二茂金属[M'(C~5H~5)~2]^1^+的盐与(NBu~4)~n[M(dmit)~2](M=Ni, Pd; N=1,2)反应, 当M'=Fe, Ni; n=1时, 分别得到了导电配合物[Ni(dmit)~2]和[Pd(dmit)~2]; 当M'=Co, n=1,2时, 分别得到的是电荷几乎不转移的4个盐[Co(C~5H~5)~2]~n[Ni(dmit)~2]和[Co(C~5H~5)~2]~n[Pd(dmit)~2]。用ESCA、Raman谱及循环伏安图讨论了上述化合物形成时的电荷转移量。尽管[M(dmit)~2]的室温电导率相当大, 但其电导率随温度的变化曲线表明它们属于半导体。EHCO能带计算给出[Ni(dmit)~2]的能隙0.112eV, 与实测的电导活化能相当接近。 相似文献

Dielectric breakdown phenomena by electrical treeing deterioration was investigated in the new epoxy resin system DGEBA/MDA/SN filled with Al2O3. As the filler content increased, the maximum electric field at breakdown increased and then decreased with increase of defects such as voids, impurities and delamination or peeling between filler and matrix. As the electrode separation increased, the breakdown voltage increased, but the breakdown strength decreased and then saturated to 17 kV/mm. Also, the maximum electric field at the tip when the system was failed increased. The electrical tree initiated from the side of the needle electrode was not from the tip where the reinforced field is the highest. The electrical tree was blocked by the filler. The interface condition of filler and polymer matrix played an important role in the electrical treeing resistance. The final breakdown phenomena showed fan-type crack as observed in the non-filled system. 相似文献

在加氢汽油介质中Ni(naph)~2-Al(i-Bu)~3-(BF~3·OEt~2+n-C~8H~1~7OH)体系为胶体催化剂的基础上,本文从电导率、UV-Vis光谱对催化剂各组分之间的相互作用作进一步的分析。得出催化剂组分以离子对的形式参与反应;Ni^0在Ni(naph)~2-Al(i-Bu)~3陈化液中以团簇粒子形式存在,因吸附Ni^+naph^-而稳定,因加入BF~3·OEt~2而失去稳定性、聚结为胶粒,活性中心位于胶粒表面的观点。 相似文献

The conductivity behavior of Al(OH)3-acrylamide hybrid polyacrylamide (hybrid PAAm) in distilled water was studied. A discontinuity phenomenon of the conductivity (k) versus concentration (c) curve of the hybrid PAAm in a certain concentration regime is found. This phenomenon is dependent on the molecular weight of the hybrid PAAm and on the particle size and content of the Al(OH)3 colloid in the hybrid PAAm. This phenomenon was accounted for assuming ionization of the hybrid PAAm. 相似文献

用交流复阴抗谱法测定了混合离子(质子+氧离子)导电性固体电解质BaCe0.9Y0.1O3-α在600~1000℃下不同气氛(干燥空气、湿润空气及湿润氢气)中的电导率;通过测定总电导率(离子电导率+电子电导率)随气氛中氧分压po2变化,求得离子电导率和离子迁移数;用氢浓差电池方法测得氢气中的质子迁移数。结果表明,BaCe0.9Y0.1O3-α固体电解质在氧分压<10Pa的气氛(如氢气)中几乎为纯离子导体,而在氧分压为10~10^5Pa的气氛(如空气)中为离子和电子空穴混合导体;样品在各气氛中的离子电导率均高于10^-2S·cm^-1。 相似文献

提出了一种掺杂聚乙炔的双向导电机理。垂直聚乙炔分子链方向的电荷输运是通过掺杂原子(或分子)在链间振动实现的;平行分子链方向的电荷输运是通过电荷密度波的传播实现的。掺杂聚乙炔的电导率随掺杂剂与聚乙炔链之间电荷转移量的增大而增大。 相似文献
