Two novel polyketides, penicillones A (1) and B (2), with tricyclo [5.3.1.03,8] undecane skeleton, were isolated from Penicillium terrestre. Their structures and relative stereochemistries were determined on the basis of spectroscopic methods. The absolute configuration of 2 was established by the modified Mosher’s method, while that of 1 was deduced from the similar CD absorptions of 1 and 2. Compound 1 showed weak cytotoxicities against P338 and A-549 cell lines, while 2 was inactive against P388.  相似文献

Microcalorimetry and measurement of culture turbidity using a Bioscreen C Analyzer System were applied to study the toxic effect of phenanthrene on Cunninghamella elegans IM 1785/21Gp spore germination. The results of C. elegans spore incubation in Bioscreen C microbiology reader showed the inhibition of spore germination by 70% (with 25 mg l−1 of phenanthrene) and total inhibition of the fungus growth with a higher content of the xenobiotic (50-100 mg l−1). The microcalorimetric technique showed to be useful for the estimation of metabolic activity of C. elegans spores in growth medium up to xenobiotic concentrations of 90 mg l−1. These data corresponded with the microscopic observations. The obtained results showed that the microcalorimetry method could be a valuable supplement in the study on the mechanism of PAHs detoxification by fungi.  相似文献

研究了溶液酸度、光强度、光照时间及显色剂用量对Fe(Ⅲ)-PAR络合物光还原反应的影响。在pH 4.5 HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,PAR溶液浓度为1.11×10-3mol/L,250 W荧光高压汞灯照射40 min,Fe(Ⅲ)-PAR络合物光还原反应可趋于完全,据此建立光还原代替化学还原测定微量铁的新方法,该方法用于食用菌中微量铁的测定。  相似文献

Two new depsidones, mollicellins I and J ( 1 and 2 , resp.), and a new chromone, 2‐(hydroxymethyl)‐6‐methylmethyleugenin ( 3 ), along with six known compounds, 4 – 9 , were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of a solid‐state fermented culture of Chaetomium brasiliense. Their structures were elucidated based on spectroscopic analysis. Mollicellins I and H ( 5 ) exhibited significant growth inhibitory activity against human breast cancer (Bre04), human lung (Lu04), and human neuroma (N04) cell lines with GI50 values between 2.5–8.6 μg/ml.  相似文献

Two new tetrahydrofuran derivatives, mucorinic acids A (1) and B (2) as well as the three known secondary metabolites dehydroabietic acid (3), Δ8-dihydroabietic acid (4) and 8-pimarenic acid (5) were isolated from a solid culture of the fungus Mucor spp. isolated on insect Acalymma bivittula. The structure of these compounds was elucidated by analysis of NMR and MS spectroscopic data. Compounds were tested in antimicrobial and insecticidal assays. Dehydroabietic acid exhibited moderate larvicidal activity on Aedes aegypti larvae with 65% mortality at 10 ppm. Both new compounds 1 and 2 showed interesting antibacterial activity on Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin resistant S. aureus with MIC values in the 8–16 μg/ml.  相似文献

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) and photodynamic antimicrobial chemotherapy (PACT) combine light and photosensitizers to treat cancers and microbial infections, respectively. In PACT, the excitation of a photosensitizer drug with appropriate light generates reactive oxygen species (ROS) that kill pathogens in the proximity of the drug. PACT has considerably advanced with new light sources, biocompatible photosensitizers, bioconjugate methods, and efficient ROS production. The PACT technology has evolved to compete with or replace antibiotics, reducing the burden of antibiotic resistance. This review updates recent advances in PACT, with special references to light sources, photosensitizers, and emerging applications to microbial infestations. We also discuss PACT applied to COVID-19 causing SARS-CoV-2 treatment and disinfecting food materials and water. Finally, we discuss the pathogen selectivity and efficiency of PACT.  相似文献

A new prenylated indoxyl alkaloid, Amoenamide B (1), was isolated from Aspergillus amoenus NRRL 35600 along with Asperochramide A (2). Although many prenylated oxindole alkaloids, containing bicyclo[2.2.2]diazaoctane cores, have been isolated from the fungus of the genera Aspergillus and Penicillium to date, 1 is the fourth compound with the indoxyl unit containing the cores. During the structure elucidation of 1, we found that the planar structure matched to that of Speramide A (3), isolated from A. ochraceus KM007, but the reported structure of 3 was incorrect and turned out to be that of Taichunamide H (4), recently isolated from A. versicolor HDN11-84.  相似文献

A novel sorbicillin trimer, trisorbicillinone A (1), was isolated from a deep sea fungus, Phialocephala sp. FL30r. The structure and relative stereochemistry of 1 were determined based on spectroscopic methods. Trisorbicillinone A (1) showed cytotoxicity against P388 and HL60 cells with the IC50 value of 9.10 and 3.14 μM, respectively.  相似文献

We isolated 5 mesophilic microorganisms that form clear zones around the colony on an opaque medium containing the aliphatic-aromatic copolyester poly(60 mol% butylene adipate-co-40 mol% butylene terephthalate) (PBAT). Among all strains, the fungal strain NKCM1712 degraded PBAT at the fastest rate (3.5 ± 0.3 μg cm−2 h−1). Genetic and morphological analyses revealed that this strain was closely related to Isaria fumosorosea (phylum Ascomycota). Mass spectroscopic analysis revealed that the degradation products were T, AB, TB, BAB, and ABT (T, terephthalic acid unit; A, adipic acid unit; B, 1,4-butanediol unit)] in the culture of the strain that used PBAT as the sole carbon source. Furthermore, the PBAT degradation ability of this strain in terms of BOD suggested that it could utilize the PBAT degradation products as growth substrates. This is the first report of a mesophilic strain that can mineralize an aliphatic-aromatic polyester into carbon dioxide on its own.  相似文献
