Motor Imagery Electroencephalography (MI-EEG) has shown good prospects in neurorehabilitation, and the entropy-based nonlinear dynamic methods have been successfully applied to feature extraction of MI-EEG. Especially based on Multiscale Fuzzy Entropy (MFE), the fuzzy entropies of the τ coarse-grained sequences in τ scale are calculated and averaged to develop the Composite MFE (CMFE) with more feature information. However, the coarse-grained process fails to match the nonstationary characteristic of MI-EEG by a mean filtering algorithm. In this paper, CMFE is improved by assigning the different weight factors to the different sample points in the coarse-grained process, i.e., using the weighted mean filters instead of the original mean filters, which is conductive to signal filtering and feature extraction, and the resulting personalized Weighted CMFE (WCMFE) is more suitable to represent the nonstationary MI-EEG for different subjects. All the WCMFEs of multi-channel MI-EEG are fused in serial to construct the feature vector, which is evaluated by a back-propagation neural network. Based on a public dataset, extensive experiments are conducted, yielding a relatively higher classification accuracy by WCMFE, and the statistical significance is examined by two-sample t-test. The results suggest that WCMFE is superior to the other entropy-based and traditional feature extraction methods.  相似文献

This paper constructs several classes of new wavelet bases, which are unconditional bases for related operator spaces. Using these bases, the author analyzes non-homogeneous symbolic space OpSm1,1 and two related kernel-distribution spaces, and characterizes them in two wavelet coefficients spaces. In this paper we consider the numerical approximation of steady and unsteady generalized Newtonian fluid flows using divergence free finite elements generated by the Powell–Sabin–Heindl elements. We derive a priori and a posteriori finite element error estimates and prove convergence of the method of successive approximations for the steady flow case. A priori error estimates of unsteady flows are also considered. These results provide a theoretical foundation and supporting numerical studies are to be provided in Part II. The silicon atom may increase its coordination number to values greater than four, to form pentacoordinated compounds. It has been observed experimentally that, in general, pentacoordinated compounds show greater reactivity than tetracoordinated compounds. In this work, density functional theory is used to calculate the global softness and the condensed softness of the silicon atom for SiH n F4−n and SiH n F 5−n 1− . The values obtained show that the global and condensed softness are greater in the pentacoordinated compounds than in the tetracoordinated compounds, a result that explains the enhanced reactivity. If the results are analysed through a local version of the hard and soft acids and bases principle, it is possible to suggest that in nucleophilic substitution reactions, soft nucleophiles preferably react with SiH n F 5−n 1− , and hard nucleophiles with SiH n F4−n .  相似文献

The addition of hydrosilanes (HSiEt3, HSiMe2Ph, H2SiPh2) to the CH=N bond of heterocyclic azomethines has been studied in the presence of monovalent complexes of rhodium and palladium. The effect on the reaction of the CF3 group of the aldimines, which were obtained from O-, S-, and N-heteroaromatic aldehydes and 2-trifluoromethylaniline, has been clarified, as were other regularities of the processes being studied. A series of corresponding furans, thiophenes, and pyridine amines has been synthesized.  相似文献

In order to ensure existence of a de Boor algorithm (hence of a B-spline basis) in a given spline space with (n+1)-dimensional sections, it is important to be able to generate each spline by restriction to the diagonal of a symmetric function of n variables supposed to be pseudoaffine w.r. to each variable. We proved that a way to obtain these three properties (symmetry, n-pseudoaffinity, diagonal property) is to suppose the existence of blossoms on the set of admissible n-tuples, given that blossoms are defined in a geometric way by means of intersections of osculating flats. 本文我们给出一个修正的非线性扩散方程模型,与Cotte Lions和Morel的模型相比该模型有许多实质上的优点。主要的想法是把原来去噪声部分:卷积Gauss过程替代为解一个有界区域上的线性抛物方程问题,因此避开了对初始数值如何全平面延拓的问题。我们从数学上的证明该问题解的存在性和适定性,同时给出对矩形域情况的解的级数形式。最后我们给基于本模型的数值计算差分模型,并且给出几个具体图像在该模型下处理结果。  相似文献
