在HL-1托卡马克上进行了辅助加热、加料、电流驱动的物理实验研究。在改善等离子体约束方面,某些实验取得了较好的结果。在适当的稳定放电条件下,低杂波电流驱动和弹丸注入辅助加料,均能使等离子体能量约束得到一定程度的改善,与相同密度条件下的欧姆加热放电相比,能量约束时间提高了约30%。在电子回旋共振加热等离子体实验中,等离子体总能量明显增加,但与相同密度条件下的欧姆加热放电相比,能量约束时间减少了约20%。  相似文献

This work describes an improved seed-mediated growth approach for the direct attachment and growth of mono-dispersed gold nanoparticles on nanostructured indium tin oxide (ITO) surfaces. It was demonstrated that, when the seeding procedure of our previously reported seed-mediated growth process on an ITO surface was modified, the density of gold nanospheres directly grown on the surface could be highly improved, while the emergence of nanorods was restrained. By field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and cyclic voltammetry, the growth of gold nanoparticles with increasing growth time on the defect sites of nanostructured ITO surface was monitored. Using a [Fe(CN)6]3−/[Fe(CN)6]4− redox probe, the increasingly facile heterogeneous electron transfer kinetics resulting from the deposition and growth of gold nanoparticle arrays was observed. The as-prepared gold nanoparticle arrays exhibited high catalytic activity toward the electrooxidation of nitric oxide, which could provide electroanalytical application for nitric oxide sensing.  相似文献

In this study, the objective was to investigate the degradation behavior of Esomeprazole under different recommended stress conditions according to International Conference on Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use [1] by HPLC. Our research showed that the effect of mobile phase species on separation was significant for the determination of Esomeprazole and its related compounds. Successful separation of the drug from its related impurities and degradation products formed under different stress conditions was achieved using ammonium acetate buffer/ACN by a gradient elution. Compared with phosphate buffer/ACN, ammonium acetate buffer/ACN under same pH and gradient showed a great improvement in resolution due to the change of elution order. The drug was subjected to stress conditions including acidic, alkaline, oxidative, photolytic, and thermal conditions. Extensive degradation occurred in acidic and oxidative conditions, while mild degradation was observed in alkaline and photolytic conditions. Besides, it turned out the drug was extremely stable under thermal condition. The stability‐indicating LC–UV method was validated with respect to linearity, precision, accuracy, specificity, and robustness. The LC–MS method was also adopted for the characterization of degradation products. Based on the m/z values and fragmentation patterns, the degradation pathway of the drug has been proposed.  相似文献

The reaction between the cyano radical CN and cyanoacetylene molecule HC3N is of great interest in different astronomical fields, from star-forming regions to planetary atmospheres. In this work, we present a new synergistic theoretical approach for the derivation of the rate coefficient for gas phase neutral-neutral reactions. Statistic RRKM calculations on the Potential Energy Surface are coupled with a semiempirical analysis of the initial bimolecular interaction. The value of the rate coefficient for the HC3N + CN → H + NCCCCN reaction obtained with this method is compared with previous theoretical and experimental investigations, showing strengths and weaknesses of the new presented approach.  相似文献

针对近红外光谱数据局部效应显著,变量个数多,且彼此间常存在严重的复共线性,并与样品组分含量呈非线性关系,构建了一种双层非线性偏最小二乘回归 (DNPLSR)算法。它将非线性回归和偏最小二 乘(PLS)相结合,先在外层由PLS从样本数据中提取成分,并实现每对成分间的非线性映射,再在内层实施PLS算法,将外层因变量成分的拟合误差反馈计算转换权向量的增量,进一步修正转换权向量,以使外层所提取的成分对因变量具有更优的解释能力。最后,将该法应用于80个谷物样品的水组分含量与其近红外光谱的定量关系建模,效果良好,显示出很强的学习能力,所建模型的预报性能也优于其他方法。  相似文献

A new Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) wavelength demodulation scheme is studied in the paper, which consists of an improved de-noising method and Gaussian fitting peak searching algorithm. The improved translational invariant wavelet without threshold adjust factor is proposed to get a better de-noising performance for FBG sensor signal and overcome the drawbacks of soft or hard threshold wavelets. In order to get a high wavelength demodulation precision of FBG sensor signal, this de-noising method is designed to combine with Gaussian fitting peak searching algorithm. The simulation results show that the wavelength maximum measurement error is lower than 1 pm, and can get a much higher accuracy.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider an optimal control problem of switched systems with input and state constraints. Since the complexity of such constraint and switching laws, it is difficult to solve the problem using standard optimization techniques. In addition, although conjugate gradient algorithms are very useful for solving nonlinear optimization problem, in practical implementations, the existing Wolfe condition may never be satisfied due to the existence of numerical errors. And the mode insertion technique only leads to suboptimal solutions, due to only certain mode insertions being considered. Thus, based on an improved conjugate gradient algorithm and a discrete filled function method, an improved bi-level algorithm is proposed to solve this optimization problem. Convergence results indicate that the proposed algorithm is globally convergent. Three numerical examples are solved to illustrate the proposed algorithm converges faster and yields a better cost function value than existing bi-level algorithms.  相似文献

在实际路网情境下结合车道数、车道宽度、路口信号灯设置等路网物理特性,构建了考虑综合交通阻抗的多车型车辆调度模型,提出了两阶段求解策略:第1阶段设计了改进A-star精确解算法用于计算客户时间距离矩阵;第2阶段针对实际路网的特征设计了混合模拟退火算法求解调度方案。以大连市某配送中心运营实例进行路网情境仿真试验,结果表明:改进A-star算法较改进Dijkstra算法具有更短的路径搜索时间;混合模拟退火算法求解结果较实际调度方案优化了13.1% 的综合成本;路网增流、区域拥堵和路段禁行三类路网情境均能对配送方案的车辆配置、路径选择、客户服务次序、作业时间和违约费用等5方面内容产生干扰,调度计划的制定需要详细考虑这些因素的变化。  相似文献
