We report a compact and efficient LD end-pumped linearly polarized Nd:YAP laser operating at 1.34 μm. The laser system with different crystal lengths, output couplers and cavity types were compared. Based on optimizing of the pump system and laser cavity, 6.2 W laser radiation at 1341.4 nm with c-axis polarized was achieved, corresponding to an optical conversion efficiency of about 24.8% with respect to the incident pump power. The laser threshold was only about 1.3 W and the optical slope efficiency was up to 27.2%. 相似文献

音频段压缩态光场是进行连续变量量子精密测量重要的量子资源.本文利用自制的低噪声连续单频671 nm/1.34μm双波长激光器作为抽运源,抽运基于周期极化磷酸氧钛钾晶体的简并光学参量振荡器,进行了光通信波段1.34μm连续变量音频段真空压缩态光场的实验制备.当简并光学参量振荡器运转于阈值以下参量反放大状态时,抽运光场功率为95 mW,本地振荡光功率为60μW时,在分析频率8—100 k Hz范围内研制出1.34μm真空压缩态光场.在分析频率36 k Hz处,压缩态光场的最大压缩度达5.0 d B;在音频频率8k Hz处,压缩态光场的压缩度达3.0 d B.音频段1.34μm压缩态光场可用于实现基于光纤的量子精密测量. 相似文献

利用新型实用的晶体材料V∶YAG作为被动调Q元件,实现了激光二极管泵浦Nd∶YVO4的1.34 μm激光谱线调Q运转.研究了饱和吸收体小信号透过率对激光稳定性的影响,得出使用小信号透过率T0小的V∶YAG可使激光脉冲能量和重复频率稳定的结论.在1.6 W的泵浦条件下,T0为96%、89%和85%时,4 h脉冲能量和重复频率稳定性分别为15%、10%和5%.使用T0为85%的V∶YAG,获得了平均功率输出功率96 mW,脉宽8.8 ns,重复频率25 kHz,峰值功率436 W,脉冲能量3.84 μJ的实验结果. 相似文献

报道了半导体激光泵浦Nd:YVO4激光器在1.34μm的输出特性,当入射的泵浦光功率为515mW时,最大1.34μm激光输出功率达157mW,光-光转换效率为30.5%,研究了激光器的纵模特性及弛豫噪声与泵浦功率的关系,发现不同的纵模具有各自不同的弛豫振荡频率。 相似文献

We report a high-power continuous-wave(cw) diode-pumped efficient 1.34 μm Nd:YVO4 laser. The laser properties of a low Nd3+-doped concentration of the Nd:YVO4 crystal operating at 1.34 μm formed with a simple plane-concave cavity have been demonstrated. With the incident pump power of 22 W, an output power of 8.24 W was obtained, giving an optical conversion efficiency of 37.5% and slope efficiency of 40%. Single crystals of Ca3CuRhO6, Ca3Co1.34Rh0.66O6 and Ca3FeRhO6 were synthesized by high temperature flux growth in molten K2CO3 and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. While Ca3Co1.34Rh0.66O6 and Ca3FeRhO6 crystallize with trigonal (rhombohedral) symmetry in the space group , Z=6: Ca3Co1.34Rh0.66O6a=9.161(1) Å, c=10.601(2) Å; Ca3FeRhO6a=9.1884(3) Å, c=10.7750(4) Å; Ca3CuRhO6 adopts a monoclinic distortion of the K4CdCl6 structure in the space group C2/c, Z=4: a=9.004(2) Å, b=9.218(2) Å, c=6.453(1) Å, β=91.672(5). All crystals of Ca3CuRhO6 examined were twinned by pseudo-merohedry. Ca3CuRhO6, Ca3Co1.34Rh0.66O6, and Ca3FeRhO6 are structurally related and contain infinite one-dimensional chains of alternating face-sharing RhO6 octahedra and MO6 trigonal prisms. In the monoclinic modification, the copper atoms are displaced from the center of the trigonal prism toward one of the rectangular faces adopting a pseudo-square planar configuration. The magnetic properties of Ca3CuRhO6, Ca3Co1.34Rh0.66O6, and Ca3FeRhO6 are discussed. 相似文献
