This paper studies the Mei symmetry and Mei conserved quantity for nonholonomic systems of unilateral Chetaev type in Nielsen style. The differential equations of motion of the system above are established. The definition and the criteria of Mei symmetry, loosely Mei symmetry, strictly Mei symmetry for the system are given in this paper. The existence condition and the expression of Mei conserved quantity are deduced directly by using Mei symmetry. An example is given to illustrate the application of the results.  相似文献

We perform level statistics of the Nilsson single-particle levels. The effects of the l2 and l ・ s; s terms are discussed as well as their interplay with the deformations. The results show that when the l2 term is added to the harmonic oscillator potential, chaotic motion occurs. The strength ranges of the l2 term in which chaotic motion exists are related to the deformation of the harmonic oscillator potential. The calculations of the localization length in different bases demonstrate that it is the spherical or axial symmetries that govern the chaotic motion. The degree of chaoticity increases significantly with the l ・ s; s term included.  相似文献

High-spin states in 185Pt have been reinvestigated via the reaction 173Yb(16O, 4n) at a beam energy of 90 MeV. The previously known band based on the ν7/2-[503](f7/2) Nilsson orbital has been extended to higher spin states. Properties of the ν7/2-[503](f7/2) band have been discussed with an emphasis on the evolution of configuration while increasing the spin.  相似文献

The definition and criteria of Noether symmetry of a Nielsen equation under the infinitesimal transformations of groups are given. Expression of Noether conserved quantity deduced directly from Noether symmetry of Nielsen equation for the system are obtained. The aim of this paper is two folds. First, we shall prove a general reduction theorem to the Spannenintegral of products of (generalized) Kubert functions. Second, we apply the special case of Carlitz's theorem to the elaboration of earlier results on the mean values of the product of Dirichlet L-functions at integer arguments. Carlitz's theorem is a generalization of a classical result of Nielsen in 1923. Regarding the reduction theorem, we shall unify both the results of Carlitz (for sums) and Mordell (for integrals), both of which are generalizations of preceding results by Frasnel, Landau, Mikolas, and Romanoff et al. These not only generalize earlier results but also cover some recent results. For example, Beck's lamma is the same as Carlitz's result, while some results of Maier may be deduced from those of Romanoff. To this end, we shall consider the Stiletjes integral which incorporates both sums and integrals. Now, we have an expansion of the sum of products of Bernoulli polynomials that we may apply it to elaborate on the results of afore-mentioned papers and can supplement them by related results.  相似文献

We propose a modified formula which is used to determine the coupling parameter C in the Hamiltonian of the single-j shell. In comparison with the previously known formula, the new formula improves the agreement between the intruder single-j levels and the Nilsson ones. For studies of chiral bands within the particle rotor model, the new coupling parameter will considerably influence the energy splitting between the doublet bands.  相似文献

The Nilsson mean-field plus the extended pairing model for well-deformed nuclei is applied to some representative rare earth examples. The binding energies, some low-lying pair-excited states and even-odd mass differences of Er, Yb and Hf isotopes are calculated systematically within the proton frozen-pair excitation limit. A comparison with experimental data for these nuclei shows that the results of the extended pairing model are better than those for the standard pairing model with the BCS approximation and the nearest-orbit pairing model.  相似文献
