentrations of B2O3. The photosensitivity in boron and germanium co-doped amorphous SiO2 yields a refractive index change Δn as high as 10−3 after irradiation with a KrF UV laser beam. The index modulation disappeared after thermal annealing. The result of annealing experiment and UV absorption/Raman spectra revealed that the molar volume change by UV irradiation is responsible for the index variation in the material.  相似文献

This work demonstrates a promising method to fabricate 2D lattices by using photosensitive sol-gel method combining with four-beam of a 350.7 nm Kr ion laser interference. Photosensitive TiO2 gel films with chelate complexes as precursors are fabricated. The characteristics of UV and IR spectra of the films and their variations in the process of laser irradiation are investigated. The results show that the gel films had an absorption peak at about 358 nm due to the formation of chelate complex. This peak gradually decreases with irradiation in time, which indicates the photosensitive properties of the TiO2 films. A flexible four-beam interference system is proposed. Given incident angles 20.5° and 44.5°, the lattices with pitch of 700 nm and 326 nm are fabricated, respectively. The diffraction phenomenon of the 700 nm lattices is investigated by inverse method. The results are fully consistent with the 2D crystal diffraction theory.  相似文献

In this paper, recent progress in the investigation of photosensitivities of polymer optical fibers and the development of polymer optical fiber grating is reported. Photosensitivities in various polymer fibers, including doped and undoped, multimode and single-mode polymer fibers, have been experimentally characterized and evaluated for fiber grating application. In particular, the wavelength dependence of material absorption and photosensitivity has been found essential to the fabrication of polymer optical fiber grating. Based on the results of photosensitivity research, polymer optical fiber gratings have been successfully fabricated. More importantly, polymer optical fiber grating has been demonstrated highly tunable, with a tuning range more than 70 nm. The unique feature of high tunability in polymer optical fiber grating has great potential in various applications including optical fiber WDM systems and fiber sensor systems. Several important issues that remain to be investigated will also be discussed.  相似文献

Bragg gratings are written with ultrafast 800 nm radiation and a phase mask through the polyimide polymer coatings of commercially available high NA fibres that are both unloaded and loaded with high pressure hydrogen gas. For polyimide coated fibres with very high germanium core concentrations, index modulations greater than 1 × 10−4 are induced. Stable core index modulations 60% of their original value were present after 115 h at 500 °C.  相似文献

An online measurement method for the photosensitivity of fibers is proposed. This method is simple and useful. Theoretical and experimental studies have been carried out. This method is based on the Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI). One arm of the MZI is externally exposed to UV light at 248 nm originating from a KrF excimer laser. Then the output optical spectrum is measured, by some relevant analysis, and the photosensitivity of the fiber can be obtained. The relationship between the refractive index increment of fibers and the exposure time is in accordance with the absorbing model that is brought forward by H. Patrick, which shows that this method has high precision.  相似文献

研究了Tween—80存在时,非水溶性meso—四(—4—溴苯基)卟啉(TBrPP)与镉络合显色反应的条件以及对络合物光敏性的机理做了一些初步探讨。络合物摩尔组成比为1:1,ε′为4.5×10~5,镉量在0~0.36μg·ml~(-1)有较好的线性关系,线性回归方程A=0.00034+0.161C,相关系数为0.9997,稳定常数为2.6×10~7,用于烟草、茶叶、环境分析标准水样中痕量镉的测定,结果满意。  相似文献
