Dioxouranium(VI) Hydrolysis at 75 and 100 °C in 3.6 mol⋅kg<Superscript>−1</Superscript> LiClO<Subscript>4</Subscript> Aqueous Medium

This work is concerned with the acidic properties of the uranyl ion, UO₂²⁺, at 75 and 100 °C in 3.6 mol⋅kg⁻¹ LiClO₄ aqueous medium. The investigation was carried out with a coulometric-potentiometric technique. Direct and reverse acid-base titrations were carried out in order to check whether equilibrium had been reached. Moreover, in order to determine whether or not the solutions were oversaturated, a further check was carried out with fresh saturated hydrolyzed solutions.     

Fiber-breakage evaluation of plasticated resin based on a newly developed heating cylinder with multiple ports for in-process sampling

In the injection molding of long fiber-reinforced resins, the breakage of fibers during the plastication process and while they are flowing past the check ring (CHR) is a common problem faced on manufacturing sites. However, no systematic research has been carried out. For the first time, the authors develop a heating cylinder with multiple ports on the wall for extracting the melted resin from the cylinder inside to perform in-process sampling of the resin. In this study, the new device was used to sample melted resin before and after CHR and to investigate the effects of the shape of the CHR on glass-fiber breakage. The experimental results clearly demonstrate that the breakage of fiber can be minimized to an extent where there is enough space for melted resin to gently flow and bypass the CHR. In addition, it was confirmed that the length of the CHR does not significantly affect glass-fiber breakage.     

WFX—110型原子吸收光谱仪故障分析和维修

本文主要介绍我厂使用的ＷＦＸ—１１０型原子吸收光谱仪所发生的一些故障现象和排除故障时的分析、判断以及检查结果。文中绘制了该仪器的原理方框图，及其脉冲减窄电路图中各级信号的输入和输出波形，同时结合故障叙述了该仪器中对数电路的元件作用及其电路公式。最后提出了故障产生后分析检查时应具有的指导思想。

Investigation of a flat-plate oscillating heat pipe with Tesla-type check valves

Tesla-type check valves were integrated into a flat-plate oscillating heat pipe (FP-OHP) in order to promote and sustain a desired circulatory flow to increase overall thermal performance. Using neutron radiography, gray-scale images capturing the internal flow behavior within two bottom-heated copper FP-OHPs - one with Tesla-type valves (TV FP-OHP) and one without - both charged with water at a filling ratio of 70% - were collected. With the Tesla-type valves installed in the adiabatic section of the TV FP-OHP, it was found that circulation in the desired direction was promoted and that this promotion increased with heat input. The TV FP-OHP consistently possessed a lower thermal resistance than its counterpart without check valves. The percent-reduction in thermal resistance was on-the-order of 15-25% depending on the power input. Implementation of Tesla-type check valves is a promising means for circulatory flow rectification within an OHP, but future research is needed to further optimize valve design, quantity, and alignment.     

一种皮革产品的红外无损检验

基于红外光谱法可以对不同形态物质进行结构分析,可对皮革产品进行定性分析。依据红外光谱谱带的数目、位置、形状和强度都随化合物不同而各不相同的特点,将牛皮革、羊皮革和聚氯乙烯（PVC）革的红外谱图进行比对和剖析,并用于皮革产品的检验。通过实验得出,利用红外方法可以快速对皮革产品进行红外无损检验。     

μ子源超导俘获线圈测试杜瓦设计与校核

根据高μ子源超导俘获线圈整体测试系统的要求,设计了μ子源超导俘获线圈测试杜瓦系统.包含液氦杜瓦、真空杜瓦及绝热冷屏,采用Solidworks软件对测试杜瓦系统进行3D建模.通过对绝热冷屏统进行了详细的传热学计算,绝热冷屏的可以满足μ子源超导俘获线圈测试过程的漏热需求;根据μ子源超导俘获线圈测试实际工况,对真空杜瓦和液氦杜瓦进行了Ansys有限元软件分析与校核,得到杜瓦详细的应力及变形结果,分析表明,测试杜瓦的设计较为合理,可以作为工程设计的理论计算依据     

自相关在双向剪切激光准直检校中的应用

对基于双向剪切干涉的激光准直检校方法进行了研究.采用CCD对干涉条纹进行采集,提出了用自相关比较条纹宽度的方法,解决了人眼直接观察会引入主观判断误差且不适用于非可见光的问题.理论分析和实验表明：条纹灰度分布的自相关函数会以条纹宽度值为周期出现峰值;比较两半场条纹自相关函数峰值出现的位置即能得知入射激光的准直与否.

EAST氦制冷机中透平膨胀机升级改造

现有俄制油气混合透平膨胀机严重制约了EAST制冷机的性能和稳定性,同时鉴于EAST装置对制冷机的制冷量和可靠性要求提高,急需对EAST制冷机中透平膨胀机进行升级改造,以满足系统要求。通过编写FOR-TRAN程序计算新制冷量情况下所需膨胀机参数,并进行压机流量和换热器校核,最后通过国际招标,采购新透平膨胀机。
