A new sample business survey for agriculture, the REA survey, and a project of integration with the FADN network (RICA in
Italy) have significantly changed the production of statistical information nowadays available with reference to the agricultural
sector. On the basis of this relevant information, new economic analyses are being developed on farms’ performance, agricultural
households’ income and the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). In this paper the authors estimate the relationship between the
levels of variables of interest and their sampling errors using models in order to improve the accessibility of the information
on estimates accuracy to the final users (agricultural analysts, policy makers).

A laser ablation system using a Nd:YAG laser was coupled both to a quadrupole inductively coupled plasma (ICP) mass spectrometer and to a double-focusing sector field ICP mass spectrometer. Laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) was applied for the determination of long-lived radionuclides in a concrete matrix. The investigated samples were two laboratory standards with a concrete matrix, which we doped with different long-lived radionuclides (e.g. 99Tc, 232Th, 233U, 237Np) from the ng g−1 to μ g−1 concentration range and an undoped concrete material (blank). Detection limits for long-lived radionuclides in the 10 ng g−1 range are reached for LA-ICP-MS using the quadrupole mass spectrometer. With double-focusing sector field ICP-MS, the limits of detection are in general one order of magnitude lower and reach the sub ng g−1 range for 233U and 237Np. A comparison of mass spectrometric results with those of neutron activation analysis on undoped concrete sample indicates that a semiquantitative determination of the concentrations of the minor and trace elements in the concrete matrix is possible with LA-ICP-MS without using a standard reference material. 相似文献

Vanadate and vanadium compounds exist in many environmental, biological and clinical matrices, and despite the need only limited progress has been made on the analysis of vanadium compounds. The vanadium coordination chemistry of different oxidation states is known, and the result of the characterization and speciation analysis depends on the subsequent chemistry and the methods of analysis. Many studies have used a range of methods for the characterization and determination of metal ions in a variety of materials. One successful technique is high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) that has been used mainly for measuring total vanadium level and metal speciation. Some cases have been reported where complexes of different oxidation states of vanadium have been separated by HPLC. Specifically reversed phase (RP) HPLC has frequently been used for the measurement of vanadium. Other HPLC methods such as normal phase, anion-exchange, cation-exchange, size exclusion and other RP-HPLC modes such as, ion-pair and micellar have been used to separate selected vanadium compounds. We will present a review that summarizes and critically analyzes the reported methods for analysis of vanadium salts and vanadium compounds in different sample matrices. We will compare various HPLC methods and modes including sample preparation, chelating reagents, mobile phase and detection methods. The comparison will allow us to identify the best analytical HPLC method and mode for measuring vanadium levels and what information such methods provide with regard to speciation and quantitation of the vanadium compounds. 相似文献

针对公共场所异常声的感知和识别问题,提出一种基于贝叶斯优化卷积神经网络的识别方法。提取声信号的Gammatone倒谱系数、倍频程功率谱、短时能量和谱质心,组合成声信号的特征图。构建卷积神经网络作为分类器,利用递增的卷积核设置和池化操作处理不同尺度的特征。基于贝叶斯优化算法优化卷积神经网络的模型参数,对包括火苗噼啪声、婴儿啼哭声、烟花燃放声、玻璃破碎声和警报声的5种公共场所异常声进行识别。该方法的识别结果与基于不同的特征提取和分类器方案得到的识别结果进行比较,结果表明该方法的识别效果优于其他特征提取和分类器方案的识别效果。最后分析了该方法在不同信噪比噪声干扰下的识别结果,验证了该方法的有效性。 相似文献

为合理分析钢底板波形钢腹板梯形箱梁的畸变效应,按各板件面内外抗弯刚度不变的原则将全截面等效为钢材,利用圣维南原理考虑顶底板对波形钢腹板的约束作用,修正畸变扇性坐标分布模式,基于能量变分法建立畸变控制微分方程。与已有文献及有限元进行对比分析,并研究腹板俯角和波形钢腹板厚度变化对畸变翘曲正应力的影响。结果表明,本文解析解与文献解及ANSYS解均吻合较好;基于圣维南原理修正后的扇形坐标分布模式更合理;利用本文等效方法亦可分析传统波形钢腹板组合箱梁的畸变效应;腹板俯角的设置有利于减小畸变翘曲正应力;波形钢腹板厚度变化对腹板与底板交接处的畸变翘曲正应力影响显著。 相似文献

Instead of the biharmonic type equation, a set of new governing equations and solving method for circular sector plate bending
is presented based on the analogy between plate bending and plane elasticity problems. So the Hamiltonian system can also
be applied to plate bending problems by introducing bending moment functions. The new method presents the analytical solutions
for the circular sector plate. The results show that the new method is effective.

Nanotechnology will be an increasing part of the everyday lives of most people in the world. There is a general recognition
that few people understand the implications of the technology, the technology itself or even the definition of the word. This
lack of understanding stems from a lack of knowledge about science in general but more specifically difficulty in grasping
the size scale and symbolism of nanotechnology. A potential key to informing the general public is establishing the ability
to comprehend the scale of nanotechnology. Transitioning from the macro to the nanoscale seems to require an ability to comprehend
scales of one-billion. Scaling is a skill not common in most individuals and tests of their ability to extrapolate size based
upon scaling a common object demonstrates that most individuals cannot scale to the extent needed to make the transition to
nanoscale. Symbolism is another important vehicle to providing the general public with a basis to understand the concepts
of nanotechnology. With increasing age, individuals are able to draw representations of atomic scale objects, but these tend
to be iconic and the different representations not easily translated. Ball and stick models are most recognized by the public,
which provides an opportunity to present not only useful symbolism but also a reference point for the atomic scale. 相似文献
