Investigation of the Potts Model on Triangular Lattices by the Second Renormalization of Tensor Network States

We employ the second renormalization group method of tensor-network states to investigate thermodynamic properties of the ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic Potts model on triangular lattices. From the temperature dependence of the internal energy and the specific heat, both the critical temperatures and critical exponents are evaluated. For the q = 3 antiferromagnetic Potts model, the critical temperature is found to be Tc = 0.627163±0.000003, which is at least one order of magnitude more accurate than that obtained by other methods.     

Dispersion relations of lattice waves in three-dimensional strongly coupled complex plasma crystals

Dispersion relation matrices, with the screened Coulomb interaction between a charged dust particle and all other particles taken into account, are derived for waves in body centred cubic (bcc) and face centred cubic (fcc) lattices in three-dimensional strongly coupled complex plasma crystals separately. The matrices are then calculated in characteristic directions to obtain the longitudinal and transverse eigenmodes. The longitudinal and transverse waves for these cases are discussed separately.     

长声学格波即弹性波的论证

从通过建立具有三个不同原子的一维原子链的格波方程,得到了该方程的解,作出了格波色散的关系图,得到了声学支与光学支的带隙。用简单方法得到了二维简单格子的色散关系。
