A numerical scheme based on an operator splitting method and a dense output event location algorithm is proposed to integrate a diffusion-dissolution/precipitation chemical initial-boundary value problem with jumping nonlinearities. The numerical analysis of the scheme is carried out and it is proved to be of order 2 in time. This global order estimate is illustrated numerically on a test case.

The rheological behavior of a cetylpyridinium chloride 100 mmol l–1/sodium salicylate 60 mmol l–1 aqueous solution was studied in this work under homogeneous (cone and plate) and non-homogeneous flow conditions (vane-bob and capillary rheometers), respectively. Instabilities consistent with non-monotonic flow curves were observed in all cases and the solution exhibited similar behavior under the different flow conditions. Hysteresis and the sigmoidal flow curve suggested as characteristic of systems that show constitutive instabilities were observed when running cycles of increasing and decreasing stress or shear rate, respectively. This information, together with a detailed determination of steady states at shear stresses close to the onset of the instabilities, allowed one to show unequivocally that "top and bottom jumping" are the mechanisms to trigger the instabilities in this micellar system. It is shown in addition that there is not a true plateau region in between the "top and bottom jumping". Finally, the flow behavior beyond the upturn seemed to be unstable and was found accompanied by an apparent violation of the no-slip boundary condition.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the stability and robust stability criteria for genetic regulatory networks with interval time-varying delays and Markovian jumping parameters. The genetic regulatory networks have a finite number of modes, which may jump from one mode to another according to the Markov process. By using Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, some sufficient conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities to achieve the global asymptotic stability in the mean square of the considered genetic regulatory networks. Two numerical examples are provided to illustrate the usefulness of the obtained theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper deals with the class of uncertain continuous-time linear stochastic hybrid systems with Wiener process. The uncertainties that we are considering are of the norm-bounded type. The robust stochastic stabilization problem is treated. LMIs based sufficient conditions are developed to design the state feedback controller that robustly and stochastically stabilizes the studied class of systems and at the same time rejects a disturbance of desired level. The minimum disturbance rejection is also determined. A numerical example is provided to show the validity of the proposed results.  相似文献

This paper deals with the global exponential stability analysis of neutral systems with Markovian jumping parameters and interval time-varying delays. The time-varying delay is assumed to belong to an interval, which means that the lower and upper bounds of interval time-varying delays are available. A new global exponential stability condition is derived in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI) by constructing new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals via generalized eigenvalue problems (GEVPs). The stability criteria are formulated in the form of LMIs, which can be easily checked in practice by Matlab LMI control toolbox. Two numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and less conservativeness of the proposed methods.  相似文献

This paper investigates the state estimation of neural networks with mixed time‐varying delays and Markovian jumping parameters. By developing a delay decomposition approach, the information of the delayed plant states can be taken into full consideration. On the basis of the new Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, some inequality techniques, stochastic stability theory and delay‐dependent stability criteria are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities. 在跨国闭环供应链中考虑碳关税、碳配额和碳税三种政策的影响,分别建立了出口国制造商(OEM)再制造模型和OEM授权进口国零售商进行再制造模型,得到不同模型中OEM和零售商的最优价格、最优销售量、最优利润,进一步分析了产品碳排放总量是否超过配额的不同情形下新产品碳排放量对新产品和再制造品价格、销售量的影响以及其中碳关税和碳税发挥的作用.结果表明,在配额限制下,存在碳关税、碳税以及两种政策共同约束的取值区间,当税率水平在不同区间时,新产品碳排放量对两种产品的价格、销售量有不同的影响.  相似文献

This article discusses the issue of robust stability analysis for a class of Markovian jumping stochastic neural networks (NNs) with probabilistic time‐varying delays. The jumping parameters are represented as a continuous‐time discrete‐state Markov chain. Using the stochastic stability theory, properties of Brownian motion, the information of probabilistic time‐varying delay, the generalized Ito's formula, and linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique, some novel sufficient conditions are obtained to guarantee the stochastical stability of the given NNs. In particular, the activation functions considered in this article are reasonably general in view of the fact that they may depend on Markovian jump parameters and they are more general than those usual Lipschitz conditions. The main features of this article are described in the following: first one is that, based on generalized Finsler lemma, some improved delay‐dependent stability criteria are established and the second one is that the nonlinear stochastic perturbation acting on the system satisfies a class of Lipschitz linear growth conditions. By resorting to the Lyapunov–Krasovskii stability theory and the stochastic analysis tools, sufficient stability conditions are established using an efficient LMI approach. Finally, two numerical examples and its simulations are given to demonstrate the usefulness and effectiveness of the proposed results. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
