Synthesis,X‐ray powder structure analysis and biological properties of a mononuclear Cu(II) complex of N‐2‐hydroxyhippuric acid

A mononuclear copper (II) complex of N‐2‐hydroxyhippuric acid (2HHA), [Cu(HA)(H₂O)₂], has been synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic and X‐ray powder diffraction studies. Crystal structure of [Cu(HA)(H₂O)₂] reveals a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry around the metal center. The crystal packing in the complex exhibits a three‐dimensional framework formed by intermolecular O? ; H···O and C? H···O hydrogen bonds. Toxicity and antitumor properties of the complex have been studied in vivo. The complex, capable of depleting glutathione (GSH) at nontoxic doses, may be utilized to sensitize drug‐resistant cells where resistance is due to an elevated level of GSH. Fe∶BSO晶体的缺陷能级及光折变效应的研究

在硅酸铋（Bi12SiO20，BSO）晶体中掺入少量Fe2O3，生长出Fe：BSO晶体，由于Fe杂质在BSO晶体禁带中造成了一些缺陷能级，使得晶体的衍射效率和四波混频位相共轭反射率等光折变性能指标有较大提高。文中根据吸收光谱，初步确定了晶体中缺陷能级。     

利用BSO晶体的电控自聚焦效应实现的一种新型电光调制

BSO(硅酸铋)晶体除了具有热自聚焦效应外¹,还具有电控自聚焦效应²,基于电控自聚焦效应,又进一步对高斯光束经BSO晶体自聚焦后的远场光斑中心处的光强与加在晶体通光方向上的电压和入射光功率的关系进行了理论和实验研究,提出一种新的电光调制方法。理论与实验相符,进一步验证了文献1、2的结论.     

Ce:Cu:BSO晶体的生长及其相位共轭效应的研究

本文报道了Ce:Cu:BSO晶体的生长。测试了晶体相位共轭反射率和响应时间。利用Ce:Cu:BSO晶体二波耦合相位变化,实现了畸变的波前相位的畸变消除。     

BSO晶体生长固/液边界层结构的实时观测研究

实时测量BSO晶体水平区熔法生长过程中,研究固/液边界层以及边界层两侧的晶体和熔体的显微拉曼光谱,晶体生长固/液边界层以及边界层两侧的熔体和晶体的结构特征, 生长基元结构从熔体结构经边界层过渡到晶体结构的变化过程。结果显示, BSO熔体中存在Bi₃O₄和[SiO₄]的键合结构; Bi₃O₄分子基团在固/液边界层聚合形成[BiO₇]八面体单体、多聚体,与[SiO₄]结构基团联结,在通过固／液边界层时进入格位。     

Bridgman growth of Bi4Si3O12 scintillation crystals and doped effects on radiation resistance

Ce, Nd and Eu doped BSO crystals 20×20× 100mm³ in size have been gown by vertical Bridgman method, and the doped effects on radiation resistance of BSO have also been studied for the first time. Nd and Eu dopns were found to improve the radiation resistance of BSO. However, Cc and Nd dopings degrade the light output of BSO except that Eu doping has almost no effect on it. Therefore, Eu may be the most promising dopant candidate for improving the scintillation properties of BSO crystal.     

硅酸铋晶体内电光、磁光相互作用的耦合波分析及其传感应用

通过建立并求解硅酸铋(BSO)晶体内电光、磁光相互作用的耦合波方程,得到了BSO晶体的偏振传递函数,由此分析了BSO晶体内偏振光的周期性变化规律,并给出直接描述外加电场、磁场对偏振光作用的琼斯矩阵和米勒矩阵.最后设计了一种基于BSO晶体的电压、电流同时传感系统.     

Voltage-controlled self-focusing effect in BSO crystal

Voltage-controlled self-focusing in BSO crystal is observed.This effect de-pends on both the applied voltage and the power of the input laser beam.It is believed that thiseffect offers great promise and possibility for new applications.
