空心阴极灯激发的微波等离子体炬原子/离子荧光光谱研究--钙的原子/离子荧光光谱

用强短脉冲供电技术的空心阴极灯作激发源、微波等离子体炬作原子／离子化器，建立了原子／离子荧光光谱实验装置。详细研究了微波等离子体功率、观察高度、空心阴极灯电流等因素对原子／离子荧光信号强度的影响，测量了系统对Ca的原子／离子荧光光谱的检出限。     

采用空心阴极放电等离子体化学气相沉积方法制备a-CH薄膜

 研究了不同衬底-阴极距离、直流电压和H₂流量对a-CH薄膜沉积速率的影响。结果表明：衬底-阴极距离必须大于0.5cm，随着该距离的增加，薄膜的沉积速率减少；直流电压达550V时沉积速率最大；随着H2含量的增加，CH₄含量相对减少，沉积速率随之降低。用AFM观察了以该方法制得的448.4nm CH薄膜的表面形貌，表面粗糙度约为10nm。最后测出了不同条件下CH薄膜的UV-VIS谱，由此可以计算得到薄膜的禁带宽度及折射率。     

Microwave absorption properties of composite powders with low density

The composites of barium ferrite coated on hollow ceramic microspheres were prepared using sol-gel technique. The crystal structure, morphology and microwave absorption properties of composite powders with different weight ratio of microspheres were studied with XRD, EDS, FESEM and vector network analyzer. The results show that the microwave absorption properties of composite powders are greatly improved. The maximum microwave loss of composite powders reaches 31 dB with an amount of 50 wt.% microspheres, and its density is only about 1.80 g/cm³. The effect of hollow ceramic microspheres on the microwave absorption property is also discussed.     

Rugged distal tips for CO2 laser medicine

Low-loss and rugged distal tips for CO₂ laser have been proposed and fabricated based on a commercially available stainless steel (St) pipe. A method of smoothening the inner surface of the St pipe with a rough inner surface is put forward. Fabrication parameters, transmission properties, and mechanical strength of the cyclic olefin polymer-coated silver hollow St distal tip are experimentally discussed.

Three-dimensional steady supersonic duct flow using Lagrangian formulation

In this paper, numerical simulation of three-dimensional supersonic flow in a duct is presented. The flow field in the duct is complex and can find its applications in the inlet of air-breathing engines. A unique streamwise marching Lagrangian method is employed for solving the steady Euler equations. The method was first initiated by Loh and Hui (1990) for 2-D steady supersonic flow computations and then extended to 3-D computation by the present authors Loh and Liou (1992). The new scheme is shown to be capable of accurately resolving complicated shock or contact discontinuities and their interactions. In all the computations, a free stream of Mach numberM=4 is considered.This article was processed using Springer-Verlag T_EX Shock Waves macro package 1.0 and the AMS fonts, developed by the American Mathematical Society.     

Improved coating method for uniform polymer layer in infrared hollow fiber

An improved coating method was proposed in order to form a uniform polymer layer in the fabrication of cyclic olefin polymer-coated silver (COP/Ag) hollow fiber. A COP solution was flowed in a closed loop, in which the silver-coated tube was used as a part of the loop. Owing to the constant flowing speed of the COP solution and the airtight flowing environment, a COP layer was uniformly formed. The hollow fibers attain high performance and deliver multi-wavelength laser light from the infrared to the visible simultaneously. The method was successfully applied to the fabrication of practical hollow fibers with 2 m length for the near and mid-infrared lasers.     

电子碰撞诱导原子从低激态向高激态弛豫

本文根据空心阴极放电中电子能量分布的物理图象,分析了原子从低激态向高激态弛豫的可能途径。建立高低激态集居数密度增量的关系。讨论高激态集居数密度增量获得可观量的条件。根据此条件分别选取钠原子的基态3s~2S_(1/2)和铜原子的亚稳态4s~2D_(3/2)为与激光共振的下能级,并激发具有较大自发发射几率的3s~2S_(1/2)→3p~2P°_(1/2)(和3p~2P°_(3/2))和4s~2D_(3/2)→4p~2P°_(1/2)跃迁,在远离上能级的高激态上观测到敏化荧光,并精确测得这些态的自发发射系数比值,而在更高激态上没有观测到敏化荧光,表明讨论中提出的条件是合理的。     

Rapid Fabrication of Hollow SiO2 Spheres with Novel Morphology

The hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) occurred on the surface of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) microshperes immediately after these microshperes were prepared in TEOS. Micron-sized hollow SiO2 spheres were obtained by calcination of the coated PMMA microshperes. It was found that the final hollow spheres were constituted by small SiO2 particles.     

Synthesis of polypiperazine-amide thin-film membrane on PPESK hollow fiber UF membrane

A new interfacial polymerization (IP) procedure is developed in order to synthesize polypiperazine-amide thin-film membrane on the inner surface of poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (PPESK) hollow fiber ultrafiltration (UF) membrane.A hollow fiber composite membrane with good performance was prepared and studied by FT-IR and scanning electron microscopy.
