Direct RF sampling receiver – a fully digital receiver architecture – undoubtedly becomes a favored choice for HF/VHF as this approach inherently bypasses the legacy nonlinearities caused by analog components. In DRF-RF and wideband multichannel in general, LNA is still an indispensable component to ensure the receiver’s sensitivity. However, with the presence of multiple channels, the total RF power often surpasses the linear threshold that LNA and the amplified signal become severely distorted. This paper proposed a method for mitigating the LNA distortion using the look-up table (LUT) approach. Specifically, our receiver is designed with two modes of operation. In training mode, a built-in signal circuit generates a training signal for extracting the LNA characteristic and eventually reconstructs the inverse LNA nonlinear model in the form of a LUT memory. During the receiving mode, a linearization circuit reverses the distortion impact by matching the RF power level with the inverse nonlinear model pre-stored in the LUT. The effectiveness of the proposed distortion compensation method first is evaluated by a MATLAB simulation with a multi-channel DRF-RF model. The simulation results show that the proposed approach significantly improved the SNDR for the channel of interest. Furthermore, the model has been practically verified, where the actual distorted signals are sampled from a commercial LNA (ZFL-500LN+) by a customized FPGA board. Results from measurements show an improvement of 7 dB for SNDR and 27% for EVM in a strong distortion scenario of QPSK modulation signal.  相似文献

A short, very high yielding, and practical synthesis of LNA uracil diol 6 has been developed from the easily accessible glycosyl donor 1. The concluding O3′-debenzylation of 5 resulted in significant reduction of the uracil moiety with many typical debenzylation conditions, while catalytic transfer hydrogenation using Pd(OH)2/C and formic acid largely suppressed this undesired side reaction. Facile access to 6 will allow full exploration of RNA-based LNA-technology applications, including polymerase-catalyzed synthesis of LNA-modified RNA-strands.  相似文献

A protocol for chemoselective deprotection of N,O-acylated ribonucleosides has been developed. Peracylated pyrimidine ribonucleosides subjected to guanidinium nitrate and NaOMe in MeOH/CH2Cl2 at 0 °C undergo high yielding O-deacylation, while even more pronounced chemoselectivity is observed with peracylated purine ribonucleosides as O5′-acyl groups are preserved. Nucleobase-protecting groups (ABz, CBz, GiBu, and UBz) are stable to these conditions, rendering this reagent mixture as a valuable addition to the collection of protecting group protocols in nucleoside chemistry.  相似文献

The method for scaled-up production of α-l-LNA phosphoramidite building blocks containing thymine and 5-methylcytosine nucleobases is described. Binding properties of pyrimidine TFOs modified with α-l-LNA are reported. In contrast to LNA TFOs, the fully modified α-l-LNA forms a stable triplex with a model DNA duplex. Pyrimidine DNA/LNA/α-l-LNA chimeras also efficiently hybridize with a model DNA duplex in the parallel mode. LNA nucleoside containing unnatural N7-glycosylated guanine (LNA-7G) was synthesized by a convergent method and incorporated into LNA oligonucleotides. The triplex-forming alternating DNA/LNA oligonucleotides containing a single LNA-7G modification instead of internal LNA-mC demonstrate improved pH-dependent properties. The single LNA-7G modification can also discriminatively reduce competitive binding of TFOs to natural nucleic acids in the antiparallel duplex mode.  相似文献

G-rich nucleic acid oligomers can form G-quadruplexes built by G-tetrads stacked upon each other. Depending on the nucleotide sequence, G-quadruplexes fold mainly with two topologies: parallel, in which all G-tracts are oriented parallel to each other, or antiparallel, in which one or more G-tracts are oriented antiparallel to the other G-tracts. In the former topology, all glycosidic bond angles conform to anti conformations, while in the latter topology they adopt both syn and anti conformations. It is of interest to understand the molecular forces that govern G-quadruplex folding. Here, we approach this problem by examining the impact of LNA (locked nucleic acid) modifications on the folding topology of the dimeric model system of the human telomere sequence. In solution, this DNA G-quadruplex forms a mixture of G-quadruplexes with antiparallel and parallel topologies. Using CD and NMR spectroscopies, we show that LNA incorporations can modulate this equilibrium in a rational manner and we establish a relationship between incorporation of LNA nucleotides in syn and/or anti positions and the shift of the equilibrium to obtain exclusively the parallel G-quadruplex. The change in topology is driven by a combination of the C3'-endo puckering of LNA nucleotides and their preference for the anti glycosidic conformation. In addition, the parallel LNA-modified G-quadruplexes are thermally stabilised by about 11 °C relative to their DNA counterparts.  相似文献

在自主研制的动态核极化(Dynamic Nuclear Polarization,DNP)分子影像装置的基础上,提出了一种集DNP和电子顺磁共振(Electron Paramagnetic Resonance,EPR)于一体的多功能谱仪,并对其中的关键部件之一--微波桥进行了设计.微波桥的引入,实现了DNP微波发射机的集成化,以及在DNP谱仪基础上的EPR功能扩展.通过结构设计、电路仿真及系统测试,完成了高频谱纯度、高动态范围的微波发射机以及低噪声系数的微波检测系统的设计与制作.并通过DNP增强实验以及连续波EPR实验对微波桥的性能进行了验证.  相似文献
