一种自适应人工蜂群算法求解U型顺序相依拆卸线平衡问题

产品拆卸过程中零部件之间会相互干扰影响任务作业时间,基于该情形构建了多目标U型SDDLBP优化模型,并提出一种自适应ABC算法。所提算法设计了自适应动态邻域搜索方法,以提高局部开发能力;采用了轮盘赌与锦标赛法结合的分段选择法,以有效评价并选择蜜源进行深度开发;建立了基于当前最优解的变异操作,以提高全局探索能力快速跳出局部最优。最后,通过算例测试和实例分析验证算法的高效性。

利用试验及数值模拟技术研究了ITER 极向场磁体支撑U 型韧性夹的焊接变形规律,模拟和实际测量的比较验证了模拟的准确性,从而得到了U 型夹焊缝变形的基本规律,并改进现有夹具类型。基于验证好的热力边界条件以及优化的夹具,对三种焊接方案的U 型韧性夹的焊接变形进行了计算,从而提出了极向场磁体支撑制造的优化方案。优化后的焊接方案将焊接变形控制在0.6mm 以内。     

GENERAL SOLUTION OF THE OVERALL BENDING OF FLEXIBLE CIRCULAR RING SHELLS WITH MODERATELY SLENDER RATIO AND APPLICATIONS TO THE BELLOWS (Ⅳ)-CALCULATION FOR U-SHAPED BELLOWS

This is one of the applications of Part (I), in which the angular stiffness, and the corresponding stress distributions of U-shaped bellows were discussed. The bellows was divided into protruding sections, concave sections and ring plates for the calculation that the general solution (I) with its reduced form to ring plates were used respectively, but the continuity of the surface stresses and the meridian rotations at each joint of the sections were entirely satisfied. The resent results were compared with those of the slender ring shell solution proposed earlier by the authors, the standards of the Expansion Joint Manufacturers Association (EJMA), the experiment and the finite element method. Existence of periodic orbits and shift-invariant curve sequences near multiple homoclinics简

In this paper, the complicated dynamics is studied near a double homoclinic loops with bellows configuration for general systems. For the non-twisted multiple homoclinics, the existence of periodic orbit with the specified route and the existence of shift-invariant curve sequences defined on the cross sections of multiple homoclinics corresponding to any specified one-side infinite sequences are given. In addition, the existence regions are also located.     

Fixed point theorems of random set-valued mappings and their applications

In this paper, first we show several new random fixed point theorems for random set-valued mappings and for a system of random set-valued mappings. Then, some applications of our results are given for the existence and uniqueness of random solution for a system of nonlinear random integral and differential equations. Our theorems improved and generalize many recent findings in [4–7, 9, 11–17].     

ITER 极向场磁体支撑U 型韧性夹焊接方案优化

利用试验及数值模拟技术研究了ITER 极向场磁体支撑U 型韧性夹的焊接变形规律,模拟和实际测量的比较验证了模拟的准确性,从而得到了U 型夹焊缝变形的基本规律,并改进现有夹具类型。基于验证好的热力边界条件以及优化的夹具,对三种焊接方案的U 型韧性夹的焊接变形进行了计算,从而提出了极向场磁体支撑制造的优化方案。优化后的焊接方案将焊接变形控制在0.6mm 以内。     

U型波纹管整体弯曲问题的一般解

利用朱卫平等提出的柔性细环壳整体弯曲的一般解和相应的环板方程的解给出了U型波纹管在子午面内受纯弯矩作用整体弯曲的应力分布和转角公式。把计算的结果和按EJMA(Stan-dardsofthe Expansion Joint Manufacturers Association)计算的结果以及黎廷新等的实验结果作了分析比较。

FLNG低温软管内衬波纹管多目标优化设计

低温柔性管道是海上浮式液化天然气生产储卸装置系统中输送液化天然气的核心装备之一。U型波纹管作为低温柔性管道最内层结构,直接影响低温管道的安全性。本文选取波径和环板长度作为独立结构设计参数进行结构分析,解决了在传统的U型波纹管灵敏度分析中,波高会随波距的改变而改变的耦合计算问题。构建了径向基函数神经网络代理模型,采用遗传算法对U型波纹管结构开展了多目标优化,获得以拉伸刚度最大和弯曲刚度最小为优化目标时的帕累托最优解集,为U型波纹管在实际工程应用中提供有益的设计参考。

     

U型波纹管及相关结构环向屈曲的有限元分析(Ⅲ)--波纹管平面失稳的机理

波纹管无论是在内压还是在外压作用下都会发生环向屈曲或平面失稳,问题很复杂至今未得到妥善解决。本文首先指出了现行的有关“塑性铰”概念的某些不足之处,然后按文[8]的有限元法(考虑了屈曲前的弯曲和屈曲时载荷的转动并按线性化特征值问题处理)对波纹管的环向屈曲进行了计算,并与前人的有关实验进行了对比分析,在此基础上解释了波纹管平面失稳的原因和发展过程。
