A series of bifunctional asymmetric phase-transfer catalysts bearing multiple hydrogen-bonding donors derived from cinchona alkaloids are synthesized, and successfully applied to asymmetric nitro-Mannich of isatin-derived N-Boc ketimines. The products 3-substituted 3-amino-oxindoles were constructed in excellent yields (96–99%) and good enantioselectivities (up to 95% ee).  相似文献

In chemical exchange dependent saturation transfer imaging experiments, exchangeable solute protons are saturated and the transfer of saturation to water is subsequently detected. When the applied irradiation power is comparable to the resonance frequency difference between the water protons and saturated solute protons, the proton transfer (PT) efficiency is reduced due to concomitant direct saturation effects. In this study, the PT process is modeled using a two-pool system. An empirical general proton transfer ratio (PTR) equation for arbitrary RF irradiation power is derived, and its optimal power to maximize the PTR is analyzed. The results are confirmed experimentally on 4.7 T using a poly-L-lysine solution. The theory provides a useful tool for optimizing the irradiation power of the PT sequences in the presence of direct saturation effects.  相似文献

(1)H and (13)C NMR spectra of symmetric and asymmetric bis-spiropyrans, Series 1-3, were completely assigned. Especially, the (1)H assignment of asymmetric spiropyrans was achieved by utilizing (1)H-(1)H COSY and nOe experiments. The purpose of this study was to demonstrate a simple and fast method for solving the time-dependent Bloch equations. First, the time-dependent Bloch equations were reduced to a homogeneous linear differential equation, and then a simple equation was derived to solve it using a matrix operation. The validity of this method was investigated by comparing with the analytical solutions in the case of constant radiofrequency irradiation. There was a good agreement between them, indicating the validity of this method. As a further example, this method was applied to the time-dependent Bloch equations in the two-pool exchange model for chemical exchange saturation transfer (CEST) or amide proton transfer (APT) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and the Z-spectra and asymmetry spectra were calculated from their solutions. They were also calculated using the fourth/fifth-order Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg (RKF) method for comparison. There was also a good agreement between them, and this method was much faster than the RKF method. In conclusion, this method will be useful for analyzing the complex CEST or APT contrast mechanism and/or investigating the optimal conditions for CEST or APT MRI.  相似文献

以凹凸棒土(APT)作载体,采用氨蒸发法制备了Pd-Cu/APT催化剂,以CO氧化为探针反应,在连续流动微反应装置上,考察了初始氨浓度对催化剂CO常温催化氧化性能的影响。通过N2-physisorption、XRD、FT-IR、TEM和H2-TPR等手段对催化剂的结构和性质进行了表征。结果表明,在较低或过高氨浓度条件下,制备的Pd-Cu/APT中Cu物种均主要以CuO为主,仅有少量Cu2(OH)3Cl;适宜的氨浓度有利于稳定Cu2(OH)3Cl物相的形成,其薄片状的形貌特征、良好的分散状态以及与Pd物种间较强的相互作用,显著提高了CO催化氧化性能。在空速6 000 h-1、CO体积分数1.5%、水蒸气体积分数3.3%的反应条件下,Pd-Cu/APT催化剂表现出优异的CO室温催化氧化活性和稳定性。  相似文献

The internal nitriding response of a ternary Fe–1 at.%Cr–1 at.%Mo alloy, which serves as a model alloy for many CrMo-based steels, was investigated. The nitrides developing upon nitriding were characterised by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, electron probe microanalysis, transmission electron microscopy and atom probe tomography. The developed nitrides were shown to be (metastable) ternary mixed nitrides, which exhibit complex morphological, compositional and structural transformations as a function of nitriding time. Analogous to nitrided binary Fe–Cr and Fe–Mo alloys, in ternary Fe–Cr–Mo alloys initially continuous precipitation of fine, coherent, cubic, NaCl-type nitride platelets, here with the composition (Cr½,Mo½)N¾, occurs, with the broad faces of the platelets parallel to the {1?0?0}α-Fe lattice planes. These nitrides undergo a discontinuous precipitation reaction upon prolonged nitriding leading to the development of lamellae of a novel, hexagonal CrMoN2 nitride along {1?1?0}α-Fe lattice planes, and of spherical cubic, NaCl-type (Cr,Mo)N x nitride particles within the ferrite lamellae. The observed structural and compositional changes of the ternary nitrides have been attributed to the thermodynamic and kinetic constraints for the internal precipitation of (misfitting) nitrides in the ferrite matrix.  相似文献

分析了不在同一轨道平面的光通信终端搭载卫星的相对运动模型,通过对终端万向节指向的补偿校正来提高扫瞄捕获概率,缩短激光链路的建立时间,并对通信过程中的接收光束在电荷藕合器件靶面坐标系中的坐标值进行修正,减弱对快速倾斜镜的高带宽限制.最后对相对运动模型进行解算,依据方案对捕获和跟踪过程的补偿设计进行数值仿真,结果表明本设计方案可以消除由于卫星相对运动引起的光束指向偏差.该方案简化了系统结构,降低了系统复杂性,减少了能量消耗,同时易于星载计算机程序实现.  相似文献
