We study electron energies in a double concentric quantum ring with anisotropy in the rims heights in the presence of the external magnetic field applied along the symmetry axis. To this end, we consider a model in which the thickness grows linearly from the axis up to the inner rim with a slope different from one between the inner and the outer rims. The anisotropy in the rims heights originated by the presence in the structure of various valleys we simulate by periodic dependence of the slope on the radial direction. We show that the wave functions of the electron confined in such structure can be found analytically if the slopes in all radial directions are the same, and by using a simple exact diagonalization procedure otherwise. The behavior of the electron energies as functions of the magnetic field, rings radii and rims heights, as well as the number of the valleys and their depths is consistently described with our formalism. The entanglement of the states with different radial and orbital quantum numbers, the period and the amplitude of the Aharonov–Bohm oscillations are very sensible to any variations of the rims heights.  相似文献

A concentric glucose/O2 biofuel cell has been developed. The device is constituted of two carbon tubular electrodes, one in the other, and combines glucose electrooxidation at the anode and oxygen electroreduction at the cathode. The anodic catalyst is glucose oxidase co-immobilized with the mediator 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid hydrate, and the cathodic catalyst is bilirubin oxidase co-immobilized with the mediator 2,2′-azinobis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonate) diammonium salt. Both enzymes and mediators are entrapped at the surface of the tubular electrodes by an electrogenerated polypyrrole polymer. The originality of the concentric configuration is to compartmentalize the anode and cathode electrodes and to supply dissolved oxygen separate from the electrolyte in order to avoid secondary reactions. The dissolved oxygen circulates through the inside of the cathode tube and diffuses from the inner to the external surface of the tube to react directly with the immobilized bilirubin oxidase. The assembled biofuel cell is studied at 37 °C in phosphate buffer pH 7.4. We show the influence of the thickness of the polypyrrole polymer on the electrochemical activity of the biocathodes. We also demonstrate the effect of the chemical reticulation of the enzymes by glutaraldehyde within the polymer on the performances of the bioelectrodes. The maximum power density delivered by the assembled glucose/O2 biofuel cell reaches 42 μW cm−2, evaluated from the geometric area of the electrodes, at a cell voltage of 0.30 V with 10 mM glucose. The results demonstrate that the concentric design of the BFC based on compartmented electrodes is a promising architecture for further development of micro electronic devices.  相似文献

潜射导弹自同心简装置发射过程中在筒口处会形成燃气泡,由于气泡在水下的弹性效应,水气耦合作用导致气泡周期性地膨胀压缩,会对导弹弹道参数、受载特性产生一定影响.以CFD为技术手段,建立了导弹水下发射动态仿真模型,通过数值模拟获得了发射过程中多相流场、导弹弹道参数及受力的时间历程曲线,分析了气体弹性效应对参数变化的影响;并针对发射深度及其发射艇速对气泡弹性效应的影响进行了仿真分析,给出了其影响规律.仿真方法和结果对工程研究有一定参考价值.  相似文献

基于Dyson同心光学系统的凹面光栅成像光谱仪具有像差小、孔径高、结构简单紧凑的优点,同心结构要求光谱仪子系统的物面和像面必须重合为一个平面,且物点和像点之间距离非常小。现有的焦平面探测技术和装配技术难以满足理论设计要求。为了解决实际中物点和探测器的安置问题,对传统Dyson同心光谱仪光学系统进行了改进设计,通过在成像光束中引入离轴反射镜实现像面位置的转移。结果表明:改进后的光学系统由于成像光束发生折叠,物面和像面成功分离,且改进后系统的全波段像差得到更合理的分配。  相似文献

A modified discrete ordinates method (DOM) is used in spherical participating media. The radiative intensity is broken up into two components. One component is traced back to the enclosure's source. It is called direct intensity. The other component is rather traced back to the contribution of the medium itself. It is called diffuse intensity. Thus, the radiative transfer equation (RTE) is transformed into two simultaneous equations: a direct RTE and a diffuse RTE. The direct RTE is solved analytically. The diffuse RTE is solved numerically using the DOM. The streaming angular derivative term appearing in spherical geometry is modeled by making use of the Finite Legendre Transform. We study a pure radiation transfer problem between two concentric spheres. The medium is assumed to be gray and isotropically scattering. The limiting spheres are considered to be opaque, gray, diffusely emitting and diffusely reflecting with uniform emissivity over each surface. The obtained results are compared with available cases reported in the literature. In particular, relative importance of the direct radiation in optically thin media is studied.  相似文献

We present a novel approach to sampling the NMR time domain, whereby the sampling points are aligned on concentric rings, which we term concentric ring sampling (CRS). Radial sampling constitutes a special case of CRS where each ring has the same number of points and the same relative orientation. We derive theoretically that the most efficient CRS approach is to place progressively more points on rings of larger radius, with the number of points growing linearly with the radius, a method that we call linearly increasing CRS (LCRS). For cases of significant undersampling to reduce measurement time, a randomized LCRS (RLCRS) is also described. A theoretical treatment of these approaches is provided, including an assessment of artifacts and sensitivity. The analytical treatment of sensitivity also addresses the sensitivity of radially sampled data processed by Fourier transform. Optimized CRS approaches are found to produce artifact-free spectra of the same resolution as Cartesian sampling, for the same measurement time. Additionally, optimized approaches consistently yield fewer and smaller artifacts than radial sampling, and have a sensitivity equal to Cartesian and better than radial sampling. We demonstrate the method using numerical simulations, as well as a 3D HNCO experiment on protein G B1 domain.  相似文献

This paper presents numerical investigations on melting of phase change material using N-eicosane inside a cylindrical container. Numerical simulations are performed for symmetric melting of phase change material between two cylinders in concentric and eccentric arrays using the FLUENT software which is sub-cooled initially to 1 °C. Inner cylindrical tube is considered hot wall while outer tube is insulated. Predicted result shows that melting rate is the same approximately for concentric and eccentric array before time of 15 min. After this time, melting rate decreases in concentric array. It is due to the pure conduction between hot tube and cold solid phase change material.  相似文献

针对贝塞尔函数零点造成的模态波束形成器性能损失的问题,提出了基于均匀同心圆环阵列的模态波束形成器设计方法。从阵元域出发,建立了阵元域和圆谐波域之间的转换关系,推导了圆谐波域阵列信号处理表达式,其中重点推导了延时求和、最小方差无失真响应和多约束波束形成器的设计方法。理论证明了在平面各向同性噪声场中的基于同心环阵的圆谐波域最小方差无失真响应波束形成器等价于相位模式波束形成器。在该结论的基础上,综合考虑相位模式波束形成器在一定频率范围内的稳健性和指向性,提出了一种同心圆环阵列的内环半径优化方法。使用16元双环阵列对本文提出的波束形成算法进行仿真和实验,结果表明:同心圆环阵列能够较好地解决贝塞尔函数零点问题;其中多约束波束形成器能够在多个关联的性能指标之间取得合理的折衷,实现优于相位模式和延时求和波束形成器的声源定位性能。对内环半径优化方法进行仿真和分析结果表明,该方法得到了相较于传统方法更优的阵列结构。  相似文献

聚环氧乙烷 (PEO)是一种易结晶的柔性高聚物 ,它形成的球晶比较大 ,易于观察 ,是研究高聚物结晶的常用材料[1~ 3 ] .有人发现PEO球晶在正交偏振片观察下呈现有明暗相间的同心圆环 ,并指出PEO球晶中的此圆环结构不是普通的消光 ,因为在非偏振光下此结构仍然存在[4,5] ;并认为这种同心环形纹的出现与球晶阶梯式生长或螺旋式生长方式有关 .本文作者利用偏光显微镜在观察PEO单个球晶的生长过程中 ,并未发现有这种同心环形纹的出现 ;为了进一步认识环形纹的形成原因 ,本文作者对PEO的结晶过程进行了全程跟踪观察 ,对同心环形纹的形成给予…  相似文献

Crystalline-crystalline poly (3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV) and poly (ethylene glycol) (PEG) block copolymers (PHEGs) were synthesized by telechelic hydroxylated PHBV2000 and PEG with different number-average molecular weights. The synthesized PHEGs were analyzed using gel permeation chromatography and proton nuclear magnetic resonance. The cooling curves of the differential scanning calorimetry showed that the range of the melt-crystallization temperature of the PEG and PHBV blocks in the PHEGs partially overlapped. The spherulite of each PEG block and each PHBV block in the PHEGs crystallizes individually, but nucleated in the same site to form a concentric spherulite. The observations of the hot-stage polarized microscope (HSPM) showed that the first spherulite growth acted as a template for the later spherulite growth in the PHBV-b-PEG concentric spherulite. The spherulite growth rate of individual spherulite from the PEG block and PHBV block in PHEGs depends on the crystallization environment. The evolution of concentric spherulites in PHEGs at different crystallization conditions was studied in this study.  相似文献
