Ocean internal waves interpreted as oscillation travelling waves in consideration of ocean dissipation

Most studies of the synthetic aperture radar remote sensing of ocean internal waves are based on the solitary wave solutions of the Korteweg-de Vries （KdV） equation, and the dissipative term in the KdV equation is not taken into account. However, the dissipative term is very important, both in the synthetic aperture radar images and in ocean models. In this paper, the traveling-wave structure to characterize the ocean internal wave phenomenon is modeled, the results of numerical experiments are advanced, and a theoretical hypothesis of the traveling wave to retrieve the ocean internal wave parameters in the synthetic aperture radar images is introduced.     

RTP协议中RTCP传输间隔算法

针对应用RTP的大规模会话，提出了改进的RTCP传输间隔算法，并对改进算法和现行算法进行了模拟和分析，结果表明改进算法有效地减小了因大量用户同时加入而导致的RTCP包发送间隔误差，缓解了大规模会话初始时RTCP包造成的拥塞．

Modeling of polycrystalline ZnO thin-film transistors with a consideration of the deep and tail states

We report a model of the carrier transport and the subgap density of states in a polycrystalline ZnO film for simulating a polycrystalline ZnO thin film transistor. This simple model considering the deep and the band tail states reproduces well the characteristics of polycrystalline ZnO thin film transistors. Furthermore, using the developed model, we study the effects of defect parameters on the electrical performances of the polycrystalline ZnO thin film transistors.     

立法的特性—从阶层构造论到原则权衡理论

从阶层构造论出发,可以将立法视为实施宪法的活动,它既是对宪法规范的适用,又是对一般法律规范的创设。原则权衡理论则将这种适用和创设活动看作是立法机关对宪法原则（尤其是基本权利,也包括其他宪法原则）的权衡。在规范理论的视野中,立法呈现自身的特性：首先,立法相对于其他层级的法律适用和创设活动拥有更大的政治形成空间,但这只是程度上的;其次,作为宪法原则之权衡活动的立法与实质民主观,尤其是取向于实现公民最根本利益（正确性诉求）的审议式民主相关,因而不违背民主正当性原则;最后,作为宪法原则之权衡活动的立法同时包括积极立法与消极立法,作为消极立法的宪法审查要以三种形式承担“权衡负担”,以恰当地尊重积极立法。     

Community detection with consideration of non-topological information

In a network described by a graph, only topological structure information is considered to determine how the nodes are connected by edges. Non-topological information denotes that which cannot be determined directly from topological information. This paper shows, by a simple example where scientists in three research groups and one external group form four communities, that in some real world networks non-topological information (in this example, the research group affiliation) dominates community division. If the information has some influence on the network topological structure, the question arises as to how to find a suitable algorithm to identify the communities based only on the network topology. We show that weighted Newman algorithm may be the best choice for this example. We believe that this idea is general for real-world complex networks.
