Matrix-Investigations on Monomeric Copper(I) Chloride and its Complexes with N2 and PN Ligands. IR Spectroscopic Results and ab-initio Calculation In solid argon the reaction of monomeric CuCl with N2 yields ClCuN2. On the basis of two absorptions in the ir-spectrum and their corresponding isotopic shifts (14/15N) and with the help of a normal coordinate analysis, linearity of the molecule has been deduced. These results are confirmed by large scale ab-initio Calculations (CPF, MP2). Reaction of monomeric CuCl with molecular PN under matrix condition is shown to give rise to new absorptions in the IR spectrum which arev assigned to a linear molecule ClCuNP.  相似文献

Historical perspectives for the chemistry of diene complexes of early transition metals developed at Osaka University in the period after 1970s were reviewed briefly and personally. Preparative chemistry of this field commenced from the magnesium-diene 1:1 compounds and quickly extended to almost all the early transition metals. By the studies operated together with other researchers, unique features of these diene complexes, especially their bonding and structure, selective reactions, and catalysis performances are described.  相似文献

Two new polyacid derivative ligands of thienyl-substituted terpyridine analogues, N,N,N1,N1-[4′-(2?-thienyl)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine-6,6″-diyl]bis(methylenenitrilo) tetrakis(acetic acid) (TTTA) and N,N,N1,N1-[2,6-bis(3′-aminomethyl-1′-pyrazolyl)-4-(2″-thienyl)pyridine] tetrakis(acetic acid) (BTTA), were synthesized, and the luminescence properties of their Eu3+ and Tb3+ chelates were investigated. The Eu3+chelates of the two ligands are strongly luminescent having luminescence quantum yields of 0.150 (TTTA-Eu3+) and 0.114 (BTTA-Eu3+), and lifetimes of 1.284 ms (TTTA-Eu3+) and 1.352 ms (BTTA-Eu3+), whereas their Tb3+ chelates are weakly luminescent. The TTTA-Eu3+ chelate was used for streptavidin (SA) labeling, and the labeled SA was used for time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay of insulin in human sera. Preparation and Molecular Structures of Oligofunctional Dirhenium Carbonyl Derivatives from Dirhenium Nonacarbonylphosphane Starting with dirheniumdecacarbonyl, one CO-Ligand was eliminated oxidatively and substituted by the labile acetonitrile ligand. As an intermediate eq-Re2(CO)9NCCH3 was received. The reaction of this labilised carbonyl with tris(trimethylsilyl)phosphine and subsequent methanolysis gave ax-Re2(CO)9PH3, which was isolated and characterized for the first time. Photochemical and thermal reaction of ax-Re2(CO)9PH3 led to the new bi- and trinuclear complexes Re2(μ-H)(μ3-PHRe(CO)5)(CO)8, Re2(μ-PH2)2(CO)8 and Re2(μ-H) · (μ-PH2)(CO)8, which were characterized by IR-, 1H- and 31P-NMR spectroscopy. The structures of ax-Re2(CO)9PH3, Re2(μ-H)(μ3-PHRe(CO)5)(CO)8 and Re2(μ-PH2)2(CO)8 were confirmed by single-crystal X-ray analysis. ax-Re2(CO)9PH3 has a very short Re? Summary The chelation behaviour of some trivalent lanthanide and yttrium metal ion with biologically active 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde thiosemicarbazone (HNATS) has been investigated by potentiomotric measurements at 20±0.5°C in 75% (v/v) dioxane-water medium at various ionic strengths of sodium perchlorate. The method of Bjerrum and Calvin, as modified by Irving and Rossotti has been used to find out the values of (average number of ligand bound per metal ion) andpL (free ligand exponent). The formation constants of metal chelates have been computed on a PC-XT computer, using a program patterned after that of Sullivan et al. to give n values using weighted least squares method. TheS min values (S min =2) have been calculated. The order of formation constants of chelates was found to be: La3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3+. The formation constants of the chelates formed have been correlated to size and ionization potentials of the metal ions.
Potentiometrische Untersuchungen der Komplexierungsgleichgewichte zwischen einigen trivalenten Metallionen und biologisch aktivem 2-Hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyd-thiosemicarbazon (HNATS)
Zusammenfassung Es wurde das Chelierungsverhalten einiger trivalenter Lanthanidenionen mit biologisch aktivem 2-Hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyd-thiosemicarbazon (HNATS) mittels potentiometrischer Messungen bei 20±0.5°C in 75% (v/v) Dioxan-Wasser bei verschiedener Ionenstärke an Natriumperchlorat untersucht. Die Methode nach Bjerrum und Calvin in der Modifikation nach Irving und Rossotti wurde zur Ermittlung der Werte (mittlere Anzahl an Liganden pro Metallion) undpL (Exponent an freiem Liganden) verwendet. Die Komplexbildungskonstanten wurden in Anlehnung an Sullivan et al. an einem PC-XT Computer errechnet. DieS min-Werte (S min=2) wurden ebenfalls bestimmt. Die Reihung der Chelatbildungskonstanten war: La3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3+. Die Bildungskonstanten sind mit der Größe und dem Ionisierungspotential der Metallionen zu korrelieren.

Summary The novel theoretical scheme IMOMM, integrating ab initio and molecular mechanics contributions in a single geometry optimization process, is applied to the structural determination of different [OsO4(NR3)] (NR3 = bulky chiral alkaloid derivative) species closely related to active catalysts for the asymmetric dihydroxylation of olefins. Computed values compare in a satisfactory way with available X-ray data, the relationship between the Os-N distance and the nature of the NR3, ligand being properly reproduced. The computational scheme allows the separate quantification of electronic and steric effects, as well as the identification of the specific steric repulsions responsible for the difference.  相似文献

Electronic Structures of Organometallic Compounds of f Elements. 64 Does the Zwitterionic Nature of the Triphenylphosphine Oxide Ligand Manifest itself in its Spectrochemical Properties? The triphenylphosphine oxide mono adducts of the moiety tris(η5‐cyclopentadienyl)lanthanide(III) (Ln(Cp)3; Ln = Pr ( 1 ), La ( 2 )) were synthesized and structurally characterized. The Ln–O distances of these compounds are noticeably shorter than those of the corresponding THF adducts. A crystal field (CF) analysis of the optical spectra of 1 leads to a low absolute value of the quadratic CF parameter which is comparable with those of [Pr(Cp)3(L)]? adducts with anionic bases but not with [Pr(Cp)3(MeTHF)]. Reasons for the latter finding are presented.  相似文献

The influence of the solvent and the substituents on the complexing properties of methyl and phenyl glycine derivatives is discussed. On the basis of a computer analysis of potentiometric titration results, the composition and the stability constants of the complexes ofN-methylglycine,N,N-dimethylglycine,N-phenylglycine and phenylglycine with H+ and with Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) were determined. The ligand-metal coordination mode as well as the zwitterion level in percent in ligand/proton systems were determined by spectral analyses and equilibria studies.
Komplexbildung der Methyl- und Phenylglycin-Derivate in ihren Verbindungen mit dem Proton und Ni(II), Cu(II) und Zn(II)
Zusammenfassung Der Einfluß des Lösungsmittels und der Substituenten auf die komplexbildenden Eigenschaften der Methyl- und Phenylglycin-Derivate wird diskutiert. Anhand einer Computer-Analyse von potentiometrischen Daten wurden die Zusammensetzung und die Beständigkeitskonstanten der Komplexe vonN-Methylglycin,N,N-Dimethylglycin,N-Phenylglycin und Phenylglycin mit H+, Ni(II), Cu(II) und Zn(II) festgestellt. Mittels spektroskopischer Methoden und Gleichgewichtstudien wurde der Koordinationstyp des Liganden mit dem Metall festgestellt sowie der Prozentanteil des Zwitterions im Ligand/Proton-System.
