由于互联网层叠模型中多层都存在重复的保护与恢复机制,致使互联网的实现极其复杂,造成网络传输效率较低,而且拥塞。随着密集波分复用(DWDM)的广泛使用和网络底层性能的大幅度提高,已经不需要再对网络中多层进行重复保护与恢复。在此基础上,采用了未来光互联网3层 (应用层、IP层和光互联层) 协议模型,并对其中的光互联层的保护进行了深入的研究,提出了部分共享备用路径保护(P-SPP)方法。此模型能充分利用IP层电子的灵活恢复机制与光互联层的快速保护与恢复机制,提高光互联网的传输性能,以适应目前高速发展的互联网对传输带宽的要求。 相似文献

为构造出与理想梯形滤波器接近的滤波形状,在单级光纤马赫-德尔交叉复用器的基础上,引入在线滤波技术;通过增加干涉级数和调整2对干涉臂的干涉长度和耦合器的耦合比,实现了逼近宽带陡沿的滤波输出。通过与梯形滤波器傅里叶展开式的比较,计算得到了器件的最佳参数,器件的滤波性能以及温度稳定性相对于单级结构得到了明显提高。根据理论计算,成功制作出通道间隔为50GHz的样品器件。其输出为-0.5dB,带宽大于0.185nm,相邻通道隔离度大于30dB,满足了DWDM系统指标要求。 相似文献

In this paper, a high tunable Electro-optical filter is designed and simulated with low electric power consumption. A silicon nanobeam resonator based on one-dimensional photonic crystal in the form of Fabry–Perot structure, silicon-on-insulator waveguide, is proposed with a PIN junction. In designing nanobeam resonator, “deterministic design method” is used to achieve the high quality factor and high-transmission rate. Tuning of the resonant wavelength in the output channel of the filter is achieved by manipulating the refractive index of the active area by using the free-carrier dispersion effect. The output wavelengths of designed device can be tuned for the telecom-friendly 1.55 µm range. The device shows a wavelength shift higher than 3 nm for a power consumption of only 0.9 mW. Finally, the simulation results show that the provided device can be considered as a narrowband and tunable Electro-optical filter that is suitable for DWDM communication system. 相似文献

The following article describes an advanced dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) Optical Network developed by L-3 Photonics. The network, configured as an amplified optical bus, carries traffic simultaneously in both directions, using multiple wavelengths. As a result, data distribution is of the form peer-to-multi-peer, it is protocol independent, and it is scalable. The network leverages the rapid growth in commercial optical technologies, including wavelength division multiplexing (WDM), and when applied to military and commercial platforms such as aircraft, ships, unmanned and other vehicles, provides a cost-effective, low-weight, high-speed, and high noise-immune data distribution system. 相似文献

This paper reports the simulative analyses to investigate the impact of different pulse shapes on DP-DQPSK modulation for high-spectral efficient DWDM transmission at 112 Gbps per channel. In the simulation model we have considered three different pulse shapes viz. NRZ, 50% duty cycle RZ (RZ50) and 67% duty cycle RZ (RZ67) in symbol-aligned and symbol-interleaved format. The analysis has been carried out for various linear and nonlinear system impairments where the pulse is subjected to degradation under the influence of amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) noise, group velocity dispersion (GVD), cross-phase modulation (XPM) and polarization mode dispersion (PMD) and thus, limiting the system performance. Results show that the RZ50 pulse shape for DP-DQPSK with symbol interleaving shows the maximum tolerance for the various system degradations in long haul DWDM transmission. Even the system based on the NRZ pulse shape can gain significant improvement from the symbol-interleaving. 相似文献
