流动注射-化学发光法测定阿莫西林

阿莫西林在硫酸溶液中的降解产物与Ce(Ⅳ)在罗丹明6G的增敏作用下可产生化学发光。据此建立了流动注射化学发光测定阿莫西林的新方法。该方法线性范围为0.01～20.0mg·L~(-1),检出限为0.008mg·L~(-1),相对标准偏差(n=11,C=1.0mg·L~(-1)为0.7％。方法用于药物中阿莫西林含量的测定,结果满意。     

The Use of Poly(Vinyl Alcohol) to Cross‐link Penicillinase for the Fabrication of a Penicillin Potentiometric Biosensor

Chemically cross‐linked PVA films are permeable matrices for the fabrication of biosensors. PVA provides an attractive immobilisation method as it preserves the enzymatic activity. Penicillinase (P’nase) was cross‐linked with poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and bovine serum albumin (BSA). The optimum conditions for the of BSA‐PVA‐P’nase film were: 2.5 % w/v PVA, 0.006 % w/v BSA, 2.4 mM penicillin (Pen) and 16 U/mL P’nase. The minimum detectable concentration was 1.7 µM. The linear concentration range obtained for the BSA‐PVA film was 7.5–283 µM. The BSA‐PVA P’nase biosensor detected penicillin in amoxycillin with an average percentage recovery of 97±12 %. Higher penicillin concentrations (10–20 ppm) were detected more successfully than lower concentrations (≤5 ppm). These results indicate that further work is required to enable the successful detection of lower penicillin concentrations such as 5 ppm.     

Comparative study of net analyte signal-based methods and partial least squares for the simultaneous determination of amoxycillin and clavulanic acid by stopped-flow kinetic analysis

A comparative study about advantages and limitations of net analyte signal (NAS)-based methods (NBMs) and partial least squares (PLS) calibration in kinetic analysis has been performed. The different multivariate calibration methods were applied to the determination of binary mixtures of amoxycillin and clavulanic acid, by stopped-flow kinetic analysis. The reactions of oxidation of these compounds with cerium(IV), in sulphuric acid medium, were monitored by following the changes on the fluorescence of the oxidation products, in stopped-flow mode. The differences on the kinetic profiles obtained at λ_ex=256 nm and λ_em=351 nm, were used to determine mixtures of both compounds by multivariate calibration of the kinetic data, using PLS-1, a modification of hybrid linear analysis (HLA) and net analyte pre-processing combined with classical least squares (NAP/CLS) methods. The NBMs allowed the selection of optimal time data regions by calculating the minimum error indicator function (EIF), improving the results and making NBMs very convenient for the analysis. In addition, the use of the net analyte signal concept allows the calculation of the analytical figures of merit, limit of detection (LOD), sensitivity and selectivity, for each component.     

阿莫西林与锌(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)、汞(Ⅱ)配合物的合成及配位位置的研究

阿莫西林是一种广谱抗生素,本文通过共沉淀法合成了阿莫西林与d¹⁰组态金属离子的固体配合物,并对其进行了光谱及波谱研究,确定了配合物的配合机理及配位点.     

Spectrophotometric Studies On Determination of Some Cephalosporins and Amoxycillin With Chlorobenzotriazole and Sodium Hypochlorite

Abstract

Two simple colorimetric methods for the determination of certain cephalosporins (cefaclor and cefadroxil) and amoxycillin sodium are described. The suggested methods depend upon the oxidation of these compounds using sodium hypochlorite (SHC) and 1-chlorobenzotriazole (1-CBT) in alkaline medium and colorimetric measurment of the chromophore formed. The different experimental parameters are studied and incorporated into the procedures. The mean percentages found range from 100.0 ± 0.4 to 100.5 ± 0.9. The proposed methods have been successfully applied to the analysis of some pharmaceutical formulations and the results obtained have been statistically compared with those obtaind using the official methods. The proposed methods are convenient, rapid within the concentration range 15-123 μg. ml^?1.
