The laser-induced damage (LID) behavior of narrow-band interference filters was investigated with a Nd:YAG laser at 1064 nm under single-pulse mode and free-running mode. The absorption measurement of such coatings was performed with surface thermal lensing (STL) technique. The damage morphologies under the two different laser modes were also studied in detail. It was found that all the filters exhibited a pass-band-center-dependent absorption and laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) behavior, but the damage morphologies were diverse. The explanation was given with the analysis of the electric field distribution and the operational behavior of the irradiation laser. 相似文献

packed together in a fully ordered crystalline matrix. The
compound is highly conducting and even shows superconductivity

results between 10-300 K show a metallic-like behavior: the
nuclear spin-lattice relaxation rate T
1
-1
follows the Korringa law

, but with a relaxation rate approximately three
times smaller than in bulk -Ga
metal. No quantum-size effects are observed, the Korringa law
being followed down to 10 K, whereas the quantum-gaps for

K. These results therefore suggest a transport process based on
intermolecular charge transfer, similar as in alkali-doped

Using the numerical renormalization group method, the dependences on
temperature of the magnetic susceptibility χ(T) and specific heat C(T)
are obtained for the single-impurity Anderson model with inclusion of
d-f the Coulomb interaction. It is shown that the exciton effects
caused by this effect (charge fluctuations) can significantly change the
behaviour of C(T) in comparison with the standard Anderson model at
moderately low temperatures, whereas the behaviour of χ(T) remains nearly
universal. The ground-state and temperature-dependent renormalizations of the
effective hybridization parameter and f-level position caused by the
d-f interaction are calculated, and satisfactory agreement with the
Hartree-Fock approximation is derived. 相似文献

We compare different approximation schemes for investigating ferromagnetism in the periodic Anderson model. The use of several
approximations allows for a detailed analysis of the implications of the respective methods, and also of the mechanisms driving
the ferromagnetic transition. For the Kondo limit, our results confirm a previously proposed mechanism leading to ferromagnetic
order, namely an RKKY exchange mediated via the formation of Kondo screening clouds in the conduction band. The contrary case is found in the intermediate-valence regime.
Here, the bandshift correction ensuring a correct high-energy expansion of the self-energy is essential. Inclusion of damping
effects reduces stability of the ferromagnetic phase.

Calculations of energy and wave functions of ground and low-lying excited states of small clusters of transition metals are carried out using the method of the exact diagonalization of Hamilton matrix of the extended Hubbard model. The binding energy of two holes in the cluster is calculated, the possibility of their effective attraction is shown in the wide range of the interaction parameters. One-particle and two-particle densities of states are analyzed, and the Auger-electron spectra confirming the presence of the bound state are obtained. 相似文献

) of the localized (f-) electrons in infinite dimensions in the weak-coupling limit of a small local interband Coulomb correlation U for half filling. In the case of overlapping conduction- and f-bands different kinds of ordered solutions are possible, namely charge-density wave (CDW) order, electronic ferroelectricity
(EFE) and electronic antiferroelectricity (EAFE). The order parameters are calculated as a function of the model parameters
and of the temperature. There is a first-order phase transition from the CDW-phase to the EFE- or EAFE-phase. The total energy

Specific heat versus temperature curves for various pressures, or magnetic fields (or some other external control parameter) have been seen to
cross at a point or in a very small range of temperatures in many correlated fermion systems. We show that this behavior is
related to the possibility of existence of a quantum critical point. Vicinity to a quantum critical point in these systems
leads to a crossover from quantum to classical fluctuation regime at some temperature . The temperature at which the curves cross turns out to be near this crossover temperature. We have discussed the case of
the normal phase of liquid Helium three and the heavy fermion systems CeAl3 and UBe13 in detail within the spin fluctuation theory, a theory which inherently contains a low energy scale which can be identified
with . When the crossover scale is a homogeneous function of these control parameters there is always crossing at a point. We also
mention other theories exhibiting a low energy scale near a quantum critical point and discuss this phenomenon in those theories.

利用Nd∶YAG调Q单脉冲激光和自由脉冲激光对硬膜窄带干涉滤光片进行激光损伤阈值的测试,并且采用表面热透镜技术测量了滤光片的吸收率。实验发现:窄带干涉滤光片的吸收率和激光损伤阈值强烈依赖于辐照激光波长与窄带干涉滤光片通带的相对位置;在调Q单脉冲激光作用下,不同中心波长的滤光片损伤形貌存在明显的差别,而在自由脉冲激光作用下,各滤光片的损伤形貌则趋于相同,均表现为典型的热熔烧蚀破坏。根据实验结果,结合损伤形貌,通过驻波场理论对激光作用下滤光片内电场分布的分析与模拟,探讨了两种激光模式作用下滤光片的损伤特征和损伤机理的不同特点。 相似文献

We investigate the competition between magnetic order and local Kondo effect in a Kondo lattice model (i.e. the Coqblin-Schrieffer Hamiltonian extended to a lattice) in a mean-field approximation, taking account of the spin-orbit
degeneracy of each localized f level. This leads to the definition of a dependent Kondo temperature. We study the Kondo phase and compare its energy with the energies of magnetic phases, when the
number of the conduction band electron per site is near one. We present a phase diagram which shows the occurrence of three
phases: Kondo, antiferromagnetic and paramagnetic phases. Our model in the mean-field approximation also shows a somewhat
flat Kondo temperature, for large values of , as a function of the exchange coupling J between conduction and localized f electrons. Finally we show some scaling effects between and J and we define a corresponding Kondo temperature.
