微极各向同性弹性板中的Rayleigh-Lamb波

研究了无应力作用条件下，均匀、各向同性、圆柱形微极结构弹性板中波的传播．导出了对称和斜对称模式下波传播的特征方程．对短波这一极端情况，无应力圆板中对称和斜对称模态波的特征方程退化为Pmyle曲表面波频率方程．并得到薄板的计算结果．给出了位移和微转动分量，并绘制了相应图形．给出了若干特殊情况的研究结果及对称和斜对称模态特征方程的图示．     

Mittlere Schwingungsamplituden von OTeF 5 −

Summary Mean amplitudes of vibration for OTeF ₅ ^– have been calculated from known spectroscopic and structural data in a wide temperature range. The results are briefly discussed in comparison with those of related species.

     

Explicit Confinement Effect on the Helicity Amplitudes of the Low-Lying Nucleon Resonances

Calculations of helicity amplitudes for the low-lying nucleon resonances are displayed based on a non-relativistic constituent quark model with a harmonic oscillator confinement. The explicit effect of quark confinement isshown. Our results show that the effect plays sizable role on some transition amplitudes of S11(1535) and D13(1520)resonances. The effect on the △(1232) transition amplitudes islessthan 10%. However, the effect on the Roper resonanceis remarkable but is inconclusive.     

Normal coordinate treatment of actinide(IV)-hexabromides

Molecular force field studies of hexabromo-thorates(IV) and-uranates(IV) have been carried out using four different force field models. Weighted least square adjustment has been used to fit the observed frequencies. Mean amplitudes of vibration have also been calculated at 0°K and 298°K. The trends of force constants and mean amplitudes have also been discussed.

Normal-Koordinaten Berechnungen an Actiniden(IV)-hexabromiden

Zusammenfassung Es wurden für die Rechnungen an Hexabromo-thoraten(IV) und-uranaten(IV) vier verschiedene Modelle herangezogen. Die beobachteten Frequenzen wurden mittels gewichteter Kleinster-Fehlerquadrat-Methode angepaßt. Die Trends bei den Kraftkonstanten und den mittleren Amplituden der einzelnen Verbindungen werden diskutiert.

From Quantum Probabilities to Quantum Amplitudes

The task of reconstructing the system’s state from the measurements results, known as the Pauli problem, usually requires repetition of two successive steps. Preparation in an initial state to be determined is followed by an accurate measurement of one of the several chosen operators in order to provide the necessary “Pauli data”. We consider a similar yet more general problem of recovering Feynman’s transition (path) amplitudes from the results of at least three consecutive measurements. The three-step histories of a pre- and post-selected quantum system are subjected to a type of interference not available to their two-step counterparts. We show that this interference can be exploited, and if the intermediate measurement is “fuzzy”, the path amplitudes can be successfully recovered. The simplest case of a two-level system is analysed in detail. The “weak measurement” limit and the usefulness of the path amplitudes are also discussed.     

New measurements and reanalysis of 14N elastic scattering on 10B target

The angular distributions of elastic scattering of ¹⁴N ions on ¹⁰B targets have been measured at incident beam energies of 21.0 and 24.5 MeV. Angular distributions at higher energies 38–94.0 MeV (previously measured) were also included in the analysis. All data were analyzed within the framework of the optical model and the distorted waves Born approximation method. The observed rise in cross sections at large angles was interpreted as a possible contribution of the α-cluster exchange mechanism. Spectroscopic amplitudes SA₂ and SA₄ for the configuration ¹⁴N→ ¹⁰B +α were extracted. Their average values are 0.58±0.10 and 0.81±0.12 for SA₂ and SA₄, respectively, suggesting that the exchange mechanism is a major component of the elastic scattering for this system. The energy dependence of the depths for the real and imaginary potentials was found.     

Search for exotic state 1-+ π1(1400) at BESⅢ

The J/ψ hadronic decays provide good laboratory to search for the hybrid states with exotic quantum numbers. A full Partial Wave Analysis (PWA) is performed to the generated Monte Carlo J/ψ→ pηπ data, based on the design of BESⅢ detector, to study the sensitivity of searching for a possible exotic state at BESⅢ.     

Analysis of two neutron (proton) transfer reaction data in the Zr-region

The spectroscopic amplitudes, form factors, angular distributions and total cross-sections for two nucleon transfer reactions in Zr-region in the zero range distorted wave Born approximation are calculated using consistent set of shell model wave functions. A single normalisation factor gives a good fit to all the two neutron transfer reaction data whereas the corresponding fit for the two-proton transfer reaction data is less satisfactory.     

The adiabatic approximation to exotic leptonic molecules: further analysis and a nonlinear equation for conditional amplitudes

Recent successful applications of a particular kind of adiabatic approximation to complexes of muons and positrons with atoms, motivated us to perform a new analysis of the molecular approximations on this perspective. We focus our attention mainly on the various levels of the adiabatic approximation and discuss if and how it can be stressed to yield exact results. In the course of this analysis a new nonlinear equation for conditional amplitudes was obtained.
