基于单片机和光电开关的通用计数器设计

At presrent, the photoelectric switch is more and more widely used in the industrial automation equipment.It can be finished counting industrial products by using the characteristic of the photoelectric switch which can detect the objects without touching them. This design uses the modular design method,including power-supply module, The photoelectric conversion module, optocoupler isolation circuit module, power off protection module, matrix keyboard module, counting module and The display module. It mainly uses 51 single-chip microcomputer to control the system,uses the keilC51 software to design program,uses the Proteus software to complete the simulation. Through the experiment, it proves the design is feasible.

Sub-nanosecond silicon-on-insulator optical micro-ring switch with low crosstalk

<正>We demonstrate a sub-nanosecond electro-optical switch with low crosstalk in a silicon-on-insulator(SOI) dual-coupled micro-ring embedded with p-i-n diodes.A crosstalk of -23 dB is obtained in the 20-μm-radius micro-ring with the well-designing asymmetric dual-coupling structure.By optimizations of the doping profiles and the fabrication processes,the sub-nanosecond switch-on/off time of400 ps is finally realized under an electrical pre-emphasized driving signal.This compact and fast-response micro-ring switch,which can be fabricated by complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS) compatible technologies,have enormous potential in optical interconnects of multicore networks-on-chip.

Research on electrical pulse of 20-kV/30-Hz GaAs photoconductive switches

Photoconductive semiconductor switches (PCSSs) are widely used in high power ultra-wideband source applications and precise synchronization control due to their high power low-jitter high-repetition-frequency. In this letter, a 14-mm gap semi-insulating GaAs PCSS biased under 20 kV is triggered by a 1064-nm laser with a repetition frequency of 30 Hz. Although the trigger condition is greater than the threshold of the lock-on effect, the high gain mode is not observed. The results indicate that the high gain mode of the PCSS is quenched by decreasing the remnant voltage of pulsed energy storage capacitor.     

光电开关锁定机理的理论分析

光电开关锁定(lock-on)现象自1990年报道以来已受到广泛关注,许多学者研究其机理并已开展研究将其应用到高压脉冲发生系统中,但目前所有的研究尚处于起步阶段.本文就光电开关锁定机理作了较全面的理论分析,认为光电开关的锁定是光与电联合作用的结果,耿氏效应引起场强动态增强,光脉冲产生的光电子引起本征碰撞电离,从而比较完整地解释了光电开关处于锁定状态时的增益现象.     

亚纳秒光脉冲下GaAs光电开关行为的理论分析

本文对GaAs光电开关在亚纳秒光脉冲(650ps左右)触发下的性能作了理论分析。用计算机数值分析方法计算了光电开关的电导随光脉冲的变化过程,分析了光脉冲的能量、半宽度的涨落引起的光电开关的触发跳动、响应时间及幅度的变化规律。在合理选用参数时,用SPICE设计得到了上升沿为5kV/ns,触发跳动小于5ps的斜坡电压,从而证实了光电开关在亚纳秒光脉冲作用下的可行性。     

利用增益开关半导体激光器实现光电开关的导通

用0.8μm的增益开关半导体激光器,照射以Cr:GaAs为衬底的光电开关,产生电脉冲,这在国内尚属首次。本文介绍了光电开关的导通原理及我们的实验技术。在对0.8μm的InGaAsP半导体激光器的微波调制下,我们获得了最大峰-峰值为11mV的重复电脉冲。
