The off-diagonal magnetoimpedance in field-annealed CoFeSiB amorphous ribbons was measured using a pick-up coil wound around the sample. One side of a ribbon was etched in hydrofluoric acid solution during various times in order to change the thickness of the surface crystalline layer appearing after annealing. The asymmetric two-peak field dependence of the off-diagonal impedance was observed for all samples. The evolution of the off-diagonal magnetoimpedance with the change in the ribbon thickness is analyzed.  相似文献

In this paper the enhancement of the values of the cubic molecular hyperpolarizability of the nickel benzendithiol system, resulting from the selective addition of acceptor and donor groups to the ligand structure, is presented. The polarization of the molecular electronic structure is calculated by the finite field method. Significant increases in the values of are obtained from bridging two p-nitroaniline molecules with the square planar nickel structure. These results show that structures with significant values of x (2) that are derived from the inclusion of donor and acceptor groups might also be included into the ligands of the nickel dithiolene complex to give rise to materials with enhanced values of x (3).  相似文献

采用平衡电负性和相对化学键长对传统距离矩阵进行修正,构建新拓扑指数Nt。结合路径数,建立碳氢化合物、醛、酮和硫醇等化合物在24种极性和非极性色谱柱上的定量结构-色谱保留指数关系(QSRR)模型,23种模型的相关系数大于0.99。模型经留n法交叉检验,显示出良好稳健性和预测能力。模型物理意义明确,表明色谱保留指数可用分子的大小、平衡电负性、支化度和形状等内在结构信息进行有效表征。模型经Needham公式分析,结果显示新指数Nt对保留指数影响最大。借助Hyperchem软件进行对比研究,结果表明拓扑化学法优于量子化学AM1法。  相似文献

By comparing a kinetic and a thermal-equilibrium theory of polariton Bose-Einstein condensation, we study under what conditions the dynamical condensation under steady-state non-resonant pumping can approach thermal equilibrium. In particular, we study the dependence on two material parameters: the vacuum-field Rabi-splitting and the polariton radiative lifetime. When increasing the Rabi splitting, condensation takes place under strong non-equilibrium conditions, with dominating quantum fluctuations. Increasing the polariton lifetime above 10 ps at moderate Rabi splitting, instead, produces a quasi-equilibrium condensate at low exciton density, consistently with the picture of a weakly interacting Bose gas.  相似文献

Local models on the basis of the surface cluster approach have been applied extensively in the study of surface and adsorbate systems. The energetic details of the adsorbate-substrate interaction can be characterized in these models by the constrained space orbital variation (CSOV) method. This method allows a detailed study of adsorbate binding in different surface sites. Further, consequences of the chemisorptive interaction for adsorbate valence photoemission and vibrational properties of adsorbed molecules can be studied.  相似文献

In order to discuss the spatial extention of the 02 +-state of 12C (Hoyle state), we analyze the inelastic form factor of electron scattering to the Hoyle state, which our 3α-condensate wave function reproduces very well like previous 3α RGM/GCM models. The analysis is made by varying the size of the Hoyle state artificially. As a result, we find that only the maximum value of the form factor sensitively depends on its size, while the positions of maximum and minimum are almost unchanged. This size dependence is found to come from a characteristic feature of the transition density from the ground state to the Hoyle state. We further show the theoretical predictions of the inelastic form factor to the 22 +-state of 12C, which was recently observed above the Hoyle state, and of the inelastic form factor to the calculated 03 +-state of 16O, which was conjectured to correspond to the 4α condensed state in previous theoretical work by the present authors.  相似文献

Amorphous Co2MnSi thin film was deposited using radio-frequency sputtering. The amorphous film crystallized into a single-phased L21 structure at 500 °C, which was highly disordered. The structure was meta-stable as the crystallized film decomposed upon further heating. Increasing the annealing temperature to 600 °C precipitated fcc Co together with Co2MnSi. Magnetic measurements showed that the as-deposited amorphous film was paramagnetic, exhibiting a spin glass state below 44 K. The phase transition at 500 °C produced a ferromagnetic Co2MnSi thin film whose saturation magnetic moment was considerably lower than reported values due to the disordered structure of the crystallized film.  相似文献

Ordered ferromagnetic-nonmagnetic heterogeneous Fe60Pb40 nanowire arrays were successfully fabricated by alternating current (AC) electrodeposition into nanoporous alumina templates. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) image and selected-area diffraction (SAED) pattern analysis showed that the Fe60Pb40 nanowires are polycrystalline with an average diameter of 22 nm and lengths up to several micrometers. X-ray diffraction (XRD) observations indicated that α-Fe and fcc Pb phase coexist and do not form metastable alloy phase. The as-deposited samples were annealed at 200, 300, 400 and 500 °C, respectively. Magnetic measurements showed that nanowires have high magnetic anisotropy with their easy axis parallel to the nanowire arrays, and the coercivity of the samples increased with the annealing temperature up to 400 °C and reached a maximum (2650 Oe). The change of magnetic properties associated with the microstructure was discussed.  相似文献

Amorphous TbFe films are fabricated by dc magnetron sputtering, and their magnetostrictions at low field are examined over a wide range of terbium content (from 32at.% to 70at.%). It is found that the terbium content plays an important role in the magnetic and magnetostrictive properties of TbFe films. TbFe film soft magnetic properties and low field magnetostriction can be efficiently improved by controlling the terbium at an optimum content. The magnetostriction at lower magnetic field is increased with the increase of terbium content up to 48.2at.%. After reaching the maximum value, further increase of terbium content would result in a great decrease of the low field magnetostriction. By contrast, at higher magnetic field, the magnetostriction is decreased monotonically with the increase of the terbium content.  相似文献

We study the phase coherence property of Bose-Einstein condensates confined in a one-dimensional optical lattice formed by a standing-wave laser field. The lattice depth is determined using a method of Kapitza-Dirac scattering between a condensate and a short pulse lattice potential. Condensates are then adiabatically loaded into the optical lattice. The phase coherence property of the confined condensates is reflected by the interference patterns of the expanded atomic cloud released from the optical lattice. For weak lattice, nearly all of the atoms stay in a superfluid state. However, as the lattice depth is increased, the phase coherence of the whole condensate sample is gradually lost, which confirms that the sub-condensates in each lattice well have evolved into number-squeezed states.  相似文献
