考虑应变梯度和速度梯度的影响,建立薄板控制微分方程及给出其边值问题的提法,修正了前人给出的薄板角点条件.采用Levy法,给出受分布力作用下简支板的挠度及自由振动频率的解析解.通过与文献中分子动力学数据对比,验证了该文模型的有效性并提出校核材料参数的一种方法.研究结果表明,增大弹性地基和应变梯度参数可以有效提高板的等效刚度,而速度梯度参数则相反.该文提出的板的边值问题为研究薄板在复杂支撑边界及外荷载等条件提供了理论依据.同时,有望为其有限元法、有限差分法和基于能量原理的Galerkin法等数值方法提供理论依据.  相似文献

The stiction of a thin plate induced by the capillary force has attracted much attention in the broad range of applications. A novel method is presented to calculate the capillary adhesion problem of the plate through analytical method. The expressions of the surface energy, the strain energy and the total potential energy of the plate-substrate system have been analyzed and delineated. By means of continuum mechanics and the principle of minimum potential energy, the governing equation of the plate with an arbitrary shape and the corresponding transversality boundary condition due to the moving bound have been derived. Then the critical adhesion radius of the circular plate has been solved according to the supplementary transversality condition. Thus the deflections of the plates are analytically calculated with different critical adhesion radii. The results may be beneficial to the engineering application and the micro/nanomeasurement.  相似文献

 通过分析影响变像管性能的主要因素,以提高其时间分辨率、空间分辨率和动态范围为优化思路,确定了在扫描变像管中荧光屏邻近区域引入等径螺旋电极以产生纵向均匀加速场的优化方案。分析得知,该优化结构可以在几方面改善变像管的性能:增加粒子到达荧光屏的纵向速度、减小粒子通过偏转板与荧光屏之间区域的渡越时间和渡越时间弥散、提高荧光屏的亮度。在横向约束带电粒子束的发散,通过减小空间电荷像差而改善电子光学系统的空间分辨率。另外,附加电极的引入也为降低加速阳极电位和偏转电极电位从而提高偏转系统的灵敏度提供了一定的空间。  相似文献

Injection compression molding (ICM) is an advantageous processing method for producing thin and large polymeric parts in a robust manner. In the current study, we employed the ICM process for an energy-related application, i.e., thin and large polymeric battery case. A mold for manufacturing the battery case was fabricated using injection molding. The filling behavior of molten polymer in the mold cavity was investigated experimentally. To provide an in-depth understanding of the ICM process, ICM and normal injection molding processes were compared numerically. It was found that the ICM had a relatively low filling pressure, which resulted in reduced shrinkage and warpage of the final products. Effect of the parting line gap on the ICM characteristics, such as filling pressure, clamping force, filling time, volumetric shrinkage, and warpage, was analyzed via numerical simulation. The smaller gap in the ICM parting line led to the better dimensional stability in the finished product. The ICM sample using a 0.1 mm gap showed a 76% reduction in the dimensional deflection compared with the normal injection molded part.  相似文献

We find that the effusive atomic beam of Au atoms is deflected away by collision with noble gas atoms crossing in a perpendicular geometry with a beam flux of >1 × 1016/cm2s. The ratio of defected Au atoms is found to increase proportional to the flux of noble gases. In addition, the effective cross-section for the collision between Au and noble gases (Ne, Ar, Xe) is measured to increase in an order of Ne < Ar < Xe. As a result of the increased collision probability, the deflection ratio of Au beam in the noble gases is measured to be enhanced for the Au flux in the range of 1 × 1011–1013 Au/cm2s. Our results show that the gas-phase collision can be reliably determined by measuring the deflection ratio. The experimentally determined collision cross-section also explains the variation in the deflection ratio among various noble gases and the importance of a long-range van der Waals interaction between Au and noble gases in the deflection efficiency.  相似文献

Deflection criterion for oblique cracks terminating at a bi-material interface was established numerically based on a remote loading condition where the crack deflection event took place well within the K-dominant stress field. The criterion was described in terms of the ratio of the energy release rate of a deflected crack (G d) to the maximum energy release rate of a penetrated crack (). The criterion was markedly more conservative than the existing solution based on wedge loading which did not converge with respect to limited number of a/L ratios in the literature (a is the size of the putative crack; L is the loading distance). Further, the criterion established herein for the cracks slightly oblique from the normal direction to the interface was more conservative than the crack normal to the interface.  相似文献

A new computational procedure for modelling the structural behavior of stiffened plates with symmetry boundary conditions is here presented. It uses two-dimensional finite elements as a way to decrease computational time without losing precision thanks to a relatively small number of elements applied for analyzing out-of-plane displacements (deflections) and stresses. Adding, the constructal design method was included in the procedure, together with the exhaustive search technique, with the scope to optimize the stress/strain status of stiffened plates by design changes. For the purpose, a reference plate without stiffeners was initially design and used as starting point. Part of the volume was reshaped into stiffeners: thickness was reduced maintaining unchanged weight, length and width. The main goal was to minimize strains and stresses by geometric changes. Results demonstrated that, thanks to this design procedure, it is always possible to find an adequate geometry transformation from reference plate into stiffeners, allowing significant improvements in mechanical behavior.  相似文献
